Just two seasons ago, Titans running back Chris Johnson broke Marshall Faulk’s single season record for yards from scrimmage, finishing with 2,509 yards and an average of 125.4 rushing yards per game. The man they called CJ2K proclaimed that he wanted to be the Michael Jordan of football.
This season, the same running back has averaged just 2.9 yards per carry and today, was replaced by back-up Javon Ringer in the fourth quarter against the Colts.

The work of Oakland-based photographer Chris Johnson, Untitled Triptych, recounts a “painful and transformative” childhood experience of abuse by superimposing his image with letters from his mother—correspondence in which he learned that his grandmother had abused her in a similar fashion.
