FAVOURITE CLEAN TREAT By Fitness Model Competitor Brandi

I scoop any flavour protein powder (I use chocolate)
1.5tbs nut butter (I use peanut)
water

Put the protein and PB in a small bowl and just enough water to be able to mix. You can either add just enough water to make the mixture into balls or a bit more to make it slightly more runny.

If making more wet take a spoon and spoon mixture into 4 circles onto parchment paper or make 4 balls and put on parchment. Put in freezer for at least 1hr.

Once you take them out to eat it only takes a few minutes for them to soften up and are chewy and gooey! I love these! I make them every night to have with my tea after dinner

Messy Carb-Free Banana Pancakes by Carla

2 egg whites
1 banana
a few drops of vanilla
1 scoop Protein Powder (I used AllMax Chocolate Peanut Butter)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp coconut oil (optional)

Mash the banana with a fork. Add the egg whites and vanilla.

In a separate bowl mix the protein powder and baking powder.

Use a non-stick spray or heat the coconut oil on a frying pan. Cook over medium - low. Then pour the batter in!

It’s messy because the banana is so liquidy and tough to flip! But it’s fun and tastes amazing. If I can’t flip nicely, I flip messy but it eventually shapes into a mish-mashed pancake/omelet.

Top with yogurt/stevia ‘icing’ if required!
