You can change at any point in your life. You do not have to explain anything to anyone. If you know there’s areas that need improvement make it happen. Don’t allow anyone to hold you back from change.
I think rather than trying to teach people that they’re “perfect just the way they are”, it’s probably a better idea to teach people that there’s nothing wrong with being imperfect. Teach people not to fear or excuse their shortcomings and areas of potential self-improvement.

Ahh, I’m so glad you reached out! Honestly I seriously love giving advice so I’d be happy to help you out. Every single creator has doubts, even famous illustrators and artists, so I’d be happy to share what I and others have done to help ourselves out.
Firstly, remember that practice is key. When you’re in an art block or frustrated with art, break the mold and do something that’s a bit different. What I tend to do is draw flowers from reference pictures or go outside and draw a tree or something. Other times, I’ll do thumbnail sketches of compositions like these.
You could do a still life, sketch only the part of a body you’re comfortable with, or do gesture drawings (which intentionally don’t look great). Heck you can even trace art, color someone’s line art, or things like that (obviously don’t share without artist’s permission though)! Looking at art tutorials can be a great source of inspiration too.
Once you’re a bit more like “okay, I like this even when it doesn’t look great!” then you can start practicing the weaknesses you see in your art. For me, for instance, I tend to go with more stagnant poses and I’m not very good at drawing mouths and intense facial expressions. So I started googling references and just sketching them. When you treat it like a study, there’s less pressure for it to be perfect. You’ll notice some will look better than others but, when you walk away and then have to draw that part again, you’ll notice that it comes to you easier.
Now, here’s the most important thing to remember when you feel like you’re getting worse. You’re not actually getting worse, you’re becoming more in tune with your art and noticing things you want to improve more. This is progress!! Awesome super fantastic progress! It only seems like you’re getting worse because you’re noticing the areas you want to improve more. So, all you have to do is start practicing those areas.
While you’re doing this, celebrate how much more aware of the awkward anatomy and compositional errors and weird things you are. This is the best guide towards becoming a better artist–to be critical of your own work. But, to make sure you don’t knock yourself down with self-criticism, remember to be compassionate and honor what that teaching voice is sharing with you. Work together to become a better artist, to learn and grow.
Lastly, remember that all of your favorite artists started somewhere and gosh did we start somewhere horrible lol. We all doubted our work (I still get frustrated sometimes!) and felt like we’d never be on par with our favorite artists. But we kept working–both on improving our artistic confidence and skills.
So long as you keep trying, you’ll make it to where you want to be. That’s the only thing you need.
For bonuses (lol) let me show you some of my old art compared to my newer stuff so you can see how bad I used to be (and most of these art was after about 5 years of study anyways!!).

How I got here was practice. I kept trying. I notice what I wanted to work on, what parts about my art bugged me, and I studied them. Slowly but surely I improved. And you, lovely anon, you will too.
Gemini moons are witty, nervous, easily distracted, and usually mentally all over the place. Being ruled by mercury, showing and understanding emotions is not their strong point. When confronted with the emotions of others a Gemini moon often simply lets their mind wander to another topic instead of staying in the moment, which can make them appear insensitive. They themselves have a hard time staying focused on their emotions, or anything for that matter. Their mind is extremely rich and vivacious, always jumping from one thought to another. These individuals are generally physically jumpy and unstable, quite often you can see their eyes lose focus and their hands fidget. They might not always work well in traditional learning environments, but they have a deep need to learn and cultivate their interests. These people often teach themselves more than anyone else ever could. They have an endless array of knowledge at their disposal, making them excellent conversation partners. Gemini moons would benefit from learning patience, they particularly need to work on consciously staying focused on areas that need improving. Gemini moons would also benefit from writing down their emotions, as this would help them to attach them to something real and therefor giving them means to address them later on.
Legislation to “defund” Planned Parenthood will hit people who rely on federal insurance and public health programs. That’s largely people who already face barriers to accessing health care as people with low incomes, people of color, people who live in rural areas — who make up the majority of Planned Parenthood’s patients. Meanwhile, the impact of “defunding” Planned Parenthood on people in the LGBT community and whose identities intersect would be particularly acute.
