Falafel bowls 😌 baked falafel, roasted cauliflower, shredded carrot, raw corn, cucumber, roasted red pepper hummus (my addiction), and a tahini dressing all over spinach and arugula.
Toast a slice of bread and then scoop avocado into a bowl. Squeeze lemon juice into the avocado and then add salt and pepper to taste. Coarsely mash with a fork.
Spread avocado onto toast and then place some arugula on top.
Heat skillet on medium low and grease the pan with a little butter. Grease mold with butter and place in pan. Crack an egg into the cookie cutter and cook with the lid on for 2 to 3 minutes, until the whites set. Carefully remove mold and egg from pan.
Place egg on top of the toast and repeat for as many pieces as you would like.

These burgers were inspired by the amazing, organic bison burger I had last week at Yeah!Burger when I went home to Atlanta. The burger I had was an organic bison burger with goat cheese, fig jam, caramelized onions, and arugula on a whole wheat bun. These are beef burgers but with a delicious twist.
1/3 lb ground chuck
1/3 lb ground sirloin
1/3 lb ground beef
Burger seasoning: 1 tsp of each: black pepper, kosher salt, chili powder, granulated garlic, granulated onion, smoked paprika, and ½ tsp mustard powder.
