hello everyone!! since I’m not a pro at studying (I
just do my best) I thought I would share with you some of my go-to tips to have
a better day/week/month/life 😊
wake up early!! this may seem typical but I used to
sleep in a lot and when I started waking up earlier I noticed a big change.
clean your face daily! every morning and night clean
your face and moisturize. just create a skincare routine and stick to it! also, use a day per week when you have time to relax and put some masks and exfoliate your face and body.
this may seem stupid but dress clothes you like and put on some makeup! but most important when you feel like this is not your day. when we’re
feeling bad or a little sad we usually throw on some sweatpants & a
sweatshirt and don’t use make up and even though it may seem stupid, if you
push yourself to wear your favorite outfit or put a little bit of makeup you
will see yourself looking better and this will make you feel better during the
day (I promise)!!!
eat breakfast! brain food guys!!! this is the most
important meal of the day. as a Spanish phrase used A LOT by my mom says “eat
breakfast like a king, have lunch like a prince and have dinner like a poor man”
(desayuna como un rey, come como un
príncipe y cena como un mendigo).
make to-do lists: yeah, make to-do list for everything
you need them! this will help you to do everything you must do without leaving
any task (which would happen to me when I didn’t write out what I needed to do)
shower every night! okay if you prefer taking a shower
in the morning is up to you but showering at night relaxes you and helps you
talk to people everyday (even if it’s your parents)
you need to talk guys and tell someone how you feel and what happened during
the day (those days I don’t talk to my friends/family I feel super sad and I don’t
listen to music that makes you feel alive!! I have
this playlist where I put every song that makes me feel something. I think
music is so powerful and can help you change your mood in a few secs
go out to nature! since I live in a city it feels super
great when I get to spend some time out in the woods or the beach – go running,
swim, take a walk or just sit, breath fresh air and enjoy!
dance, dance, danceeeeeee!!! hahah it doesn’t matter
if your dance moves are worse than a potato but dance, jump and let go!
treat yourself with your favorite meal every now and
then. I love eating so whenever I get to eat my favorite food it’s a happy day
for me hahah :’-)
talk to your reflection in the mirror. tell yourself
how great is your hair today, how glowy is your skin and how beautiful are you!
do it every day, it’ll help 😊
sleep enough hours! when I don’t sleep a healthy
amount of hours I feel super tired and I get angry super easily, so sleep well
and wake up to a beautiful day!
journal and write daily or when you feel like you need to! write what you feel, what happened in that day, write your goals, quotes to summarize the day, the dreams you had last night… I don’t know! just let your mind go and write and/or doodle I promise this helps :-)
well I hope this helped at least some of you!! thank you if you’ve read this!! xx
As many of you know, one service I offer on this blog are energy readings. I have gotten a lot of inquiries on how I do these readings, so I would like to inform you on my methods as well give you tips on how to do them yourself. Please note that I am not an expert nor do I have the final say on how to do energy readings properly, this is just my experience.
The way I understand energy is as the force that inhabits everything at one point or another. Everything has an energy signature, down to the smallest grain of sand. However, the energy of living things is a bit different. There have been many names given to this energy but it is most often known as one’s life force. The hardest part of an energy reading is picking up on one’s particular energy among the trillions of energy sources swirling around at any given moment, but I will tell you how I do this.
How to Read Someone’s Energy
My method for reading energy is going to be different from everyone else’s. Your method for reading energy will be different from everyone else’s. Everyone has their own techniques for reading energy, but here are a few of mine.
Sit in a comfortable location with at least part of you pressed firmly against the ground.
If you are reading for someone irl, have them sit near you. Physical contact often helps if both of you are comfortable with that.
If you are reading for someone not physically present, it can help to have a piece of them “sit” in front of you. I ask for names and blog urls when I do my readings so that I have an energy signature to focus on but you really can use anything or nothing at all, whatever helps you get a lock on the other person’s energy.
Sit in front of the person or blog and close your eyes. A bit of meditation before you try to tap into their energy is a good idea.
