Yesterday, I was able to witness a very incredible magical moment. A newlywed couple came to check in, still in their wedding attire and the groom dressed in his military uniform. It seems as though another guest saw them walk in, and asked our manager if he could pay for their stay, but their room had already been paid for. (Mind you, this was happening without the couple knowing, I was distracting them). So that guest said he wanted to put his credit card on their reservation to spend during their stay. He decided to put a $1,000 credit to spend, because he appreciates what the military does for us.
The couple still doesn’t know, and will never know, who this amazing guest was. But I do, and it’s because of him, I realized there is still good in the world.
so this guide is going to be a very very basic overview of what it’s like to WORK AT DISNEY WORLD (pt. 1)! i have a somewhat in depth knowledge of the process and what it’s actually like to be working there because i worked there doing the college program for 5 months. this will be a v v basic overview though and maybe if i feel like it, i’ll do a college program version as well, but here it is!! please like or reblog if you found this helpful!!
