It probably bothers me more than it should that Rhaegar's looks are so romanticized by literally everyone. Like, this silver haired purple eyed sinewy guy is supposed to be the most beautiful man in Westeros? Please. I wish Elia punched him in his bird chest.

Y'all even outsalt me I’m laughing

Hello! So for my story, I have an autistic character who works as a falconer because of his special ability to call birds. I have two questions: one, would having the ability to call birds put off the unintentional message that autistic people have magical powers? I have another non-magical autistic person in my story to avoid this. And two, would it be reasonable for the falconer to stim with the birds(ex. brushing the feathers, looking at the patterns on the wings, the pressure of holding the birds on his arm, etc.)? Thank you!

Hi!

If your autistic character is not the only character with magic powers in your story, you should be alright on the “autism-is-magic” front.

And yeah, I’m sure handling his birds could definitely be stimmy in many ways, and I encourage you to show them in your writing, as stimming is an important part of “the autistic experience” and portraying it contributes to making your autistic character more believable :)

If MC have a bird familiar that has a habbit of flying to people's head and sit on they head. What would the casts do on they first experince with MC's bird familiar?

I have a bird too and he does this sometimes! I thought this was cute, so I had a strong urge to write this. Thank you apprentice.

- Asra: Faust likes to sneak up on him too, so if your bird familiar landed on his head, he wouldn’t be to stunned about it. He would get used to your familiar’s behavior quite early on, and get attached to them. He treats your familiar very similar to Faust, and he has an affinity to animals. He would move around very comfortably despite the bird on his head, it would look comedic.

- Julian: He is very unsure of what to do about this situation. He is trying to ask for your assistance with your familiar, but in fear of him hurting your bird, would be very slow and scared as it was on his head. He likes you, and trusts you, but that doesn’t mean he isn’t uncomfortable by how your bird acts. He would slowly warm up to it, and after realizing how sweet they (hopefully) are, Julian would spoil your bird familiar. He’d probably start doing a “baby” voice to them too. It’s very unnatural.

- Nadia: She is fond of exotic pets, but it is more of the aesthetic appeal than the friendly companion aspect. If your bird familiar ever landed on her head, she would go stock still, and glare daggers at you (your bird on her head almost looks like a crown). She knows how important your familiar is to you, and wouldn’t hurt them if it meant ruining what you have together. So, she will play nice with your friend. But that doesn’t mean she will enjoy it. Eventually, she might grow to feel protective over your familiar, because she is protective of you as well.

- Portia: She would absolutely adore your familiar. In fact, even if your familiar wasn’t a bird, she would adore it. She loves animals, and your cute feathery friend is no exception. She would be delighted if your bird landed on her head, she would find it endearing and almost hysterical. She would need to fight off a giggle at how cute your familiar was acting. She’d actually be almost proud, taking the way your bird was acting as a sign of friendship or acknowledgement.

- Muriel: Animals are naturally drawn to him, so It’s not really surprising to him. This situation might have already happened to him. The fact that animals naturally adore him speaks volumes. He would be nonchalant about your bird familiar landing on his head. It would look completely normal, and you question if he met your familiar before. You would think he would be nervous about it, but he didn’t feel any ill intent from your bird, so he was comfortable when it happened.

- Lucio: He loves your bird, and the fact that they like him enough to land on his head makes him love them even more. He blows it out of proportion, and boasts that he is special. He wears the bird on his head proudly, even if they are out of place in the setting. He is full of pride because of this event, and will treasure the moment forever. He would spoil your bird, and when your bird picks up Lucio tendencies, it was only a matter of time. Heck, as a badge of honor, he would have your bird with him as much as possible.

Okay I was listening to the Lego Batman soundtrack and

There is a line during the song “Friends are Family”

when Batman takes the mic

and you can very clearly hear him refer to Robin as

“adorably intruding”