Feel the energy of the earth under you and feel out this individual’s energy as it appears, a piece of the earth just like you.
Grab onto this energy. Snatch it from the earth just briefly. Images, smells, tastes, sounds, colors, and feelings should come to you as you feel their energy. Keep a mental note of what you experience and write it down once you return.
What you have experienced while feeling someone’s energy is their energy reading. It may be a bit of a jumbled mess, but that’s okay. Everyone’s energy is different but there may also be some overlap, which is also okay.
You can give someone their energy reading in many forms. I give mine as a paragraph with everything I saw, yours may be only a line or two. Everyone experiences different things when reading energy and having shorter readings isn’t a bad thing. You may even pick up on more or less energy from each individual. Its totally okay if some readings are long and others very short.
So…. What if your energy reading doesn’t resonate with me, like, at all?
There could be a great number of reasons your reading went screwy. As I said before, energy can neither be created nor destroyed, it simply changes shape. This being said, it could be a number of factors.
I am picking up not on your energy, but the energy of someone very close to you. If you have been in contact with them recently, pieces of your energy sometimes clings to them.
It could also be that I am reading into the energy of one of your past lives, something you won’t necessarily resonate with or remember.
It could also be that the reading was accurate but maybe some part of it was hard to hear, or some repressed memory. This is not the fault of the reader, in the long run it is up to the client to interpret the reading.
It could also be external factors in my own life clouding my ability to pick up on your energy. My cat knocks over a vase in another room and not thinking I write that in as your energy because I was so lost in the moment.
It could also be you’re my last in a long line of energy readings and I am exhausted and hurriedly trying to get through your reading without paying attention to detail.
It could be any number of things, all acting upon one another. Keep an open mind.
Whatever the reason for your energy reading not being accurate, it is best to just be polite and move on. No good will come of harassing a reader, especially if they are offering a free service.
I just did an energy reading and I’m exhausted!
Yup, that’s a real thing and totally normal. Energy readings can be draining, especially for beginners, as you expend some of your energy when you tap into the earth and go out in search of other energies. This is especially draining at first if you have not yet learned how to shield your energy when searching in the energy field and subsequently some of it may be leeched out. Here are some self care tips to help you regenerate faster.
Time yourself. I like to light a stick of incense before I start my readings. Once it is completely burned out, I stop no matter what I’m doing and go drink some water and just do something I enjoy for 30 minutes or so before returning to readings.
Eat or drink something sugary or high in carbohydrates while you read to return energy lost. I like to munch on sweet cherries while I read.
Learn to shield yourself from energy drain. I imagine my energy dressed in a suit of impenetrable armor before I search out someone’s energy. Your shield can come in any manor of form, find one that feels right to you and keeps the pesky energy leech out.
Take little breaks in between readings, even just a minute or two to catch your breath.
Use crystals to return your energy. I like to take some moon-charged amethyst and hold it in my palm during breaks, feeling its energy flow into me.
Practice self care. Shower, change your clothes, put on some lotion or makeup… Anything like that will help replenish energy.
Take a nap! I have a bad habit of doing energy readings as soon as I wake up and then I’m dead for the rest of the day. Napping helps immensely.
Know your limits. You probably won’t be able to do 20 energy readings your first day. Pacing is so important.
If you are doing energy readings online, be prepared to use the block button. Some people are going to be rude, but that is their problem not yours.
Have fun! If energy readings become stressful take a break. If someone is waiting on you for their energy reading, they will understand if it comes a little late. If not, fuck ‘em. You don’t owe anything to people who don’t care about your well being as a reader.
There are a great many things you can do to recharge after an energy reading, but these are just a few of my favorites. Everyone is different, and respecting that is key.
Remember actually enjoying yourself is key. Good luck with your energy readings!
Summary: Jungkook, your ‘best friend’ needs a place to stay since his older brother unexpectedly came home. You try to fix their sibling relationship but that ends up costing you your friendship with Jungkook- a trade for something better or for something worse?
