I’ve been here for a month. In some ways I feel as if I was in Seattle yesterday, but at the same time, all that I’ve experienced doesn’t seem to fit in a month. Between learning Lumana’s on the ground operations, co-leading a team of Seattle University students on a 10 day research trip, and getting settled in Ofankor, I somehow haven’t managed to write a blog post until now. 

Ghana is a lovely place. Here are a few quick observations based on the past few weeks, which will hopefully give you some idea of my surroundings.
