anonymous asked:

37 & 38?

37: “Dance with me!”

38: “Isn’t this amazing?”

The Toronto skyline was the most stunning view in the world.

And it was ten times better as you cuddled your body against your boyfriend’s arms.

“I still don’t understand how you can afford this place.” you joked.

“That’s offensive!” Shawn said acting offended.

“It’s not!” you giggled. “We are the same age and I can barely buy myself a drink at Starbucks, it’s not fair.”

“You have me, I think that makes it up.”

“Oh, shut up.” you laughed and kissed his lips.

Things were escalating quickly as you were already straddling your boyfriend on his couch as a The Weeknd song filled the room, until the song changed to Tegan and Sara’s ‘Where Does The Good Go?’. You squealed and repeatedly hit Shawn’s naked chest.

“I love this song!” you said excitedly as he groaned.

“Are you leaving me like this? Seriously?”

“Oh, come on! Dance with me!” you told him as you got up and started jumping around.

“At least button up your shirt.” he said playfully.

“I don’t give a fuck!” you laughed. “Let’s move the furniture!”

“Okay, now you lost your mind.” Shawn said in disbelief.

“Don’t be like that, come on!” you kissed his lips. “Look me in the eye and tell me you don’t find me attractive.” you sang as you moved the couch.

None of you noticed when the living room was pretty much empty, with furniture glued to the walls of the place. None of you bothered to button up your shirts, all you cared about was laughing and dancing like no one was watching.

After almost six songs, the iPod started playing a soft melody that made you stop to catch your breath.

Isn’t this amazing?” you asked Shawn in awe of what had just happened.

“Amazing? I literally spent days trying to set those things up!” he pointed to the scattered tables and chairs.

“Don’t act like you didn’t enjoy it.”

“I’ll forgive you only if you come with me to the bedroom.”

“That didn’t sound right.” you giggled.

“I didn’t intend for it to sound good.”
