So I downloaded this app for my iPhone that gives a pretty complete list of animal-derived products… Welp, I feel a tad bit paranoid now haha.

I’m pretty good about knowing my shit list of non-vegan ingredients, but DAMN. I’ll have do a thorough analysis of the ingredient lists next time I go grocery shopping.

Needless to say, the majority of the ingredients are found almost exclusively in junk food and processed food items, such as candies, children’s cereal, chips, frozen food, and sodas.

Just one more reason to avoid these products. Actually, there’s political, ethical, and environmental reasons to avoid them, but let’s not get into all that :)
