good series to start watching?

Oh, man! Have I got a big list for you :’-) Here are some of my favourites:

  • Game of Thrones - if you aren’t watching this already, you have too! 7 seasons of twists and turns. Honestly, my favourite show.
  • The Office (US) - absolutely hilarious! I love this kind of humour, definitely another favourite.
  • Supernatural - recently started this, it is pretty good so far! Lots of people recommended it to me!
  • Most Popular Girls in School - a stop-motion YouTube series about Barbies. Don’t get me wrong it sounds weird but it is hilarious. If you don’t mind a lot of swearing, it is fantastic. I look forward to every Tuesday when the next episodes go up!
  • Parks and Recreation - similar set up to the Office but just as good! Amazing actors, great plot and just lovely series!
  • Pretty Little Liars - a good mystery series but does drag on slightly!
  • Riverdale - I really enjoyed this as it came out earlier in the year. Lots of big plot twists! It seemed to be a little bit similar to PLL with some hints of Gossip Girl! I’m excited for what is to come in season 2.
  • Desperate Housewives - I remember sneaking downstairs as a child to watch this through our glass doors! Once I was old enough to watch it, it was so much more intense to the snippets I’d seen. Totally recommend it.
  • Stranger Things - Netflix really amazed with this one. I love it so much. Such an interesting plot, a great cast and I’m so excited for season two!!!
  • The OA - a very weird but compelling show. I couldn’t stop watching.
  • American Horror Story - an untraditional show but good nonetheless. Definitely has some seasons better than others but good overall.
  • Brooklyn Nine-Nine - another hilarious show! I love Andy Samberg :’-)
  • Orange is the New Black - amazing Netflix show. One of their best in my opinion. The actresses are fantastic. Incredible story and really thought provoking whilst full of humour.
  • How To Get Away With Murder - I’ve only seen the first season but it was really good!
  • Catfish: The TV Show - I love this show. Nev and Max are great hah!
  • Gossip Girl - honestly since a gem of a show! Plus Nate Archibald is such a cutie!!!
  • Ghost Adventures - I love paranormal shows and these guys are so funny!
  • Bad Education - such a class show! I love the humour - I’ve watched it three times now.
  • Skins - I used to think this was big brother for teens but I was very wrong hah! Similar to AHS in set up but really gripping.
  • Arrested Development - another funny show! It isn’t a favourite but I still enjoyed it.
  • Teen Wolf - I have mixed feelings on this, I enjoyed it but it seemed very obviously “here is another bigger, move evil villain to fight next season”.
  • Superstore - only starting watching this recently but it is great! I’m still on the first season but I love watching it whilst I have breakfast!

A few that I fancy checking out are: The 100, Girl Boss, Jessica Jones, Black Mirror, The Walking Dead, Awkward, and The Handmaid’s Tale! If anyone has any suggestions, please leave them as a reply x

Happy BFSN! 😚

I was tagged by the lovely @clarkegriffintitties - thank you dear!
Oh boy what a week. I’ve been working a lot lately… another 9 days until I -maybe- have a day off. A girl is tired. But it’s okay- Love my job at the movie theater because I work with some really cool people & get to watch all the new releases for free & the tip at my second job at the restaurant is great and I have just the nicest boss there :) Also trying to catch up on some uni stuff cause i kinda fucked up 2 exams last semester. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Really looking forward to 5x10. I actually highkey enjoyed last episode. I was expecting C & B to butt heads much earlier in the season tbh & I’m not at all bothered by their fallout. It hurts like a bitch of course, but it’s supposed to hurt. It’s temporary. They’ll be fine. We’ll be fine. Maybe not this week, but eventually. I don’t think Bell did anything wrong (other than being terrible at the whole communication thing. That was a disaster, son… but okay. Next time take some flashcards with you.) - He did the best he could in the shitty situation everyone was in. It was a very Clarke thing to do. And Clarke’s reaction was very early seasons Bellamy, maybe a little more extreme considering Madi being much younger than O and all that. I’m not agreeing with her on leaving Bell, Indra & Gaia behind to die, but I understand where she’s coming from. (But other people already put this into way better words than I could possible manage right now, so I leave it at that.)

So yeah, I hope we get a Clarke/ Spacekru reunion. A good Octavia breakdown. More Diyoza greatness. Fuck yeah teenage rebellion feat. Madi Griffin. & of course some Zaven fluff, ‘cause that’s what’s keeping me from losing my goddamn mind rn.

