Entry 4

I could not help myself to work on more, I was not sure about the concept of the eye. It was really literate but not showing my full intention. As a final prototype, I ideate the concept of the vortex. I was creating a vortex underneath the drawing which represented my mind, not just my mind but the complexity of mind and drawings build/appear on top of the mind vortex. 

As representational elements of mind especially the complexity of mind, I used particle effect consist of different colours, and move like whirlwind. Drawings had bright and glooming colour on the dark background. Assemble and dismantle.

As a sound element, I chose to use different glitch effects, cause in my personal opinion glitch sound is the most appropriate sound for mind and brain. It resembles with neuron movements.

It was a really fun but challenging project to work on.

Our new project was about recognizing and studying Artists’ patterns. We chose three different artists and make a research about their medium, style, form, theme. I chose three artists in different medium and styles, who I admire. Gun powder artist Cai Guo-Qiang, body horror Arpad Slancik, and wire sculpture Eduardo Tresoldi.