With the aim of shutting Planned Parenthood down completely, national “defund” legislation would close health center doors to at least 60% of Planned Parenthood’s patients — those who use public programs like Medicaid (the government-funded insurance plan for people with low incomes) and Title X (the government-funded family planning program, which helps people with low incomes).
Of course, public programs are already prohibited from covering abortion. “Defunding” keeps people who use public programs from getting preventive reproductive and sexual health services like birth control, STD tests, breast cancer screenings, and family planning education at Planned Parenthood health centers. Many of these patients couldn’t get these services anywhere else — and, like we said, many of them are people with low incomes, people of color, and people who live in rural areas.
Impact of “Defund” on People of Color
People of color in the U.S. are less able to access quality health care due to the intersecting consequences of racism, sexism, classism, xenophobia, and other systemic barriers. So, they’re more likely to rely on federally funded programs to access health care.
The Black Community
“Defunding” Planned Parenthood would be devastating to Black communities. Key points:
Of the 2.5 million people who rely on Planned Parenthood for health care every year, 370,000 identify as African American or Black.
Among nonelderly Americans on Medicaid, 11 million are Black.
If they were prevented from accessing Planned Parenthood, many Black patients would have no other place to go for the services Planned Parenthood provides.
This harmful legislation wouldn’t just keep Black patients from getting care – it would undermine their ability to obtain full reproductive freedom. Too often, Planned Parenthood is the only health care provider many patients access. That means their care is more than just reproductive health services – Planned Parenthood connects patients with resources to improve other areas of their lives.
The Latino Community
“Defunding” Planned Parenthood would be devastating to the Latino community. Key points:
Around 575,000 Latinos come to Planned Parenthood health centers annually (nearly a quarter of Planned Parenthood’s patients).
Among the nonelderly Americans on Medicaid, 18 million are Latino.
If they were prevented from accessing Planned Parenthood, Latino patients may have no other place to go for the services it provides.
Planned Parenthood sees patients regardless of immigration status and is one of the only places undocumented people can turn to for care. Given that the majority of undocumented immigrants in the U.S. are Latino, “defunding” legislation would have a disproportionate impact on them.
What’s more, “defunding” would put two crucial Planned Parenthood programs at risk of disappearing: Raíz, which helps Latinos access health care and sex education, and Promotores de Salud, which brings reproductive health education into Latino homes and community-gathering locations.
Impact of “Defund” on People in Rural Areas
If patients who rely on public programs are blocked from care at Planned Parenthood, many would have nowhere else to go. There simply aren’t enough other reproductive health care providers out there. In areas where other providers do exist, many don’t take patients who rely on public health programs. Key points:
21% of counties have no safety-net family planning alternative should their local Planned Parenthood health center close.
More than half of Planned Parenthood’s health centers are located in rural and underserved communities.
More than two thirds of states already report difficulty ensuring enough providers for Medicaid.
Providers of ob-gyn care who accept Medicaid, such as Planned Parenthood, are in particularly short supply.
Impact of “Defund” on the LGBTQ Community
“Defunding” Planned Parenthood also would negatively impact LGBTQ health. Members of the LGBT community face greater health challenges than their heterosexual peers because of stigma and discrimination. People in the LGBTQ community who also are people of color, or have low incomes, or who live in rural areas — or whose identities intersect — have even more obstacles to reproductive health services. For example, LGBTQ people of color face particularly high rates of discrimination from medical providers, and systemic harassment.
Planned Parenthood understands that LGBTQ people have the right to safe abortion services, access to contraceptives, STD testing and a range of other health services free from stigma, discrimination or coercion. Losing Planned Parenthood would lose this safe space for LGBTQ people seeking basic health care.
Say It Loud: #IStandWithPP
If anti-abortion politicians “defund” Planned Parenthood, shut down its health centers, and block its 2.5 million patients from care, a national health disaster would ensue — and the groups mentioned in this blog would be hurt the most. Take a stand against cutting them off from care. Take action to stand with Planned Parenthood and its patients!
[Disclaimer: This is my personal upg of your body’s natural cycle. Some people have reported either not having a hyperactivity period or having them so subdued that it isn’t an issue, so just use my post as a guideline for discovering your own needs. And natural fallow periods aren’t the cause for every downtime out there, some will be caused by blocks such as past trauma, energetic blockages, spirit influence, sickness and more. Some of those do require some sort of intervention and are good to get rid of!]
