I didn’t actually buy it lol but the arms are suppose to be detachable in this one either way ???

Davide Appollonio (Androni-Sidermec), contrôlé positif à l'EPO le 14 juin dernier, a été suspendu à titre provisoire par l'UCI. Le test a eu lieu entre le Tour d'Italie et le Tour de Slovénie. Le coureur italien peut demander l'analyse de l'échantillon B pour confirmer, ou infirmer, le résultat.

AIGLE, Suisse - L'Union cycliste internationale a annoncé que l'Italien Davide Appollonio a échoué un test de dépistage à l'EPO.

L'UCI a ajouté que Appollonio est provisoirement suspendue en attendant une procédure disciplinaire.

Appollonio s'aligne pour l'équipe Androni Giocattoli (2e catégorie), qui n'est pas invitée au Tour de France qui se met en branle samedi.

L'équipe avait fait savoir l'année dernière que les coureurs sous contrat acceptent de payer des amendes de 110 000 $ US en plus de compensations s'ils sont convaincus de dopage.

L'UCI a révélé que le test positif d'Appollonio, âgé de 26 ans, fait suite à un contrôle effectué à l'entraînement le 14 juin.

Auparavant, il a roulé pour les équipes Sky et Ag2r-La Mondial.

The UCI says Appollonio is provisionally suspended pending a disciplinary case.


Appollonio rides for the second-tier Androni Giocattoli team which is not entered in the Tour de France that starts on Saturday.


The team announced last year that riders signed contracts agreeing to pay fines of 100,000 euros ($110,000) plus compensation if they were caught doping.


The UCI says the 26-year-old Appollonio tested positive in a sample taken during training on June 14.


He previously rode for the top-tier Sky and Ag2r-La Mondiale teams.
