all the wrong moves

horoscope
  • aries: I know this is a hard time for you, aries, but remember: 'tis better to have loved and lost. it’s really great, just the best.
  • taurus: step on a crack, break your mother’s back. pick up the phone, break your mother’s tailbone. take your coffee with creamer, break your mother’s femur. the wizard’s spell has gone terribly wrong, and you must not move at all until it is reversed.
  • gemini: you will meet a tall, handsome stranger. he will introduce himself, you will come to know him well, and he will know you well. he will grow older. his skin will sag and thin. he will no longer be handsome. he will no longer be a stranger. he will no longer be most of the things he once was. he will be a close friend, an old friend, one you’ve known for years, and with whom you are settling down into that final stretch of life. but he will always be tall. so tall. very, very tall.
  • cancer: I’m not saying this is bad news, but the stars just say “aaaaaaaaaaggggghhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!” I mean, maybe that’s a good sign, right? right? it’s a very inexact science.
  • leo: today is your lucky day! which is good news, because tonight is your unlucky night. but enjoy this lucky day until the sun goes down. until the very second the sun goes down. and then…and then
  • virgo: you should check under your bed before you go to sleep. that way the thing hiding in your closet will think you haven’t realized where it is yet.
  • libra: all eyes are on you. gross! give them back!
  • scorpio: mars is intersecting with Mercury, which means your head is weirdly big for your body, and no one wants to tell you because they don’t want you to have the grace of self awareness. ugh! scorpios.
  • sagittarius: you worry too much about earthquakes and plane crashes. you’re going to die of heart disease or cancer, just like everybody else.
  • capricorn: stop throwing your money away on expensive cars and nice clothes. the owners of those cars and outfits do not appreciate the crumpled dollar bills you keep throwing on them! and anyway, if you want to throw something away, that’s what garbage cans are for.
  • aquarius: you’ve been so stressed lately. why not just sit outside tonight, relax, look up at the stars, and know basically nothing about the world you live in.
  • pisces: scorpions are not as dangerous as everyone thinks. try to concentrate on that. it’ll help you feel a little calmer tomorrow. (welcome to night vale ep75)
Baby, can I?

Yoongi is your friend, but all it takes is one wrong move of his hand for you to start thinking of him as something more than that.

He is known for gaining access for high security information from very important people, and it’s a mystery to a lot of people how he does it - but those are the kind of people that have never seen Lee Minhyuk in person, the kind of people that have never been under his intensive, lustful stare, they haven’t been conned by his tongue, he can dish out any desire that his lover wants to here for a few, vital words that could cost them a lot more than they had bargained for.

But meeting you was different, and falling for you was like a slap in the face. He didn’t know how to react, what to do - he couldn’t tell The X Clan, there was too much risk, and if any other mafia found out he felt attractions towards you it was almost set in stone that you would die. Even though he knew all this, and understood that any wrong moves could cost him everything, he still passed you by, said hello whenever he saw you. He still had hope that one day, things could be different.

Yoo Kihyun

This man is known for his coldness, and it isn’t often that an enemy comes by him and makes it out alive. Kihyun is an assassin, a cold-blooded assassin that is behind the murders of some of the highest ranking people in the country. No one, not even in the x clan, asks him about the murders he has carried out, and even if they did, Kihyun probably wouldn’t be able to recall how many he has actually done, but he could give you specific gory details. Kihyun is lethal, and almost as high up as Shownu the leader, he has a lot of respect and no one dares to cross him.

But everyone has emotions, and Kihyun couldn’t stop himself from feeling them when he got to know you better. A part of The X Clan, you work alongside them, helping them plan out complicated procedures and worming ways out of complex situations, and Kihyun has a love for that. But his attraction to you is kept in the darkness of unlit rooms and distance between anyone else. You find yourself falling for him too, but you both know the consequence for falling in love in the business.

Kihyun: “Stay safe, I love you.” *Muttering*

{y/n}: “What was that?”

Kihyun: “w-what, I said stay safe, elephant juice!”

He may look sweet, but Hoseok is far from it. He goes under the name Wonho, and makes some of the biggest drug deals in the country. He’s a smart man, and knows how to get away unnoticed. A lot of women fall for his charms, but he knows how to play, and these girls are asking to be played. He has a lot of money, and lives an extravagant lifestyle. He never used to be like this, but after being poor and watching his family struggle, he changed, and now, he lives as though he’s a king and everyone else is beneath him. Everyone else except The X Clan, everyone except for you.

There’s a reason he sleeps around, not because he’s simply arrogant, but because he can’t stand knowing how he feels about you. In such a business, he would rather die than let you be killed, but being in a relationship, death for either is going to destroy the other.

Wonho: “Be careful, won’t you?”