One of the biggest things I’ve seen you guys distressed over are the times where you are not working with your spirits! You’re not communicating (if you can communicate at all during this time), you aren’t really aware of their presence, you go ages without wearing their vessels, you just don’t have the strength to keep up with the work you want to do!
And then you grow frantic and anxious over what the spirits are thinking about you. You’re afraid of them hating you and leaving for how long you’ve been ignoring them. Or maybe they could be depressed by your sudden lack of interest, like you’re their best friend who suddenly cut contact and is ignoring their texts and calls. You may be worried about all this during your period of inactivity and can’t fix things despite being aware of them. Maybe the stress is even making it worse than before and now you can’t feel them no matter how hard you try!
So when you start to get in a better spirit working state, you’re afraid of speaking to them now, afraid of what they’ll say and if they hate you and if they’ll ever accept you back as a friend…
Guys, this is totally normal. This is a natural body cycle (well, psychic body cycle!) just like menstruation! I haven’t heard nearly as many people talking about it as I would expect, so let me break down your spiritual fallow periods!

The graph is divided into three horizontal sections: Hyperactivity, Normal State, and Fallow Period. The colored vertical sections are parts I want to pay particular attention to. And finally the curving black line represents your spiritual state.
Area 1: Here, you’re in a state of growth. This is fantastic! You’re learning and improving!
Area 2: You are neither growing nor declining, but there is nothing wrong with this. Many people spend the majority of their time in stasis, their growth periods coming in sudden, sharp increases. Others will almost constantly be in a state of growth too gradual to see. Any way is okay as long as it is your way!
Area 3: This is your decline stage. It isn’t quite a fallow period, but you may notice that you are not quite as sharp as usual or have trouble concentrating on spirit activity. This is fine, it is your body preparing itself for a state of growth, recovering from large energy use, or just focusing on other things.
You can also enter a period of stasis before your new growth period as your body recharges.
If you feel you are in a stasis period after declining, take some time for both spiritual and mundane self care!
Area 4: Here you have peaked into a time of hyperactivity.. Your senses are better than ever before and your spirit working skills are on fire. This is not necessarily a good thing! Many people don’t know how to manage themselves during this time and end up burning out into area 5. When I was in high school and attended band camp (which wasn’t really camp as much as it was all day summer practices), most parents gave their kids twenty dollars for the entire week’s lunch. As one might expect, the kid spent the entire twenty dollars on day one and spent every other day either hungry or bringing whatever scraps they could find at home. This lack of saving is similar to what you might do during your hyperactivity stage! I’ll speak more later on how to manage this stage.
Area 5: This is a sharp decline after the hyperactivity stage due to burning out. It is possible to exit the hyperactivity stage without going into such a decline, but it cannot be avoided every time. This type of decline typically happens in a very short period of time, even overnight.
Area 6: Here is the moment you’ve been waiting for: your fallow period! This is not a bad thing! Essentially this is your body’s way of resting and recharging so that it can stabilize itself to go back into spiritual matters. Your senses may be distant or nonexistent, your communication may be difficult even with the use of tools, and you may feel a disconnect from spirit work in general. Do not panic and push yourself to do spirit work; you will only damage yourself and spend more time in this state! Strive for self care right and grounding right now. It is perfectly fine to separate from spirit work right now and even recommended for some people. Dive back into the mundane world!
Area 7: Finally, you’ve exited your fallow period! Many people go through growth after their fallow periods because their bodies are so fresh from recharging. Don’t burn yourself out, but feel free to have some celebratory communication with your spirit friends!
So you’re saying my fallow periods aren’t abnormal? They’re good?
ABSOLUTELY! Not only are they good, but they are necessary for you to maintain your abilities! Going without fallow periods would be like going without sleeping. You would eventually crash and burn from the lack of rest, and then your fallow period would be more akin to being knocked unconscious than a good night’s sleep. Don’t try to push them away.
And my spirits really don’t care?
Your spirits are more attuned to spiritual needs than humans. Not only are they going to be aware of this cycle, but they may go through it too. Almost everything goes through it. If you’ve been with a spirit for a long time, you may have noticed times where they don’t communicate much or fade into the background.
