So I decided that this year was gonna be different. This is going to be the year that I stop complaining about how I look and instead do something about it. I’m SO insecure about my weight, I always have been. All I’ve ever been is that skinny girl, and ever since I quit soccer five years ago, I’ve been slowly gaining weight and I hate myself for that.

This year, this day, is the day that I begin this new journey. I’m going to start exercising every day, working on getting my old body back.

I found a seven day abs challenge online, so I’ve decided to start with that.

Leg Lifts

Push Through

Finished all the exercises from day one, I’m excited to see if this actually works. :) 

Even if it doesn’t, I’m going to keep going. Nothing is going to hold me back from being the best self that I can be anymore :)

I may be posting before and after pictures, if I feel like it.
