It’s true that most of the women in the game are mages but I’m past “””Zeke””” and have seen no indication of magic being seen as socially “lesser” than martial prowess. I mean, I guess you could extrapolate about Rigelian culture, but even then it would all be headcanon afaik, and we’re Team Zofia anyway.