They also go through periods where they have difficulty communicating with physical creatures. Some will hide this very well, while others will be very upfront on the subject.
How often should I be getting these? How long should they be?
This depends entirely on yourself. Everyone has a different natural cycle. Some people will have cycles of sharp increases and decreases, with every stage lasting in bursts. Others will have almost constant growth, but it is so gradual that they feel as if they are in permanent stasis. Your fallow periods are going to be whatever your body needs. If you need longer periods to recharge then it will be longer, and perhaps lessened in intensity. Others will have shorter periods, but they are more intense because your body has to dip so far down to recharge so quickly. It is not always even, either! Most people have fairly even patterns within their cycles, but it is possible to be everchanging. As for your hyperactivity, this is usually a sharp, albeit short-lived, spike.
Now onto how to manage your cycle!
Signs of entering a hyperactivity period:
Pressure, vibrations, buzzing, or other unusual sensations in your third eye and other energy centers
Psychic senses are suddenly intensified, possibly to the point of discomfort
Feeling as if you are not grounded
Disconnection from reality; disassociation
More attuned to the astral and physical planes than your physical body
Others notice that your energy is bold and even chaotic, much louder than usual
You attract spirits more than in your normal energy state
Seemingly endless energy for spirit work and other related activities
Sudden motivation for spirit work, you may feel an exaggeration of your skill level
A disregard for discernment
How to manage a hyperactivity period:
Ground frequently! While it may feel useless, it will help to stabilize you in the long run
Discharge your energy into crystals and other storage units. It will give an outlet for excess energy and give you boosts when in need
Attempt meditations focused around peace, calm, and stability
Spend time in a garden or otherwise surrounded by nature, and ground by extending your energy like roots into the earth. Doing this will help to connect yourself to the energy system around you, the plants aiding in keeping you stable
This is a good time to look at the big pictures of vast energy systems. Try looking at the energetic connections within a forest, or between houses in a neighborhood.
Do not go overboard with spirit work, energy work, magic, etc! You will not start to feel the effects of burning out until it has happened. Work on grounding and stabilizing and try to not overwork yourself.
Consistency is the key! Instead of spending your energy all at once, try to use this time to be consistent with your spirit senses and communication. Consistency takes much more energy than you may realize!
Although you shouldn’t do everything all at once, that doesn’t mean you can’t get things done right now! Feel free to work on that big project, just pay extra attention to your spiritual health and go easy.
Don’t get arrogant or stupid! While confidence is good and important, don’t let your abundance of energy convince you to summon a nuclear doom spirit of death without protection. You will regret power trips.
Practice discernment! You may feel concrete in your senses right now but it is just as important as ever
PROTECTION!! Some people become larger beacons for spirits during this time, so up your protection and be wary of strange spirits. Even if you do not become more attractive than normal, energy siphoning spirits will still be drawn to the excess of food in you
Be extra polite to local spirits. Perhaps put up a ward to quiet your energy to others or if possible avoid going into particularly active locations. Even if they have no wish to snack on you, the loud energy can be obnoxious.
Signs of entering a fallow period:
Disinterest and lack of motivation for spirit work, energy work, and magic
Psychic senses are distant or nonexistent
Tools seem to fail or are difficult to understand
You do not naturally notice telepathic speech from spirits
Discernment is difficult, or you may feel that nothing is real
Attempting spirit work, energy work, or magic exhausts you
You are constantly distracted when attempting to meditate or astral travel
You think less of your spirits throughout the day
You are more drawn to mundane activities, such as watching tv, and feel the need to skip or pay less attention to daily exercises
If you feel guilt over ignoring your spirits, you are still unable to communicate well
Sudden frustration with your lack of ability and progress, feeling as if you have retrograded
Sadness or other negative emotions at the sudden sense of disconnect from your spirits, as if your bonds have disappeared
How to manage a fallow period:
Focus on the mundane world! Your body is not meant to be overworking itself on the nonphysical right now
Work on gentle physical self care
As you breathe in, visualize energy in your body like liquid streams of light collecting and brightening in your third eye and any other places you use as psychic energy organs. As you breathe out, it gently diffuses outwards back throughout your body, dimming as it is once again returned to its regular density. This helps to keep your psychic energy points in shape.
