My Little Bunny
Request: “To the previous anon: I do want flufff too, or angst/comfort. Can you do one where Newt and Reader have a baby girl? Reader wakes up early to feed her but Newt woke up first and she looks leaning against the threshold how Newt is pacing around, maybe talking to his baby daughter as he feeds her.”

Pairing: Newt x Reader
You start at a touch on your shoulders. Rubbing your eyes, you look up to an amused Newt, his eyes twinkling.
“Perhaps you should sleep, love.”
“No, no, I’m fine.” You murmur, stretching. An unfinished letter rests on the table in front of you. The ink near the center of the paper is smudged.
Newt chuckles, wiping a bit of ink from your cheek. “You need to sleep.”
“But I’m writing.” You gesture halfheartedly to the ruined paper in front of you.
“My mum can wait to learn about Emma’s first haircut. Really, love, you’re barely able to keep your eyes open. A bit of sleep will do you well.”
He’s right. The heaviness of three nights of four hours of sleep is almost too much to bear. The world’s a swirl of movements that are too quick to track and sounds that are just a bit too loud.
But there’s a reason you’ve been sleeping so poorly, and it’s in the other room wailing.
