If you want a picture, send me an ask with your address. I’m still not sure how many I’ll have or what on earth we’re going to do with the 8x10.   You will also get a Christmas card & a colored picture (if you want). Sadly, I can’t find my Pooh coloring book or my Precious Moments, but I have tons of Christmas ones and a stamp one.

+1 for correct use of “complementary” vs. “complimentary!! <3

That’s really one of the easiest ones to remember that people mess up if you think about complementary=complete.

I didn’t like the “try something from everyone else’s plate” idea either. But the ideas of eating an appetizer with a salad or pack up half of your meal when it comes out so you don’t eat it all are good.

Those were both great tips, especially if you can find an appetizer that isn’t fried.

Another think I forgot to mention was that I don’t like how she counts fruits as sweets.

Do you feel like it’s worth it to eat those sorts of things? I’m sure plenty of people do because they taste good, but I don’t. Not sure if it’s innate or it’s just something I trained myself. They just don’t sound appetizing to me anymore.

That stuff does still taste good to me. I guess the only way to get to the point where it’s no longer appetizing is to cut it out completely, but I’m not really dedicated to eating only healthy food all the time.

Reminding myself what it feels like a few hours after over-indulging really helps me keep from doing it.

It usually helps for a few days, but then I do it again…