Tagging: @livinladolcevita  @clxrkegrxffin @raven-fucking-reyes @nvermindiseeyou @the100trashcan @isadora-greenhall @saltyjos @humandisaster-fml @halfbloodduchess @lehdenlaulu @thesplendidsansa @sarexvicentina @shikadora-momo @decafcosmiclatte As always don’t feel obligated to participate, just tagging some cool people <3 & of course consider yourself tagged if you want to be included. I’m terrible at tagging people :)

*Requested* Imagine risking your life undaggering Niklaus

(The only dagger that works on Klaus is the one Kol made in Season 2 of the Originals, so I kind of based this on the episode 20 “City beneath the sea”. I suggest you watch the episode (again) to understand some occurences. Also, I started off the Klaus week earlier with this one ;) I hope you enjoy and now happy reading my lovelies.)

It´s a cold afternoon in New Orleans, as you are making your way to the compound because you haven´t heard back from your friend Klaus for a while, even though he said he´d call you back with further details on how to defeat his evil aunt Dahlia who is trying to steal his daughter Hope. As you enter the compound you can see a rather stressed Elijah walking up to the stairs.

Y/N: “ Elijah! Where´s Klaus ?”

Elijah: “Oh Y/N. He is… preoccupied at the moment”

You furrow your eyebrows in confusion, trying to figure out what possibly could´ve happened.

Y/N: “Preoccupied how?”

Elijah: “I think I have to show you. But try to stay calm please.”

“The Recruit”

Episode 1 Final Thoughts

As far as series premieres go, this one wasn’t half bad.  I’m excited to learn more about Kaz’s father + their history, as well as the rest of Team Fireball.  The animation style was super bright and enjoyable to look at and had some beautiful shots of the Colossus Platform both during the day and at sunset.

Also, did anyone notice the character designs?  Unlike the earlier seasons of Rebels, Resistance really diversified the models they had and in the eatery scene in general, there were SO MANY DIFFERENT ALIENS.  It was awesome!

Anyways, I already love our team of disaster Fireballs and I can’t wait to watch episode 2 next week.

mini update!

hi everyone hope you are all doing well c: i haven’t made one of these posts in forever and I missed talking to you guys!

Marvel’s Daredevil is shaking things up in season 2 with a faster pace, more romance, and some morally complex storytelling that introduces the controversial gun-touting super-antihero The Punisher.

When the Netflix series changed showrunners after season 1, we’ll admit to being a tad concerned. The first season was TV’s first superhero show targeted exclusively to grown-ups and writer-producer Steve S. DeKnight pushed Marvel’s envelope with brutal violence and bold storytelling risks.

So will Daredevil morph into Marvel’s Agents of Hell’s Kitchen for season 2?

Not at all. After visiting the New York set earlier this month and watching the first two episodes of the upcoming season, we can report showrunners Doug Petrie and Marco Ramirez retain what fans loved about the first year while also flooring the narrative accelerator. Remember how the first season waited until the end of the third episode to give fans a glimpse of Kingpin (Vincent D’Onofrio, who isn’t expected to appear this season)? The delay worked as the show focused on introducing its heroes and building up Kingpin’s sinister reputation. By contrast, season 2 opens with an action scene and very quickly introduces Frank Castle a.k.a. The Punisher (The Walking Dead’s Jon Bernthal). This also works. “The advantage of any sequel is you can dive right in,” Petrie says. “We hit the ground running and then we ran as fast as we f—ing could.”

As comic fans know, Castle is an ex-Special Forces soldier with a tragic past who becomes a New York vigilante. He has the same clean-up-the-streets mission as Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox), except he uses guns instead of beatdowns and quite simply murders every criminal he can find. Whether he’s a hero or a villain is left open to interpretation (and has long been argued both ways by fans online), but the first couple episodes will definitely have many viewers supporting his techniques.

The Punisher is considered a divisive character because Marvel and D.C. superheroes, as a general rule, avoid ever using guns. Notable exceptions include Captain America when he was fighting in WWII and a few others like Hellboy and Deadpool. But Castle is like a walking NRA ad; a hero for the Year of Donald Trump who hunts down and executes everyday street criminals and gang members, not just supervillains and their henchmen. Expect him to be compared to Murdock as viewers are pressed to analyze the difference between the two.

