I like to think maybe Robbie has some strength to his frame from messing around with so many metal parts and dragging around giant canons and everything else he does that in a moment of emergency he just picks up Sportakook (bridal or over his shoulder, either way) and runs for dear life instead of Sportanerd grabbing him and everyone is confused and Sportacute is flustered because no one has carried him since he was a young babe and Robbie is confused as of why Sportaflop is so red and– yea… but
We need more Stronger-than-we-thought-he-was Robbie Rotten
Honestly that one guy from the La La Land crew who was like, ‘there’s been a mistake, Moonlight wins, come up here’ handled the situation with so much grace and made it so much less awkward than it could have been. I’m amazed.
I’m so happy Nicole Kidman is allowed to be seen as taller than her man now. Remember when like they’d never let her wear heels ‘cause Tom Cruise was so short? And now she’s strutting down the red carpet at the Oscars all taller than Keith Urban and he’s just like “Yeah, she’s taller than me, I don’t give a fuck.”
What I think will make this show develop their characters better: stop having so many plots at the same time, wrap up one story then move to the next, having so many things happening majes the episode a bit hard and you can’t concentrate on what is going on
part one of a collection of things that should have been in/after episode 10
motel moments: what happens when they first get to the motel to right after they have sex
It awkward to say the least, but Philip kind of expected it to be.
The woman at the front desk gave them a funny look, and she definitely had reason to. They were two teenage boys who should definitely have been in school, but instead they were paying for a few hours in a dingy motel room. Not to mention that they both probably looked terrified and that Lukas was holding onto his shoulder and wincing every few minutes. It probably looked really weird, but Philip didn’t have time to worry about what some random woman thought, he just needed to get them somewhere safer.
The woman handed him a room key after he passed over the money. She didn’t ask any questions even though Philip could tell by the look on her face that she really wanted to. Philip thanked her and quickly left the office, pulling Lukas behind him.
The room was small, but it’s not like they needed much, just a place to sit and rest for a while.
Once they were both inside Philip quickly locked the door and closed all the curtains. Lukas was already sitting on the bed with his shoes off.
On the way to the room they’d stopped at one of the vending machines and used the last of Lukas’s cash to buy some snacks.
@ my friends who liked la la land: you are not a bad person for watching it and enjoying it and thinking it’s a good movie !but please keep in mind that the criticisms against it are valid and so is people being upset with it (x) (x) (x)
Today I woke up early, had a lot of coffee, spent time working on kanji and vocabulary, finished watching Outlander (so. good.) and then went to the park, making pretend countries and playing around defending them from the other. Great fun, but now I’m sore all over. Climbing in trees and hitting each other with “swords” will do that to you. Then we went out to dinner (okonomiyaki) for stefan’s bday, and then ended up in an Irish pub for one (very overpriced) apple cider. Good day, good day.