The doorbell rung simultaneous to the sound of constant knocks on your door. You opened your bloodshot eyes and reached over for your phone that sat on the bedside table. Who in their right mind would visit you at 4 in the morning? The violent knocking intensified and you groaned with frustration, peeling yourself away from the warm bed. You shuffled yourself over to the front door and swung it open while rubbing your tired eyes. Of course, only Jeon Jungkook, your best friend, would have the nerve to barge in at such an ungodly hour.
“Jesus woman, I thought you were dead,” Jungkook’s voice sounded relieved at the sight of you in front of him, in your nighties that consisted of merely a singlet and terribly short running shorts. It exposed your supple skin to the handsome boy.
“Jungkook what the fuck do you want? I’m tired, it’s 4 in the bloody morning-” you sighed and wobbled with fatigue.
“Hello to you too, sweetheart,” Jungkook scoffed and entered your apartment with a small suitcase in his grip. “My brother came home unexpectedly just then, I need a place to crash until he leaves.”
You nodded without much thought, you knew his brother was always a sensitive topic for him so you understood.
“That’s fine by me. I’m going back to sleep,” you announced to the noir haired boy with a loud yawn. He merely snickered at your exhausted state and jumped onto your sofa- where he usually crashed after his nights out.
You glided back into the comfort of your bedsheets and closed your eyes to drift off into dreamland.
Morning came quicker than expected. You woke up to the sound of shuffling and fidgeting from the kitchen. It was unusual for Jungkook to wake up so early, early being 9 o’ clock since it was a Saturday morning.
“Good morning,” you said in a nasal voice as you poured yourself a cup of coffee Jungkook had brewed. You peaked over Jungkook’s broad shoulders to see sizzling pancakes on the pan.
“What’s the special occasion?” you murmured behind a hazy sounding giggle and Jungkook showed no emotion, a thin line across his lips.
“Nothing..” Jungkook sounded inaudible as his chest grew with the inhalation of his breath. He let out a loud sigh and you gulped at the boy’s condition. It was rare for him to look so serious. He was normally always making the most inappropriate jokes and comments.
Okay so in addition to the amazing trans Peter headcanon can we also have a pan Peter headcanon added on to that? Granted I don’t have as many receipts, but when Aunt May walks in on Peter in his boxers with Ned on the bed, she doesn’t react in a “I thought you were straight why are you getting naked with a dude” kinda way but like a “hey put on some clothes you two” jokey kinda way like maybe he’s had attraction to other guys or people of different genders before (maybe even with ned at some point) and she has known about it?
Harry greeted from the doorway of your shared bedroom, his eyes looking discreetly at the clock that stated it’s 1 AM in the wee hours of morning.
“Told you not to wait up for me.”
He took his polo off that was slightly damp from his swear along with his jeans, leaving him in his boxers, going to the bathroom to wash his face and brush his teeth, feeling the extra fatigue come to his system once he felt fresh from having been tired in the studio and having a few drinks in the bar.
He went to your side of the bed and pressed a kiss on your cheek, a downgrade of what used to be a long kiss on your lips or a hug in where he’d nuzzle his face on the crook of your neck, completely inhaling your scent before pressing little kisses.
“How was your day?”
“’S good, finished some backing vocals. Had a few drinks with Nick and Kendall.”
Your stomach slightly felt queasy at the mention of her, but the feeling lifted for a second to realize that Harry’s your boyfriend, not her’s.
You weren’t blind to not see the older pictures of Harry and Kendall every time you scrolled down your feed of any social media account, nor the times Hardy made clear and evident that she was just a friend yet with him being a bit more talkative when she was there.
Yet deep inside you, you had the assurance that Harry loves you, yet not eaxactly as much as expressive as you are.
“You tired, baby?”
You asked, your hand going through his hair which made him release a sound of comfort, his head pressed upon your palm, humming out an answer you expected.
You immediately relaxed once you heard Harry’s voice the moment he accepted your call, the bass of the loud music as his background not going unnoticed.