{y/n}: “Careful is my middle name.” *grinning as you leave*

Wonho: “I love you…”

This leader is anything but simple. He’s complex, and smart. He is the founder of The X Clan and has started such a revolution. He trusts little, but those he does trust hold high regard in his life. He may be a leader, and he may have all of the more important planning to do, but he is known to participate in the field too. He’s strong, courtesy of his constant working out, and has a good mind - he can take a little blood on his hands, especially when it’s for the greater good. He is highly wanted within the industry, a lot of people want his head on a stick. After all, he is known as one of the most successful leaders in South Korean history. But he never falls into the cracks, and his members are more than ready to help him and watch his back. Even though he’s tough, he gives credit where it’s due and can be the most caring person despite his occupation.

One of the members he treasures most is you, and you feel the same way about him. The two of you are together, even against all odds. You know the risk of it, but it seems as though it would be wasteful to live in fear. The X Clan are well aware of your relationship, meaning that they are all completely hands-off you, (who would want to cross Shownu, really?). You and him compliment each other, and the life isn’t ideal, but you have each other to work it out.

Shownu: “Did I ever tell you how gorgeous you are?”

{y/n}: “Plenty, but I never tire of hearing it.”

He is perfect with his long range shots, but he’s even more lethal with a knife. If he intends to kill you, you’re as good as a dead man walking. He’s dangerous, and terrifying, and it isn’t often that his victim will escape his grasp, because he will get them one way or another. Changkyun has seen a lot of horrific things in this world, and has killed mercilessly, but that doesn’t stop him from what he thinks are flaws, his own emotions.

When he came across you, it was like an ice bucket had been dropped over his head. Changkyun didn’t believe in love at first sight, but seeing you changed that perspective entirely. He found himself falling for you, even though he tried his best not to. The two of you became closer when Shownu asked the two of uo to work together. The two of you were in training a lot, using each other to practice and gain strength. The two of you were like the dream team, god help anyone that tries to cross you.

Changkyun: *Pins you down against the floor.* “You’re getting weaker, {y/n}.” *smirking*

{y/n}: “And your ego is getting bigger” *scoffs*

He may appear to be very cute though, his sleeping habits give him an innocent look, like he is childlike, but far from it, sleeping isn’t the only activity that goes on in his bed.

Hyungwon and you had been dating for a long time, and honestly, even though there are risks, he still dates you because he figures that anyone that tries to even lay a finger on you has a death wish. He is very sweet with you, most unlike his attitude towards his job and The X Clan. some nights he will help you with training, others he will cuddle with you until it’s 3am and you start talking about the most random shit.

Jooheon is in charge of all of the technological side and tracking, he is the one on the other side of the ear piece when other members go on dangerous missions. He can hack any system and extract any information that he wants, he is very much wanted by the government for leaking vital information. He can do whatever he wants, hack CCTV footage, top-security information and leave no trace. He is very dangerous, you’d be very stupid to piss him off. As well as this, Jooheon is handy in the field, and there’s no denying that he can be popular with the ladies in his life.

When he met you, he started to like you almost immediately, and even under the dim lights of the casino, he still admired your face as though it was in the light of the day. Even since that moment, he has been a smooth talker, perhaps that’s what made you fall for him in the first place. His aegyo is killer, but that is only shown to you, it has never been portrayed before the other members. And unlike his job, he is very forgiving and kind. He’s very protective of you, and is very careful when letting you go on missions because he loves you and that will never change.

Jooheon: “Be careful Jagi. I’m only on the other side of the earpiece if you need me.”

Let me tell y'all punks something about ACOWAR (spoiler FREE I promise)

I LOVED this book for one glaring reason (that goes beyond how much more Azriel we got, but I digress).

That reason is the gray area. There is SO. MUCH. moral gray area in ACOWAR. Characters that I admittedly thought were PERFECT and could do no wrong did wrong. Characters I thought were pure evil did right.

SJM portrayed a beautiful picture of humanity in a fantastical world. Not one of us is morally right or morally wrong, point blank. We are MESSY, and so was every character in ACOWAR. MESSY. And she didn’t shy away from portraying them as such. The characters moved all over the spectrum of right and wrong and that’s just LIFE.

The gray area is a GOOD THING. Now is it going to incite a million and one arguments on this platform concerning the age old argument of “oh so and so did this when they should have done this because I say so and since they didn’t they’re A PURE EVIL ABUSER SATAN WORSHIPPER BLAH BLAH BLAH.” And that part sucks. But real people are messy and all over the spectrum. And so is ACOWAR and I LOVE IT.

i haven’t mentally fleshed this out fully yet, but seeing the scene where joe shaves barry hit hard. they showed a parent having to step back into the role of caretaker for their adult disabled child, a situation never shown on television as such a poignant moment.

a note on National Coming Out Day

if you are planning or have already come out today: then that’s awesome! you are brave and amazing and deserve all the good things in the world. Congratulations! I truly wish that everything goes exactly as you hope and that you’re met with acceptance and love and support.

if you don’t come out today:  that’s awesome! you are brave and amazing and deserve all the good things in the world. Just because you don’t feel ready today doesn’t mean that you won’t ever, or that you’re weak or a coward or that there should be any shame in that decision. This is your path, take things at your pace. You can come out today or next week or in five years, whenever you feel comfortable.

if you’re already out: that’s awesome! you are brave and amazing and deserve all the good things in the world. congratulations on being wherever you are on your journey.

