applause for angela lansbury

So, instead of studying for finals, I have compiled a list of what theatres housed each best actress in a musical Tony win up to this year. Some of these actresses have played return engagements in their roles and others stayed with shows through a theatre change, but I chose not to include those details since that would require a lot more research. So, this list is the theatre each performance originated in. I have listed the theatres as they are named in 2015, or the name they most recently had until they were demolished.

The Richard Rodgers comes in at first with a whopping nine wins. (I found it interesting that Gwen Verdon won all three of her Tonys there).