“Where are you, love?”
“O — oh! I forgot to tell you this morning! It’s Kendall’s birthday today!”
The plan of spending a special night with Harry crumbled underneath your fingertips, making you take a deep breath to control yourself.
It was supposed to be a night to be spent completely between the both of you, especially now that you were promoted a rank higher in your job, something that you’ve hoped for ever since the start.
“What time are you going home, H?”
He hummed, the image of Harry probably looking at his watch striking in your mind, making you wait anxiously.
“Maybe a few minutes after midnight? And Y/N, baby, I told you not to wait up for me. ’S the reason why you’re always tired in the morning.”
“God forbid I get tired, Harry. Wish her a happy birthday for me, will you?”
“Will do, love,” he almost shouted since he couldn’t hear himself through the music, the sound of his name being called by probably one of his friends being heard by the both of you.
“Okay. I love y-…”
You were cut short with the line being completely dropped, upsetting you maybe a bit more than it should, making you turn your attention to the drink in front of you.
“Cheating. They call it emotional cheating.”
Harry’s eyebrows immediately furrowed from what you were saying, stopping himself from putting some clothes in his duffel bag that would last him for a day and in his toiletries, his attention completely turning towards you whose arms are crossed and standing in the doorway.
“Love, what the hell are you saying?”
He asked, nearing towards you and putting his hands on your shoulder, a concerned look on his face.
“Is this about your birthday tomorrow? Baby, I told you I would make up for it. You know I promised James I would come to his baby shower. Which happens to be in a yacht for a day.”
“I would be lying if I tell you that I didn’t notice how invested you are in Kendall. Every time you see her, the picture; the conversations.”
Harry breathed out since he noticed you lately of you changing your habits slightly, of how your eyes looked tired.
Yet beyond that, he didn’t seem to notice on how much you compromised. On how much you adjusted your life around him so you could be simply with him.
“Love, it just happens that James invited Kendall too. It isn’t my decision.”
You stared at your feet, feeling the hollowness in your heart for what felt alike in the past few months, your hands being put on top of his shoulders.
“You love me, right?”
It was obvious.
The moment Harry appeared on the door from the night after James’ baby shower, he already knew that you knew it.
And in fact, you already knew it, if it wasn’t for the people tagging you on posts numerously that your phone blew up with notifications, nor the text James sent saying that he’s sincerely sorry because if he knew, he wouldn’t invite either of them and even scold Harry.
He was looking at you expectingly, the tears already flowing out of his eyes as his heart dropped on the sight of you sitting silently on the couch, cussing himself silently of how much he messed up.
“Please say something.”
His voice cracked, pleading for you to say anything, whether it would favor him or not because at that moment, the silence was killing him slowly. He knew how well you could give a silent treatment and remembered a promise to himself long ago that he wouldn’t cross you again because he hates it.
He hates every single bit of it.
“That’s a nice birthday present.”
His heart tightened of what she just said, regretting the things he’ve done faster than when he did it, fully knowing that you can’t and you’re not looking into his eyes.
“I’m giving you a choice. So you wouldn’t think of me as being selfish.”
You stood up, looking down the floor until your feet was a good ruler away from his shoes, making it as a basis so that you wouldn’t get close to him.
“Five days. First choice is I stay here and not talk nor do anything that has to do with me interacting with you. Second is that I stay in a hotel and we could talk. On the phone, one call. Five minutes a day.”
“Love-…” Harry cut himself short, clenching and unclenching his fist at the weight of the moment he carries.
“It would kill me to not either see you nor talk to you.”
You wanted to fight him with what he said, but you took off the urge, your gaze still fixed on the floor.
Harry gulped, desperately wanting to fix what he caused in the first place.
He knew it. He knew it better than anyone should to not break your trust. Especially when you cussed at him while fighting. And yet again, he brought it upon himself. The both of you suffering.
Harry hiccuped out his answer amidst his tears, feeling the pain sear right through his seams that he felt shitty to say the least.
