Quick shoulder work out and a bit of core at the end. And treating my hair at the same time 😊
I do 4 (3 if I’m lazy) sets of each exercise. Try to keep tension on your shoulders at all times i.e. Don’t relax them at any point. For the core exercise I breathe out each time I twist. This helps me to activate the core as I twist. As for reps, I choose the band that would make me max out around 10-15 reps (at Sorrento, Italy Almafi Coast)
