IMPORTANT!! READ!!

I have heard about numerous people going to Columbine High School and the memorial wearing “natural selection” and “wrath” shirts with trench-coats.

STOP!

This is highly inconsiderate-go ahead and feel what you want to feel about Columbine but be considerate of the situation at hand. No matter how many years it has been [currently 18 years], it is permanently going to affect the United States. To this day, students at Columbine High School hear a balloon pop and hit the floor-that’s how traumatizing this was for people.

You must understand that this was a tragedy-people DIED! People were murdered brutally. If this happened to your school and someone came around wearing those shirts-you would be angry.

It is even worst to go to the memorial wearing those. You are meant to pay your respects to those that died that day-not praise murder. If you do this-you are being highly disrespectful and I am kindly going to warn you not to return to CHS or any memorials in that clothing-not even if you are going to see the school Eric and Dylan went to-there is no reason as to why you should be wearing those shirts in that area. Do not expect respect from those surrounding you or those in Littleton if you disrespect those who lost their lives, those who lost someone dear to them, or those who suffered through the event.

i keep trying to memorize every detail of the moments i live in. in the soreness of my legs from standing so long at a concert, the chill of the night, the patterns of a tablecloth, the oily texture in my mouth after eating fried bananas. i keep trying to memorize the feelings, the quiet contentedness, the laughter, the excitement. i keep trying to memorize the people, their smiles, the way they speak, what makes them laugh. i’m constantly on the cusp of the next part of my life and that’s just so.. strange. but it makes it so much easier to find happiness no matter what’s happening to me, in a way? because i’m already kind of looking at life with those rose-colored glasses of nostalgia, simply because i know these are times i’ll never be able to live again, and these are people i might not always have, and that makes it so much easier to appreciate everything i might miss later.

I was the last in a long line of grandkids on both sides of the family. No one has ever said as much, but I’m pretty sure I was an “oops” baby; the result of one too many glasses of wine and a couple over forty who thought unplanned pregnancies were for teens.

Oops.

2. REVALI’S FLAP

Impressive, I know. Very few can achieve a mastery of the sky. Yet I have made an art of creating an updraft that allows me to soar. It’s considered to be quite the masterpiece of aerial techniques, even among the Rito. With propre utilization of my superior skills, I see no reason why we couldn’t easily dispense with Ganon. Now then, my ability to explore the firmament is certainly of note… But let’s not -pardon me for being so blunt- let’s not forget the fact that I am the most skilled archer of all the Rito. Yet despise these truths, it seems that I have been tapped to merely assist you. All because you happen to have that little darkness-sealing sword on your back. I mean, it’s just… asinine. Unless… you think you can prove me wrong? Maybe we should just settle this one on one? But where…? Oh, I know! How about up there? Oh, you must pardon me. I forgot you have no way of making it up to that Divine Beast on your own! Good luck sealing the darkness!

You know what, the ‘suddenly, there’s 5 more Winter Soldiers’ subplot

has gotten a lot of flack, and I don’t disagree that it could and should have been handled a lot better, but even as it is, I really really like what it says, or rather, confirms about Bucky.

Anyways I just wanna bring up that they were talking about Cheryl and Liam on Graham Norton and Graham was saying that “we have a clip of the first time you met” which was Liam’s very first XFactor audition when he was FOURTEEN (and she was 24!!!) and Liam pretty much said “she doesn’t like talking about that” which means that she’s aware of how creepy it is and she doesn’t want people remembering that she had a whole adult/child relationship with Liam wherein she mentored him but knew he was a kid and she treated him as a kid. And to have a perception of someone like that for like eight or nine years, to still think of them as someone 10 years (!!!) younger than you and to have a ‘they’re a child’ mentality of them right until they become of age/legal, is pretty much the definition of predatory behavior to me. I don’t know how she can look at Liam and not see the 14-year-old she mentored when she was then pretty much how old he is now. Any memories they look back on from him on the XFactor early on can’t and shouldn’t be labeled as 'cute’ or 'romantic’ because Liam was a CHILD. And she knows this, since she doesn’t want people talking about them at that stage, but she still agreed to this relationship when she also knew it wasn’t okay. And that’s my issue with their relationship.

Dealing with Nightmares

Nightmares can be very stressful and terrifying. Everyone has them and sometimes they are caused by your own subconscious thoughts and worries.

  • Keep a notebook or dream journal with a pen near your bed. When you wake up from a nightmare, even if you are distressed, try to write down your emotions, thoughts and what you can remember about the nightmare down.
  • Come morning research the symbolism of the things that happened and appeared in your nightmare. Also consider what they may mean personally to you. Do you have any memories or experiences that relate to what happened in your dream?
  • Look it all over after you finished your research. What picture does it paint? Is something from your waking life affecting you? Stresses? Arguments? Relationship problems? If so perhaps it is time you try to resolve these problems.

After waking up from a nightmare you can still feel rather distressed.

  • Take deep breaths, as scary and distressing as it is, it is still just a dream
  • Get some water
  • Stretch or walk around if you can, get the jitters and shakes out
  • Cleanse your room if you can, spray some moon water about or bring in some salt, help remove the negativity you just felt
  • Read a book, it can help relax you again and make you feel sleepy, especially after such a stressful experience
  • After you wrote down what you remember from your nightmare, don’t dwell on it right now. You can worry about it later, for now find other things to do if you are not interested in going back to sleep
  • Listen to calming music or sounds
  • Watch calming images or videos if needed such as rain falling, ocean waves, changing clouds, looping gifs, etc
  • If someone is around and there to listen, you can talk it out with them. It can really help calm you
  • Drink some chamomile tea, it really helps
  • Wash your face
  • Cuddle, pet or speak with a pet
  • Hold your favorite stuffed animal or blanket for comfort
  • Make a crystal grid of calming stones and negativity removal stones
  • If you do not plan on going back to sleep or if it is already morning, take a shower or bath
  • If you do not plan on going back to sleep, light some white and black candles to cleanse yourself and space of the negative energy brought by the nightmare. Do this with caution, make sure you are not too tired to do this. Fires are not fun or safe