Would he use his five minutes now?
It was less than thirty minutes after you left the house on the same day he went home, bringing yourself and nothing else but your car, your keys, your phone and your cash.
You figured that you would buy clothes in the mini boutiques the hotel has once the air gets too suffocating in your room.
You figured that you would rely on the hotel’s complimentary incentives for the toilteries.
You figured that you would have a drink or two from the mini bar they consider that’s in their mini refigerator.
Harry thought of it for a moment if it would be a good time to use his five minutes. Even better is what’s he going to say.
Your commitment is hanging on by five phone calls he’s going to make, your judgement, and maybe includes his prayers for you to be back on his arms.

You had just taken a big bite
out of Jin’s latest dish. It was delicious and flavorful as always, but maybe a
little too much. You coughed, hitting your chest with one hand as Jin panicked,
rushing to bring you some water. After downing a whole glass, you breathed a
sigh of relief. So did Jin.
“I’m so sorry, honey! For a
second I thought I’d killed you.”
Still recovering, you weren’t
thinking as your next words tumbled out of your mouth.
“You’re a professional killer,
so it wouldn’t be a surprise.”
A long, heavy silence fell over
you both realized what you had just said. Horror twisted in your gut. Crap. How
could you cover this up?
“What did you just say?” Jin
asked, voice low with something very, very dangerous.
There was a long moment where
you both stood there, unmoving and unblinking, just staring at one another.
Then the panic settled in. Your breathing became quicker, your eyes wide. He
knew. He knew you knew. This was bad. He was angry. This was bad.
Jin took a step forward,
features softening as he approached you slowly, like one would approach a
“Darling, calm down. It’s—“
Thoughts still hazy, you turned
on your heel and made a break for the door, running as fast as you possibly
Jin was faster.
You barely made it out of the
kitchen when you felt his hand circle around your arm in a vice grip. In the
next instant, he slammed you against the nearest wall with terrifying strength
you had always known he possessed. You winced, screwing your eyes shut as you
looked down. You couldn’t look at him—you were afraid of what you would see.
Gentle but firm, his other hand
gripped your chin and made you look into his eyes. They were soft and gentle,
the same as they had always been. You felt yourself relax, just a little bit,
“I think,” he finally said,
“you and I need to have a little talk.”
You were home alone, so you
decided to take a long, much deserved bath. Eyes closed, you sighed as you
soaked in the steaming water. Then, you heard it. A loud bang and a crash from outside the door. Namjoon wasn’t supposed to
be home until very late that night, which could only mean it was a break in.
Your eyes snapped open and you
practically flew out of the tub, heart hammering in your chest as you thought
of your options. You knew Namjoon kept a gun in every room. It was how you
discovered his real occupation some time ago.
As quickly as you could, you
removed the bathmat at the base of the tub and felt around for a loose tile. Sure
enough, you search was fruitful. You grabbed the weapon and slowly backed away.
You didn’t want to use it, or even threaten anyone with it, so you stayed put,
hoping the intruder wouldn’t come into the washroom. No such luck. Soon enough,
the knob jiggled for a moment before the door was pushed open. With shaky hands
you put the gun up.
“D-don’t move! I’m not a-afraid
to use this!”
“Shit, baby, what the fuck?”
Namjoon stood before you, hands
up in surrender and eyes wide with shock as he stared at you in utter
disbelief. You could have cried at the
sight of your boyfriend. Shaking, you lowered the weapon. Then, enraged, you
lifted it again.
“You! You scared me half to death! What the hell is wrong
“What’s wrong with me? What’s wrong with you?”
“Why do you have a gun?!”
“You’re in the mob and you’re
asking about your own gun?!”
You froze, realizing your
mistake. Namjoon stared at you, wide eyed. Then, he sighed, pinching the bridge
of his nose as he slouched in defeat, almost as if he’d been expecting this. You
wouldn’t be surprised if he had.
“Ok, before we have this
conversation,” he said, voice exasperated, “could you please put the gun down? And maybe put some clothes on?”