I remember feeling a ton of pressure last year to come out on National Coming Out Day, then berating myself and being really disappointed in myself that I didn’t feel ready yet. Which is bullshit! I wasn’t ready! And I’m glad I didn’t force it just because of an arbitrary day. Today can just be a day when you congratulate and support other LGBTQ+ people as they come out - there’s nothing wrong with waiting.

Professor

In which Andrew didn’t choose Exy but still chose Neil, which meant Neil had to learn how to talk about something other than stick-ball.

warning, mention of implied sexual assault/non-con

Lucy had not anticipated what she was dealt.

Her first day of second year brought a tone of finality to it all: it wasn’t just a year-long dream of terrible decisions and alcohol and chaos. It continued on, and so would she.

Her first day also happened to bring Professor Andrew Minyard, five feet and blond and utterly terrifying.

Introducing the course had started off mundane enough, until Eddie Court – an asshole she’d regretted sleeping with dearly – decided to lean over her shoulder. He never got the chance to say anything because a pencil dotted him squarely in his forehead, so hard that a tiny droplet of blood threatened to bead.

Everyone stared. Shocked, confused, but remaining in complete silence as they  – Lucy included – tried to remember if anyone had mentioned anything about the man, whether or not this was normal or out-of-the-ordinary behaviour.

“Name.” He sounded bored.

Eddie rose his fingers to brush his forehead, smearing the tiniest of droplets. He stared at his fingertips, then at Minyard, then at the pencil that had clattered on his desk. Then at Minyard again. “Eddie Court.”

“Court. Christ.” The professor said, with a palpable distaste to his tone. “I will say this once, despite having to repeat it every year, because students seem to get thicker with every new class.” His face was blank. Stone. Lucy had never heard someone utter insults with such apathy. She didn’t know whether or not to be scared or curious: Such a mask was difficult to maintain. “Shut the fuck up, or get the fuck out. Understood?”

Swearing in class. At the students. Completely against protocol.

Lucy couldn’t help but smile. Just a little.

Within weeks, the class had learned how to abide by Professor Minyard’s rules. His previous students were sought out, but they merely grinned at the mention of his name. One student dared to ask another law professor, questioning the teaching methods of the criminology expert. They shook their head, leaning to the professor next to them and sharing a laugh, an inside joke that none of the second years were a part of.

Yet.

Curiosity won out over fear eventually, and what that said about Lucy, she wasn’t sure. Eventually, he won her respect: The piece of white chalk he’d flung had imbedded itself in her tightly curled hair when she’d fallen asleep at the eight AM lecture on a Tuesday morning.

“You think I want to be here, Rone?”

That piece of chalk rested on her bedside table. Lucy didn’t want to be weird, especially considering her professor hadn’t played Exy since college, but he’d played with Neil Josten and Kevin Day. The Neil Josten, and the Kevin Day. And if she had spent nights watching old Palmetto State Fox games, sitting in awe as she watched him flick balls away from the goal like it was absolutely nothing, no one was going to know.

He was just as apathetic as he had been back then. Lucy had decided he was just emotionless: That didn’t make him any worse at teaching, so it wasn’t really her problem.

And then she became his problem.

Her grades had dropped dramatically low. Andrew stared at the results that he’d just drawn up, picked the paper up off the desk, and leaned back in his chair.

It was a midterm. He’d eyed Lucy Rone’s bad results in the past two mini-quizzes, her surprisingly worsening attendance, and this was enough to force his hand.

Half an hour later, he was convinced this was abnormal behaviour, if her patterns rang true.

Caring, caring. Perhaps the internal monologue would never leave him alone, but he knew better than to listen to it’s mocking tone. Watch yourself turn into Wymack, why don’t you. Call Dan and say you’re taking over as coach of the Foxes.

He almost told himself to shut up, but the chime of his phone snapped him out of his head. It kept chiming and he sighed, picking it up and wedging it between his shoulder and ear, returning to stare at the mark scrawled in the corner of the exam paper.

“Are you going to be here for dinner?”

“Not if you’re attempting to make something.” Neil had improved past the broke-college-student level of cooking skills, but he wasn’t apt enough to cook dinner without some form of disaster.

It hadn’t taken long for Andrew to learn the sound of Neil grinning through the phone. A particular tone of voice, a particular exhale. “It’s already done. Just has to be heated up again.”

“Edible?”

“Can’t really be the judge of my own creation, can I?”

“I’ll be home soon.” Andrew liked the way his mouth curled around the word home.”Lucy Rone. Sound like someone problematic to you?”

