"This is true love….do you think this happens everyday?"

After hearing the majority of AC protagonists speaking and cursing in their respective native languages; Ezio’s Italian, Arno’s French and even Connor’s Kanien’kehá, one of the most obscure languages we’ve heard in video games, I was slightly disappointed when Edward didn’t speak a single word of Welsh in Black Flag. I understand why though - because other characters of different nationalities wouldn’t of understood him since he’s so far from home. Maybe with the exception of Roberts, who was Welsh. There could of been some very interesting dialogue between the two characters but Ubisoft unfortunately missed that opportunity. An occasional “cachu!” under Edward’s breath would of still been pretty awesome in my opinion.

Mortals always want something more- they wish for money, but what they’re really after is to be carefree. Power when what they really want is control. Beauty when they want love. Sometimes they know it, sometimes they don’t.

27 years after The Princess Bride appeared on the silver screen, Cary Elwes (who played the beloved role of ‘Westley’) has co-authored a book about the making of the film. It’s called, of course, As You Wish.

One thing I’d like to know: is this a kissing book?

I seriously hope we get a sequel for Arno. I get a lot of people didn’t like him (me included) but something about dead kings made me want to see more of him. Dead Kings showed us something the main story couldn’t because of Elise. No I don’t mean Elise is a bad character. In fact Arno was a bad character because of Elise. But without Elise I saw someone who cares about France, about the Brotherhood, about the humanity. This type of character is the type of character who deserves a game, and I feel that Ubisoft has decided to leave a great opportunity behind.