Visualize your energy like before, but when you breathe in it flows in a steady, circular cycle upwards from the tip of your toes through your chest. Let it pass through your third eye, and as you breathe out it completes the second half of the cycle by curving downwards, flowing through and cleansing that side’s energy centers as it does so. Rather than being in a single ball, the energy is in a constant, equal flow like the blood in your veins. This helps to keep your energy clean and flowing and cuts down the risk of stagnation during your fallow period.
If you must do any sort of spirit or energy work, make sure it is very slow and gentle like the two exercises above. It must not conflict with your body’s rest. If you wish to practice meditation, don’t do anything requiring long periods of focus or that demands energy. Try doing meditations for sleep or calm which do not involve any spirit contact, but only focus on relaxing your body.
Spiritual protection based in the physical plane is very good to have for when your fallow periods occur! These are things such as witch jars and large scale crystal grids. It is easier to keep these clean and working, since you may not be able to sense purely nonphysical protection like wards at all.
If you wish to remind your spirits that you have them in your thoughts, include them in a daily meal by offering its energy as you eat. Simply thinking this will most likely be enough for them to hear, but if you want to be certain, say it aloud or whisper it if with company!
Before you go to bed, invite your spirits to sit with you as you tell them about your day, no matter how mundane. Even if you can’t sense them around you, this will show them that you are still keeping them in your thoughts and taking the time to include them in your day!
However, it’s also okay to simply push spirit work to the back of your mind and focus on pressing mundane matters. They will understand.
Above all, remember that your spiritual self is resting and recharging. Do what your own body needs to encourage this rest. Don’t try to rush past it or forcibly stuff energy into yourself, most likely you’ll end up hurt and elongating this period.
So hopefully this guide will help on the stress everyone seems to get during their fallow periods! It’s always important for us to understand the natural workings of our bodies, whether physical or nonphysical. Start including your daily thoughts on your current location in your body’s cycle to start recognizing your patterns, and maybe to even predict when your natural downtimes will occur!

one of the youngest kings out of the current kings to rule. he may not know a whole lot, but he tries his best to learn all he can so he can run a successful kingdom. who always puts his people first and is one of the kindest rulers. who creates beautiful buildings and structures either for people to live in or to decorate the kingdom. who is fair and kind and courageous. a man who is a nightmare on the battlefield and can destroy armies with little effort. a man who charges into battle with hell’s fire in his veins. who, after every battle, weeps for the lost lives and goes to the homes of the knights who gave their lives to say his condolences to the families, should their families be alive. a king who gives it his all to protect everyone, even if they have committed crimes.

The more I think about it, the more I realize that non-Palestinians going to volunteer in Palestine (excluding volunteering in hospitals, or schools in refugee camps) are not helping but rather maintaining status quo and helping people to adjust just more to the status quo.
I do believe, like many others, that non-Palestinians can help more back in their home countries by raising awareness and organizing for Palestine. And if they’re so eager to help on the ground then Palestinian refugee camps in Jordan or Lebanon need more help than ever especially with the UNRWA’s budget being undercut year after year.
The miserable conditions in Palestine are not caused by a natural disaster that occurred a while ago that one can help fixing by volunteering, but by an ongoing human disaster that has no end in sight. To put it in simpler words, when a city/town/whatever goes through a natural disaster such as a hurricane/flooding you wouldn’t go ‘to volunteer’ to improve this area while it’s being ripped apart by the hurricane or being flooded but rather after that disaster occurred since no amount of work/volunteer you do while it’s being flooded/ripped apart is going to make a difference.
Suns tend to dislike being in the spotlight. They may avoid positions in their job that would force them to be in the public eye. They shy away from the stage and even if they have more extraverted placements in their chart they usually dislike spending too much time socializing with other people (but they tend to do well in social situations).
Moons are very private to the point of disliking any social media and avoiding posting their selfies or other posts for others to see. They may see it as dangerous for their privacy and simply unnecessary.