“Not particularly. Lucy’s always been the name of that old woman sitting on the front porch, knitting. Five cats, crocheting and all.”

“So, you?”

“If old ladies swung heavy sticks at other people, sure.”

Andrew let himself smile. He allowed himself this. The small curl up on his lips. He’d earned that, after all this time. “Sure.”

“What’s wrong with her?”

“Unusually bad performance. Moved from sitting front and centre to back corner. Shit attendance.”

“You’re probably a much better judge of character than I would be, now.”

Because I’ve studied criminal, suspicious and victimised behaviour for a long time, Andrew wanted to remind him. But this was no longer a sore spot for Neil: He no longer needed to read people’s intentions in need to survive, because he was safe. He could let that overly-analytical part of himself behind. It had been almost 12 years since their first win against Edgar Allen. He was still alive, well.

Happy, even.

Hard to believe that was partly Andrew’s fault.

Focus.

Andrew emailed Lucy to visit him before their next class at nine o’clock the next morning.

She was five minutes early, he was five minutes late. He couldn’t say anything about her appearance, considering he was wearing Neil’s jersey under his coat and that he had walked out of the door with a coffee, slippers and nothing to comb his hair with but his fingers.

His students knew not to say anything.

Lucy sported a pair of sweats that had her high school’s initials printed on the front, with a pair of exy sticks embroidered just underneath. Her name was printed on the back pocket, and they only just came down to her ankles.

Exy fan, then. Andrew wouldn’t have guessed.

She didn’t say anything, sparing him a hollow looking before following him into his office. He’d used to share it, until he’d bribed the finicky financial law to move somewhere else. It was entirely his own space, clean and devoid of decoration.

He motioned towards the desk and she leaned against it, clutching the binder to her chest.

Brown skin didn’t usually lose this much of it’s valour, even during winter.

And winters in South Carolina were hardly anything worth mentioning.

“Your grades.”

She was staring at the floor. Her eyes didn’t move when she nodded.

“All I need is a reason.”

She said nothing.

“It’d probably be easier on you if you told me. I’m your criminology professor: I’ll find out eventually.”

“I’m not on drugs.” She said, quickly, but not so quickly that it was an immediate red flag. An orange flag. Andrew settled back into his seat and propped his ankle on his knee.

“Never said you were.”

“I’m fine.”

Andrew gave her a flat look. “You know who also says that?”

She shook her head.

“Surely someone who still wears her high school’s exy uniform would have an inkling. Yay-high, hair like a fire-engine siren, mouth like one too.”

Her eyes lit up. “I’ve always wanted to ask if he knows that you wear his old Palmetto jersey. I thought he hated you?”

“I hated him.” Andrew corrected her. “I hate him.” He corrected himself. “And he knows.”

She looked wistful. “Cool.”

“Lucy.”

She looked back at him.

“If there’s a problem, you come to me. Alright?”

Her eyebrows furrowed. “Why?”

“Because you can trust me. I can be a lawyer, a therapist, an advice column, what have you.”

“Can I trust you?”

“When you’re ready to.”

She seemed satisfied enough to nod, murmur a timid thank you, and slipped out the door.

Lucy banged on the door, feeling sick. She couldn’t go back to her dorm, because it made her want to crawl into a corner and be enveloped in a shadow. To be the smallest, most insignificant thing.

She wasn’t sure how on earth her criminology professor was supposed to empathise with her, when he was the human embodiment of a brick wall, but here she was, trembling, feverish, panicked, and knocking on his office door at ten o’clock at night.

He opened the door with a mildly annoyed expression, which flattened out immediately at the sight of her.

She’d only seen him this morning, but that felt like a whole world away now.

“Hello.”

She wanted to ask why he was still here, on campus, this late at night. What on earth he could possibly be working on, at ten o’clock on a Tuesday evening. Instead, she blurted: “What does it mean if I didn’t say no?”

He stilled.

Too much, too much, too much: She had asked too much of him, a middle aged professor who apparently had two cats and a boyfriend, if the senior’s rumours were true. Criminology professor aside, this was the last thing someone like him would want to be dragged into –

He stood aside and motioned for her to come in. She shuffled by him, arms around her stomach. He shut the door.

Lucy wanted to be sick.

He pulled a pen out of his pocket – professors always had pens on them, didn’t they? – and tore a corner off a piece of paper, scribbling down a phone number.

“This woman helped me.” Betsy. “She can help you, too.”

“You said you could be a therapist.” Lucy hedged.

He sighed, and she’d never seen him so reflective. “I have my limits.”

She nodded. She took the piece of paper. She left.

“Where the fuck is Court?” Andrew leaned on the edge of his desk at the front of the lecture hall, eyeing the empty seat. Second lesson in a row.

Lucy Rone sat in front of it, back straight, gaze steady.

“Suspended.”

Andrew looked at her. “For how long?”

There was a hesitant smile. “Undetermined. Charges have been pressed against him.”

