It’s so cool watching my baby sister learn!

Like, she’s not talking real words much yet, but sometimes she’ll let out long monologues that kind of sound like words.

And while she can say some stuff very strong, a lot of her words are still half words, like my name, Casey, she says Asey.

She understands way more than she can say though. I’ll tell her to grab a book so I can read it to her, and she’ll walk over to her little pile of books, grab one, and then come sit on my lap! Sometimes she’ll grab two and I’ll say, “Pick one.” And she actually will?

of I’ll say, “Go show Mumma your nose.” She’ll walk to find Mumma and show her her nose. She knows where her eyes, nose and mouth are, has some difficulty with ears and hair, and started learning tummy this morning!

Also, sometimes I’ll say, “Go read a book Abby.” and she’ll go to her pile of books, grab one, sit down, open it, trail her finger on the page (like I do when i’m reading to her), and make little noises like she’s reading!

And like, this is just at 1 year 4 months? I can’t wait to see her learn and grow even more!!!
