Okay so I’m down to JUST gastrointestinal issues now, as opposed to the other stuff I had at first too, and it is less intense than it was the time I nearly called off work. So progress. Anyway I looked up my symptoms and it is probably acid reflux that’s just been hanging around for almost a week now, sometimes more and sometimes less intense. I have had one run in with acid reflux before- two years ago I started getting symptoms, realized it was because of been drinking 10 cups of brewed coffee per say for about two months, cut back on coffee to 4-6 cups daily, then boom felt better.
Do you guys know if not eating regularly can cause that? I’ve been eating one meal and some snacks/drinks per day for, considering how bad I am at tracking time, probably two months, maybe three, and I’m sure that’s not been good on my body. Does that mean eating regularly should fix it hopefully? Of course the issue there is you feel sick and don’t want to eat, etc etc.