Andrew drew a long line through Eddie Court’s name on the attendance.

Lucy waited by the door and saw her professor approaching, with the stack of papers in his hands. She was anxious about this mark, more-so than the others. Her dip in performance would be hard to get back up from, but if she could do it in criminology, she could do it in the rest. There was a cluster of students waiting to get their essay’s grade back, but Lucy was first in line.

“Yay or nay?” She asked.

Professor Minyard gave Lucy a flat look, and opened the door.

Lucy promptly had a heart attack at the man beyond the door.

“Feet. Off.” Her professor said, looking flatly at Neil Josten, with his feet propped up on the desk, arms folded. He, too, was wearing a faded jersey of the Palmetto Foxes’ colours, but it was too bunched up for Lucy to read the name.

“Surprise.” Neil Josten said, and Lucy wanted to scream.

“Get your fucking feet off my fucking desk.” Her professor dropped the large stack of papers next to where Neil Josten had propped up his heavy boots. Neil did not get his fucking feet off the fucking desk.

Lucy almost had the nerve to scream: do you know who that is? Do you have any clue how famous he was? But she remembered that the two of them were friends. Sort of. She held her tongue, and let her heart thrum in her chest, happy to be completely ignored.

“Leave.” Professor Minyard flicked Neil in the temple.

Neil smiled. Neil Josten smiled.

Lucy was having heart palpitations.

He slowly drew his feet away from the desk to stand, still smiling. “Have a nice day.”

“You weren’t meant to be here till tomorrow evening, Josten. Explain.”

“You’re busy. Later.”

Lucy watched her professor’s arm reach out to brush along Neil Josten’s forearm as he slid past, and there was a startlingly foreign crinkle of warmth in his eyes.

The back of Neil’s Palmetto jersey read Minyard. A thin platinum ring, identical to the one her professor wore around his neck, clacked against the doorknob as he pushed it open. She remember her professor occasionally wearing Josten.

There was a startling curve of her professor’s lips, an almost smile that made him look almost human.

Neil grinned before slipping out the door.

Oh, Lucy thought, and then she said it aloud.

Her professor turned on her, pointing. “If you dare to ask me for a single autograph, I will fail you.”

Lucy was still smiling.

“If any word about this gets out, I will fail you.” He warned.

“Are you married?” Lucy laughed.

His face was stone.

“Holy shit. Professor Josten-Minyard. Two cats and a husband.”

“It’s Minyard-Josten.” He said coldly. “Get out.”

Lucy got out.

By the next class, everyone knew, despite Lucy not breathing a word. Which meant the entirety of Neil Josten’s personal but still public Instagram account displayed his home life. But that was none of his student’s – or anyone’s– business.

And if Neil started coming in with breakfast on those Tuesday morning lectures during his off season, that was none of their business either.

“Jagi, what are you doing?” Jin asked as he felt you trying to pull his boxers down from underneath the covers.

“I’m cold.” You shrugged.

After removing his boxers successfully, you slipped his member inside of you, causing him to moan out quietly, enjoying the feeling of you wrapped around him.

“Now we have to stay like this for the entire night.” You told him.

“What? How am I supposed to stay still like this?” Jin asked, wondering to himself whether he’d be able to resist from thrusting in and out of you.

•When walking through the hall, Keith gets called out and taunted by other students (this is before Keith gets beat up in part 2) Lance gets really irritated and grabs Keith’s hand leading him away not letting go until their in class.

•When Lance finally gets fed up and almost starts a fight because of it he feels Keith shyly sliding his hand in Lance’s and pulls him away to avoid getting in trouble.

•While beeing pulled away, Lance is speechless but also proud and he adjusts their hands to intertwine. Keith ducks his head in embarrassment and flicker of flames erupt around his face. He’s Just So Cute Like a Kitten Lance is So Gone.

•Speaking of, Lance slips and calls Keith “Kitten” once during a conversation. lo and behold its the only pet name that doesnt bursts Keith into flames so it sticks during school. (He only raised a brow and said “kitten?” because he really doesnt get it.)

•Skyhigh never knew that Lance Mcclain could be scary af…

•Sure he’s smart, had the knack to distrupt class sometimes with a joke or witty comment. He’s respected but he was the school flirt before Keith came along. He’s protective of his freinds but they never really saw any potential of what an enraged Lance can do until one day.

•When one particular senior had the gall to shapeshift as Lance and fake hit on Keith while he was waiting at his locker, only to shapeshift back and torment him in front of a lot of students for being TWO villain’s problem child AND being gay for Mcclain.

•The whole hall dropped below 20 degrees where Lance was walking towards them in a creepy calm. In a matter of seconds, everything except for where Keith is standing was covered in frost.

•Before the senior could make a comment, sharp, blade-like shards of ice were floating in mid-air all pointed at him ready to strike at one wrong move. “Don’t test me buddy”

•Shiro once said to Lance that when Keith is really scared (which rarely happens), his flames had trouble coming out. That’s why Lance thought Keith was scared of him after that incident when they were walking away. His hands wasnt warm and he was shaking.