“Viewers watching the show will be rooting for this guy with a gun but we’re also going to force people — the way we force Matt — to second-guess themselves,” Petrie says. “Taking lethal justice into your own hands is in America in 2015 is tricky s—t. We have not shied away from the rich complicated reality of Now. If you’ve got a gun and you’re not the police you’re going to incite strong feelings. We’re stirring the pot and we’re aware of the headlines where we live and we’re trying to get people to think.”

Ramirez adds the team talked a lot about Taxi Driver’s famous malcontent Travis Bickle when shaping their version of the character. “He has a different moral code,” he says. “Matt is a devout Catholic — and you rarely see a character who’s a devotee anything on TV. Frank has Hammurabi’s Code. It’s like letting a great white shark into the water.”

Bernthal conveys an unstoppable menace for The Punisher and sports a relatively anonymous non-flashy costume at the outset of the season that allows him more freedom of movement around New York than Daredevil. The actor says he felt plenty of pressure to get this character right. ”People have been coming up to me on the streets of New York saying, ‘Do not mess this up,’” says Bernthal, who for months walked alone to the Daredevil set across the Brooklyn Bridge to help get into Castle’s isolated and joyless headspace. “This character has resonated with law enforcement and military. He’s brought the war home with him in the worst possible way. And the best thing about him is that if he offends you, he just doesn’t care.”

Daredevil season 2 will have more sex as well. While the first season was relatively chaste, season 2 will get steamier as Matt gets closer to Karen (Deborah Ann Woll) and then his old college girlfriend resurfaces. You know, Elektra (Elodie Yung), which introduces another antihero into the mix, one that’s very different from the Jennifer Garner big screen version.

“Matt’s a deeply moral complicated guy and she’s just the best bad girlfriend you can possibly have,” Petrie says. “She does everything wrong and attractive, she’s his id, the wild side. Matt is always taming his wild side. Elektra just lets it out. He’s both repulsed and deeply drawn to that.”

Daredevil returns sometime in 2016. For more scoop from the upcoming season, pick up Entertainment Weekly’s First Look issue, on newsstands now — or available for purchase here — and keep an eye out for more reveals this week on EW.com.

Clues revealing mona was A

The A texts started when Aria returned to Rosewood and the Liars became friends once more. Hanna began to turn to the liars more than with Mona.

Ali and aria see Bryon having his affair, Mona was chasing them, she could have easily seen Bryon’s affair too.

Mona and A were the only people who knew about Hanna’s shoplifting before she was exposed, so it’s logically that they are the same person.

The first text Aria received was the one in Ezra’s class when they revealed Ezra was her new AP English teacher, Mona was in the same class.

Emily got a note in the girl’s locker room, which only a girl could have entered without suspicion, notes in lockers happen all the time so nothing would seem odd.

A dedicates a song to Hanna on the radio saying, “To Hanna, from your best friend, -A.” Mona is Hanna’s best friend, so this was actually a really obvious clue.

The Liars get a text about Camp Mona right after Mona hand-delivers them their invites.

It’s clear Mona has a lot of money, which A needs. This was made clear at camp Mona.

Hanna finds cash under the paper towel dispenser in the girl’s bathroom. To get in and out unnoticed A would have to be a girl.

Season 1 episode 16 is called Je Suis Un Ami, this  translates to I am a friend. It hints that A is a friend of the Liars.

Marlene King tweeted after season 2 episode 8  that we had already seen A in season two. Mona had already made an appearance in the season by this time.

Hanna’s boat capsized. Mona reveals she was in the water during this time taking “a dip” with Noel.

Mona helps Emily by hacking into the vice principal’s computer, revealing she has some impressive technical skills.

Mona gives Hanna her old phone, showing that she holds onto multiple phones and keeps them available for when she needs them.

A  takes an interest in Jenna and tries to kill her. By this time, Noel has started dating Jenna, which makes Mona jealous.

A texts t Hanna about Caleb and Mona kissing, but only the liars, Caleb, Mona, and Melissa saw/knew about that kiss.

Marlene King said to watch out for the color red in the finale. Mona wears a bright red jacket in one scene before the ball.

Spencer finds Mona’s shopping bags from an earlier episode of season 2 when she’s buying cashmere sweaters in A’s lair.
