The lyrics of ‘Bob the Builder’ to the tune of 'The Girl From Ipanema.’ I, now, cannot hear one without thinking of the other.

This was one of the first things I ever recorded off Radio 4, and the One Song To The Tune Of Another round is still one of my favourites, in one of my favourite shows, I’m Sorry I Haven’t a Clue.

Susan Calman has theme songs for each of her cats.

This clip comes from the first episode of Susan Calman is Convicted, which is available on Radio 4 Extra until 13 February.  It’s all really good, even if it’s more about equal marriage than her cats, and the following episodes are good too, so if you like things that are good, and more imaginative adjectives, give her a listen.

There is a whole collection of popular music which I only know through Jeremy Hardy’s renditions on ISIHAC – sometimes I’ll be in a shop and a song will come on in the background and I’ll think ‘Oh!  This is what it’s supposed to sound like!’

And then there’s 'Roxanne.’

This is the same round and the same song as the previous clip, but that was from an old episode whereas this was from a current one (at the time).  The rerun aired on BBC7 a couple days before the new episode aired on Radio 4, amusingly enough.  They were both impressive but this one was epic.