•He eventually got Keith to speak up. It wasnt cos Lance got angry at the senior, it was what Lance thought now that he knew that Keith was gay and had feelings for him that terrified him. He didnt want to lose his best friend.

•With that out and a terrified Keith in front of him, it made it easier for Lance to do the next thing he always wanted to since falling for his little kitten.

SEVENTEEN THEORIES (UPDATED! - S. Coups)

Okay, so my twin and I have come up with theories to Seventeen’s comeback.

We all understand that the concept revolves around the idea of fears and being alone. We see in all the videos an introduction to this fear and by the end of the trailer, they acknowledge these fear.

So we think…

Vernon: His fear could be wandering aimlessly, unsure of his path. He just walks around, letting time pass by him. He acknowledges this fear by continuing to use that compass until he finds someone familiar to him.

Jeonghan: His fear could be his image or his image in front of the camera/media. It could be that he takes photos because he has an image in his mind of how things look to him, but the outside world may not view his perspective the same. Through media, that can be altered and it can shine a different light on an artist. By facing his fear, he leaves the comfort of the home. By doing this, he accepts how the world is going to view him.

Mingyu: His fear could be related to having this incomplete half to himself. We see him alone, but everything is in two like he once had someone who shared the same similarities and now he feels responsible for filling this void. We could take it another way. We also see a disconnect, especially in the scenes with a mirror. It may portray a disconnect between what he feels inside and what he sees on the outside. I can see this in Mingyu since he often feels uncomfortable with his body. Mingyu faces his fear by finally taking a step back and away from the mirror, almost saying that he will no longer let his physical features define him.

DK: His fear could be not improving. We see his running pace remain the same, and then he eventually drops the timer. DK would be the type of person to always strive to be better and to always work to improve, and not being able to accomplish that can haunt him. By dropping that timer, he allows himself to improve at his own pace without the stress of a physical and materialistic goal.

Woozi: His fear could be related to his talents, his brains. It looks as though he’s trapped in a library, like all this knowledge is kept inside, unable to be shown to the world or appreciated by the world. He may be afraid to share the world his talents.

Jun: He is surrounded by memories. His fear could be that this brotherhood he has with the others will eventually be lost and all he has left to fill this empty space are the memories. He’s afraid to get in touch when a long time has passed since we hear Jisoo’s voice from a voice mail. He faces this fear by finally going out and visit.

Dino: We see him land on the space “turn to the first space.” This could signify his fear of starting from scratch when they have already put so much work into their team and their music. We see him continue to roll the die like he’s waiting for a new fate, but every time he ends up with the same number that landed him there. This correlates with the “seventeen project 2017” they are portraying, that they are starting over with a re-debut with this new and improved group.

Wonwoo: The fear shown in his teaser is boredom and disinterest. We see him at the beginning staring at a blank wall as he steps out in the hallway. He also see him looking out the window and often sitting and contemplating. He picks up the TV remote, but he just flips through the channels, unable to pick something that interests him. We hear cheering, like fans clapping and cheering but his facial expressions don’t change. He could be afraid of no longer finding interest in what he does, or he could be afraid of fans no longer be interested. But it looks to be resolved as the scene ends with him settling on a channel showing the very place where we found Vernon wandering to.

Hoshi: Another hard one! He’s waiting for a phone call, but we don’t know what the other line of the phone is saying. The environment in the room changes to something cold when he answers the phone. But after he hangs up the first time, he calls the number on the piece of paper. His fear could be receiving and relaying bad news to others. We see him struggle when he opens the piece of paper with the phone number on it, but he continues to call anyways almost showing us the urgency and importance of the message he received.

Seungkwan: Money. Money is anybody’s dream and nightmare. We see Seungkwan twirling a coin in his hand. This could signify fear of being greedy, or it could signify his fear of not being able to provide. Either one, we see him accept this has he leaves the coins on the counter of the laundromat.

The8: Minghao’s fear could be being left. We see him arrive at this home with groceries. When he arrives, no one is home to greet him. We see a note on the kitchen counter where it is obvious for someone to see. When he reads it, we see devastation in his face. This could be that a significant other had left him. We don’t see much of a resolution of Minghao’s fear, but we see DK arrive in time to comfort him. We also see the spinning magic 8 ball, which is suppose to determine your luck, and Minghao happened to get the short end of the stick.

Joshua: His was sooo hard omg. He could be afraid of betrayal. It could him betraying someone/the group, or it could be someone betraying him. We see in the water that one of the two people puts their hand on the other person’s shoulder and then walks away. He washes his face, almost showing discomfort and irritation and then we see him walking in the hallway only for him to turn back towards the camera.

