How'd you begin the process of moving past self-consciousness? It's something I'm struggling with right now and I could really use some help/advice. Thank you!
i appreciated the things that i’m good at, developed the things that i wanted to be good at, and accepted that there are some things i’ll never be good at, and that’s ok. everyone is blessed with gifts, talents and abilities. i took stock of my abilities and decided to spend time appreciating what i can do instead of dwelling on what i can’t.
