Banana Chia Smoothie

Serves 2

5 frozen bananas
1 cup chai tea ice cubes
2 tbsp coconut cream or coconut yogurt
1 tbsp almond butter
6 pitted dates
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
1 pinch cinnamon
1 pinch dried ginger

coconut yogurt
fresh blueberries
chopped apricots
maple syrup

Acai Berry Smoothie Bowl

  • Smoothie: frozen bananas, Frozen blueberries, @yoursuperfoods antioxidant rich Forever Beautiful powder {which consists of Acai, chia seeds, maqui, maca, acerola & blueberry}, coconut milk, coconut water 
  • Toppings: banana + Kiwi + blueberries + almonds + hemp seeds 

(I’ve been getting a lot of requests on this smoothie too so here it is!)

1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp almonds
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 frozen banana
2 big handfuls of spinach (or kale)
1 tsp chia seeds (Optional)
8-10 goji berries (Optional)
Combine all ingredients except for chia seeds and goji berries in a blender.
Blend on high speed until you a reach a smooth consistency.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and sprinkle with chia seeds and goji berries.
