σ(≧ε≦ｏ) If I’m to be completely honest, I don’t know a thing about this guy, other than his name is Ghoul, he’s from Batman Beyond, he has the voice of a
Christopher Walken, and that he can’t fight for shit in the videos I’ve seen of him lmao. But I love his design, and he acts pretty cool too
author’s summary: “Yoongi likes one night stands and he understands how they work. What he doesn’t understand, however, is how he ended up in bed with a probably-not-legal kid crying in his arms about his broken heart, because he’s pretty sure (and correct him if he’s wrong) that a babysitting job was not what he was looking for when he went to the opening of his friend’s new club.”
Nnnnnnnn I’m still not sold on Parks and Rec season seven. But Leslie and Ron was pretty good. Probably because it really felt like pre-season seven Parks and Rec, I dunno. Like, I like character growth and I love that Leslie has a job that she loves and she definitely deserves to be president or whatever, but everything just feels… off. Part of it is that I hate time skips in general because A, they feel like lazy writing so you don’t have to write the hard part in the middle and B, they always make me feel cheated. I want to see Leslie learning how to balance her job and her kids. I want to see Donna settling down and learning to live with less drama. I want to see how Tom deals with real, honest success as the result of hard work. I watched this characters grow and change so much in six seasons (and okay yes I watched it like a week, but that’s not the point), but now I’m just supposed to accept these things that are different without seeing how the change happened? Nah. I need receipts.
Also I REALLY HATE the Gryzzl stuff. It’s way too heavy handed and I don’t like the fact that it’s ~*~the future~*~. I absolutely adored all the nods to current and recent events and politician cameos in the first six seasons. But they can’t do that anymore since it hasn’t happened yet. And the stuff they make up is kind of cute sometimes, but part of what made the show so great is… well, what made Community so great. Greendale and Pawnee aren’t real, couldn’t be real, but you watch the show and you feel like they’re just around the corner, and if you could get there, you’d be home.
Happy September everyone! My college routine is pretty much been set in stone now and I’m already getting hefty use out of my planner. Walking between classes is kinda boring without a good theme song so I always make sure “Domesticated Man” by The Jungle Giants plays at least once during the day which is why it’s my song of the month.