You looked down at yourself and
blushed, placing the gun back on the floor and running past him into the
“If you like,” he said, voice
amused and suggestive, “we could save the clothes and the conversation for
Yoongi was still sleeping when
you decided to slip out of bed and make breakfast for the both of you. You were
flipping pancakes in the kitchen when you heard the unmistakable sound of a
knock on the door. You nearly jumped out of your skin, dropping one of the
pancakes in the process. Cursing, you turned the stove off and marched to the
When you opened it, you were
surprised to find two men you had never seen before standing in front of you.
You immediately stiffened,
thinking about Yoongi’s job. Did they know him? Were these friends or enemies?
Were they dangerous? Were you about to get kidnapped? You were so going to kill Yoongi if you got
kidnapped because of him.
You fixed the two men with an
“May I help you?”
The men looked almost as
surprised to see you as you were to see them. They shifted uncomfortably,
looking at one another.
“Uh. Is Suga home?”
‘Suga’ was Yoongi, you knew.
You also knew it was a name only his friends knew him by, if the papers you
found in his office were anything to go by. Still, you didn’t trust these guys
“Who are you?”
They looked at each other.
“Uh. I’m V and that’s Jimin.
“His underlings. Yeah, I know.”
You sighed, relieved when you recognized their names. “Sorry, but Suga’s—“
You jumped when you felt the heat
of another body pressed against your back. Yoongi was standing there, still
shirtless, using an arm to lean against the doorframe as he fixed the two
visitors with a glare.
“Whatever it is, it can wait
Without saying another word,
Yoongi grabbed the door and shut it in their faces. He sighed, still pressed
right up against your back. You squirmed, trying to step away from him, but
started when you felt both of his hands firmly grasp each of your arms. He
pressed further into you, leaning in until you felt his breath on the back of your
You shivered—out of fear or something else, you weren’t sure.
“How long,” he said, his low
voice practically a whisper as he spoke into your ear, “have you
known about this?”
You and Hoseok were getting some shopping done when you passed by a
department store, one of the very upscale and intimidating ones that you dared
not enter by yourself. So, naturally, Hoseok decided to drag you inside.
“Come on, it’ll be fun!”
You rolled your eyes at his
antics, but obliged nonetheless. He was so happy, after all. While inside, you
found yourself surprised as something caught your eye. It was a beautiful
silver watch. You leaned over the glass case displaying it, admiring the piece.
You had always wanted one of these high-end accessories, but you could never possibly
“Like what you see, babe?”
You jumped, having almost
forgot you were here with your boyfriend. Smiling, you nodded, but shrugged it
off with a small, disappointed sigh.
“Yeah, but when in a million
years could I ever afford something like this?”
Hoseok blinked, staring at you
for a moment in thought before he spoke again, smile ever-present.
“I’ll buy it for you.”
You raised your eyebrows. Of
course, you knew Hoseok could afford
this sort of thing. He was a mobster after all, and a pretty damn successful
one, from what you gathered. But still, he didn’t need to know that you knew. So, you shook your head.
“If I can’t afford it, then you
“Yes, I can,” he replied,
“No, you can’t.” You glared at
him. “I don’t want it that bad, Hoseok.”
“Sure you do.”
“Babe it’s ok, I’ll buy—“
“If I want this watch,” you
snapped, irritation taking over you, “then I want it with good, honest money.
Not—“ you gasped, cutting yourself off once you realized what you said.
“Not what, babe?”
Everything around you seemed to
stop—the bustling department store seemed empty, the lights seemed dimmer. All
you could focus on was Hoseok, his eyes darkening while the smile remained on his
face. You had a feeling you weren’t the first person to be on the receiving end
of such a look. Your sweet, loving boyfriend was replaced with someone else.
He was terrifying.
Still smiling, Hoseok leaned
forward until your faces were centimeters apart.
“Sweetheart,” he said, his sweet voice laced with venom, “is there something you’d like to tell me?”