S. Coups: Coups fear may have to do with going in circles, or lacking direction in general. We see him walking and then he stops to turn around. He continues to walk around only with signs all around him saying “Wrong Way.” When he finally does decide to move forward, he keeps circling the block. This could signify his fear the team going forward, but keep going in circles, or not finding a path to improvement.

They’re alone to show how each member has their own, unique fear. They all experience it differently. With members shown at the end of the clip, it suggests that no matter how often their fears come and no matter how small they may be, “even though you’re being alone, remember we are on your side and don’t be afraid of all the fears you have.”

We see a cycle through the thirteen boys and it finally ends with leader S. Coups. His lines at the end of his video are more special.

“I was afraid and anxious since I was all alone.” This is representative of all of the boys’ fears because we see them all tackle these fears alone.

“Nevertheless we met on thirteen paths and eventually.” This ties in why the all showed up in each others videos. It shows that though they came from different places, different worlds, different opportunities, all of their paths eventually crossed.

“A complete bond has formed leading us to our brightest moment.” We see that S. Coups finally meets with Jeonghan, bringing all of the videos in full cycle. This shows that together, they will be their best.

What Went Wrong?

I had an immense amount of hope for season 4 of Skam. And even though from the beginning, I didn’t like some stuff or was suspicious of some plotlines, I decided to trust the people who had previously made three amazing seasons of Skam to make sense of everything and to give us a beautiful and meaningful season for Sana as well.

Now that Sana’s season is basically over, however, I am more resigned to bitterness and accepting the fact that they simply couldn’t deliver. I don’t blame Julie. Not really. I did for a while, but now I just…feel nothing. The rage has worn off and what’s left is this deep sadness that comes from knowing something good has gone bad.

I’m being dramatic though! At the end of the day, it’s just a show and it doesn’t really matter. But for a second there, I thought I was watching something monumental occur; like when I watched season 3. To get a show from the perspective of a poc muslim girl in a European country seemed both risqué and innovative. But the problem with such a never-seen-before/never-explored-before concept is that, you won’t know just how wrong it can go.

For example, they could easily figure out what not to do in season three, by simply watching all the wrong moves other shows had made through the years. While Sana’s season needed delicate and thorough research to first: capture the essence of the culture and background she came from and then secondly: to use it in the fabric of the show in a natural and organic way. They also needed to have space to deal with the daily problems of muslim girls in modern Norway’s society and on top of that all, they had to make no mistakes and create interesting drama through it all.

Looking at it like that, I feel bad for Julie and the pressure she must have been under. I think considering how bad things could have gone…. they went moderately bad. And yet, ironically we can claim it’s the best of its kind because no one else has done anything remotely close to it before, either.

However, I’m not resigned to just accept this as an excuse and forget just how badly things went. Because this looks like a terrible accident to me, and no matter what I do, I find myself thinking things like “if only this part had been different”, “if only they hadn’t done that.”, if, if, if. So I’m gonna rewatch all nine episodes of Sana’s season and attempt to write a piece explaining just what I thought went wrong.

1.The pacing: Perhaps one of the most obvious things that went wrong with this season and that everyone noticed, was the pacing. This piece will be full of bitter nostalgia so let the first one be a callback to the amazing trailer. I will never forget the day we got season four’s trailer after four months of waiting. Everything about it seemed just perfect. Every detail seemed like a symbol, a throwback, a small wink to the viewer: “look! We put that there for you to find!”. And the ultimate message seemed to be that “it’s about to go down” and it will go down in a very complex way, too! A chain reaction! Millions of meta pieces were written. A thousand different takes on the chain of reaction and what each dilemma could be was written. So when the season started, we were all waiting for something to happen. We waited….and waited… and waited… and waited…. We waited for weeks! But what happened was that a tension, thick as butter, just kept on building for five weeks. And then BOOM! All hell broke loose! And yet…and yet nothing had happened yet. We actually had to wait two more weeks for something to really happen and suddenly by the eighth week, everything was resolved again! In short, the plot was one giant anticlimax! The conflict that kept on building to seem like an unavoidable fall out, a tsunami of dramatic interactions, ended up being resolved off screen. The real problem seemed to be the pacing. If the show had built the conflict in three episodes, presented us with the supposed dilemma in episode 3, tried to fix that in episode 4 and had the deeper, real conflict happen in episode 5, then had the after math in episode 6, and started to fix it in episode 7, have the characters figure it out in episode 8 and the resolve it in episode nine, then it would have made sense! Writing it down like that, it almost feels like that’s what happened! But clearly something prevented the cycle from feeling like a natural arc. Which brings us to the second problem:

2.Crowded narrative: So what was Sana’s season about? The imbalance of her Muslim/Norwegian identity? Being a muslim in an atheist country? Falling for a non-muslim boy? Falling out of touch with friends? Jealousy? Anger issues? Making up with family? Getting a Russ buss? What was this season about?

Ignoring the subplots (because there was so many of those I shiver just thinking about them!), there was three main plots for Sana in this season:

1.Finding a balance between her Norwegian identity and the people in that part of her life with the muslim/Moroccan side of her identity and the people in that part of her life.

