“she was a very pretty woman. she had dark red hair and her eyes - her eyes are just like mine…but then he noticed that she was crying; smiling, but crying at the same time. the tall, thin, black-haired man standing next to her put his arm around her. he wore glasses, and his hair was very untidy.”
How great would it be to have an episode where Nicole's sister comes to visit?
We would get a stark contrast between the Earp sisters and the Haught sisters, and it would be amazing. They wouldn’t have as great a relationship as the Earps. Her sister wouldn’t approve of her being a cop, moving to a small town, cutting her hair, dating Waverly, or pretty much just anything Nicole did. And we’d get to see Waverly stand up for her girl, and then Wynonna would go nuts on the sister, berating her for being so out of touch and telling her she’d come to regret it one day, just like she did when she left. It would bring WayHaught closer, and we’d get some amazing Wynaught bonding as well. Not to mention they’d all be running around trying to hide the crazy supernatural stuff going on, and hilarious hijinks would ensue.
Hair question! So, I am trying to walk this line of culturally appropriate and actually holding a style. Our girl is bi-racial; she has thin, curly, non-textured, low-porosity hair. We have got a pretty good routine to keep her hair moisturized (okra gel is a godsend) and this is what we look like at the end of the day. I tried really hard to get some ponies in tonight, and it just resulted in tears, horrible parts, and really really small puffs (realistically just one single curl). I’m pretty sure they will fall out by morning.
Q1: She is 15 mo, should I be worried about some sort of protective styling at this point?
Q2: If so, any advice???? Her hair is so thin and slippery!!!!
1. Summoning Lord Chrysomelidae to help her fight angels. She doesn’t have to wrap him up with her hair all that much because he’s pretty cooperative, but she does anyway because he insists on it.
2. Cassidinae’s Wicked Weaves bathing suit!! It embarrasses the heck out of her even though no one can actually see her other than angels.
3. Meeting @rottenheartedchild ’s Ivan and @your-narrator ’s Vincent for the first time!! She’s v shy because she’s never met other witches before, let alone adult witches!!!
A few months ago, I had the opportunity to commission @xfreischutz to make a card for my Inquisitor, Astraia Lavellan. The final result was more than worth the wait! Frei paid so much attention to details and had creative interpretations of my ideas, managing to take my massive amount of information about my character and distill it down into a wonderful image.
They were a pleasure to work with and I am so glad that I commissioned them.