Mercury people may suffer from feeling of being not smart enough. They may take more time while learning sth which can only deepen their insecurity about their own intellect. Mercury may feel they are not talented in learning languages and may struggle with simple grammar mistakes made in the moment of distraction but they may take it as a sign of their incompetence (which is not a case because they are not but still, they feel they lack something in their intellect and look for signs to prove it).
Venus may feel lost when it comes to their own style. They may not know what they really want or simply wear clothes that would give them a sense of being hidden from others but something that doesn’t make them stand out too much in the crowd (ironically the more they try to hide the more visible they are). Venus needs to be careful because many people tend to abuse their devotion and kindness, they need to remember about putting clear boundaries with others and be direct and vocal about their needs even if they are scared of confrontation. Venus in the worst scenerio may show someone ready to forgive any kind of abuse/betrayal just for the sake of having this person back in their life because they feel incomplete and lost without that person.
Mars may have problems with the proper way of expressing their anger due to being forced to repress it and internalize in the past. Probably the best way to learn for them to let their feelings out is to use some creative outlets 12th House Mars can have also a tendency to hold grudges for a long time and never really forget what someone did them wrong and when.
12th House Jupiter can show a very devoted and religous person or someone like this who was some kind of authority to native. Native may have great connection with religious authorities (priests, nuns etc.) or feel uncomfortable by their presence and even threatened and have a need to stay away from them while pursuing their spirituality on their own without the need to follow any dogmas, making their beliefs very intimate and private thing not know to the public.
In Saturn it can make someone who feels absolutely repulsed by any limitations and rules in their life, lazy and unreliable. Someone full of fears who doesn’t respect and doesn’t have any authority in their life. In good expression it is someone responsible and independent who learnt to be their own authority and doesn’t let their fears and insecurities to rule their life. It may also show that a native was restricted by someone who hold authority over them and possibly tried to limit and control 12th House person physically (like a doctor who could force native to stay in the hospital longer against native’s will) or emotionally/mentally (like someone who was constantly critcising native’s imagination, making them doubt everything they were, beliefs and ideas possibly even forcing native to abandon them).
In Uranus it can make someone be interested in the unusual and even controversial healing systems or new ways to improve medicine. In general they may feel interested in improving areas connected to the 12th House and revolutionize them (areas like medicine, hospitals, prisons etc.). It can also give prophetic dreams and strong intuition. These people have great imagination but they may be afraid to show this part of themeselves.
12th House Neptune may give very straggling type of dreams. They may have dreams that are prophetic or see their past lives there. Similar to Pluto in the 12th it can also possibly give nightmares (not that intense but still).
12th House Pluto person may feel the constant feeling of danger and something bad possibly about to happen but they can’t define those feelings. They may feel that evil forces are working against them so they may be paranoid about keeping their own privacy so none would know what is going on in their life.
12th House Stellium people are usually interested in medicine, psychology, penitentiary system, forensics, riddles, paranormal, secrets philosophy, art. Stellium may show someone who may feel at home in hidden spaces like hospitals, libraries, etc. or the opposite - they may feel absolute repulsion by those places.
12th House placements usually have amazingly accurate intuition many times they feel afraid to use.
They also may dislike spotlight but ironically they tend to do really well when put in the public.
12th House on the cusp shows the hidden enemy we are to ourselves. It also shows what kind of person subconsciously we wish to be more in our daily life.

The state of Japanese ladies at the start of the Olympic season - personal analysis
The Japanese press has already begun speculating which ladies will be on the front line in an epic battle for the two Olympic spots available, a battle that the ladies’ field in Japan has arguably never witnessed before. The “post-Mao” era - as the media calls it - sees no less than seven contenders and no clear favorite, which means we all need to fasten our seat belts because we’re in for a long, wild ride.
In this analysis I will try to write my thoughts down as coherently as possible, all the while trying to maintain the bias to an acceptable level. Hey, even the most experienced and relevant skating analysts have their own preferences and understandably so, in a heavily subjective sport which relies on subjective judging. I’m not trying to predict which two ladies possess the skating gods’ favors to compete at the Olympics; anything can happen until the last minute. But it’s worth making a list of the qualities each of these lovely ladies bring to the table and what areas are left to improve. Using the ISU guidelines, my own experience as a skating fan and a variety of videos and gifs, I will try to cover all the reasons why you must not miss out on this race.
