Two sides of the same coin


 The public library was a home away from home for Elgar. He could sit among the books in silence for hours. Today was a particularly bad day to be at home, so he was going to stay as long as he could.

He scanned the shelves for books, almost lost in his own little world until his eyes caught a small table in a little alcove of books. Someone was asleep there…
Elgar pursed his lips, rubbing the scars on his hands as he made his way over to the stranger. Gently, he placed his hand on the other’s shoulder. “Excuse me…I don’t think you should sleep in a library…”
