Tried almond ‘cheese’ for the first time today. Mozzarella style. It’s pretty good! I’ve had Daiya shreds and slices before, but I’ve only been able to tolerate the taste if I’m using it in a sandwich, burrito/taco or wrap. (Otherwise it’s just gross.)
This almond cheese has a great texture and good taste, kind of like eating string cheese. I bought it in a block style and used it in chunks and shredded in my taco bowl tonight. Works great both ways!
