Standing up to standup

I’m really into stand-up comedy lately and I have been watching a ton of shows on Netflix. I might be kind of sensitive sometimes but I had to turn off at least one third of the shows because the comedians were trying very hard to avoid being “political correct”…like…

Anjelah Johnson telling jokes about ‘gypsies’ and emphasizing how big of a christian she is… Tom Segura desperately wanting to continue using slurs like 'gay’ and 'retarded’… and Bill Burr misgendering trans people, calling them ugly?

WTF? Makes me angry. You fucking don’t have the right to decide what it’s offensive. The disabled, queer gay and trans, sinti and romanies get to decide.

Hop as a 911 dispatcher like

Hopper: There’s someone trying to get in your house? Did you lock the door?

Hopper: You didn’t lock the door?

Hopper: Well that was pretty dumb, huh? You don’t watch the movies or..?

Hopper: No, I’m sending thr police but it’s gonna be like 15 minutes, you better find a hiding spot.

Hopper: And don’t go under the bed, they always check there first.