2.the problem of being a muslim girl falling for a non-muslim boy and trying to keep true to her faith while still trying to not the love go to waste.

3.Finally making the last move in her friendship with girl squad and really being honest with them about her feelings and problems.

However soon these problems morphed into different things entirely:

1.Getting a bus and proving to everyone that she can be a part of this Norwegian tradition like any other Norwegian girl.

2. Trying to let go of the boy who was both unsuitable for her and who her best friend had feelings for.

3.Dealing with the collision of her Moroccan and Norwegian on terms that were not her own.

Each of these plots kept on getting more complicated and more tangled to a point that they were not exactly resolvable. They were instead just forced into a state of equilibrium. Which was anti climactic to say the least!

*sigh* now let’s face the subplots! There were so many subplots! And at one point, it felt like these plots will wrap up in that infamous trailer “chain reaction”. But with the season already over, it’s become abundantly clear that that was never the case!

The subplots as seen from the very first clip on are:

1. Vilde and Magnus’s relationship (initially taken as a way to introduce lesbian Vilde but ending up being about trust and cheating. Resolved in episode eight’s sixth clip)

2.Noorhelm (the most unnecessary unearthing of a clearly failed relationship that somehow got revived again…*whispers*why?! Resolved in Episode nine’s third clip)

3.Balloon squad (Sana’s brother’s group of friends and the most adorable addition to Skam this season. I’m not sure what their conflict was supposed to be but last time we saw them they were pretty happy and content so I guess resolved in the last hei briskeby video) (actually they were there to destroy stigma surrounding poc/muslim boys and trying to create empathy towards them)

4.Getting a bus (resolved in the fifth clip of episode 8)

5.Hvem er Mikael?!(Still a mystery tbh but generally accepted to be the last guy Even tried to kiss…unsuccessfully I might add. Resolved in the last clip of episode 4?!then again in last clip of episode 5 and again in the last clip of episode 7…)

6.Sana and her mother (not really a conflict point but still she started from hiding things from her to telling her stuff. Resolved in the fourth clip of episode 9)

7.Even’s past (I honestly don’t know why this had to be mentioned but whatever. Resolved in the sixth clip of episode 8)

8.Yousana (resolved with an open ending in the fifth clip of episode nine aka Sana’s last clip)

9.Elias (Sana’s brother has issues! He’s drinking, he’s fighting with his mom, he’s rebelling and maybe even questioning his faith. This wasn’t resolved! This was just mentioned and to this day I’m haunted. What is happening with Elias?)

10.PM girls (The true let down of this season. There was no need to make 50% of the 99 girls evil, but nothing we can do about that. Resolved in the fifth clip of episode 8)

11.Vilde (Vilde was acting super weird all season long! From Islamophobic behavior to spreading stuff about Sana behind her back and such. Vilde deserved better because we never saw her acknowledge her wrong behavior but somehow this was already resolved by the end of the fifth clip of episode 8)

12.The syng fight (supposedly a climax for the other plots and subplots but it’s an even bigger mystery than all the plots combined. I don’t know anything about it! Nothing made sense but apparently already resolved by the sixth clip of episode 8)

13.Jamilla and Sana’s friendship (resolved in the fifth clip of episode 7)

14.Hacking and cyber-bulling (resolved by the fifth clip of episode 8)

15.Sana finishing her prayer (resolved in the last clip of episode 9)

I…I just think there was too much happening!

All this aside, this season had one giant problem. Like a zit on the nose. Big, red, angry and full of gross pus. And that is the third problem…

3.Noora: To think I started watching the show for Noora! Oh Noora, Noora, Noora! I am so sick of Noora! The woman, the mirror, the foil, the ever-present heroin of Skam! It was so easy for Eva and Isak to fade into the backgrounds of the seasons that were not theirs but for some unfathomable reason, this is just not going to work out for Noora!

While Noora’s mirror presence in season 3 was dignified and reasonable, the ever-changing mirror/foil/symbol/metaphor/object of hate or jealousy-take your pick-  presence that she had this season was stifling! Present in almost all clips or at least the long clips, with a very tangible presence and a very lingering subplot, Noora mirror-foilingly(!) stole the show from Sana. Here’s how she did that.

In the very first clip of season 4, it’s mentioned that Noora is still not over William while he has apparently moved on to dating a new person. This sets the main plot into action, by girl squad trying to find someone for her to move on with. Which leads to a cute tête-à-tête between her and Yousef. But this is quickly side-tracked by Sana wittingly telling Noora to avoid muslim boys.

So basically, Noora and her boy trouble were the spark that started the season. This later affected other plots such as the Vilde+Magnus one, the Even backstory, Yousana and balloon squad.

Soon after this, we get a long clip in which Noora explained-with a painstakingly slow pace- why she really left William in London. An explanation that nobody needed and that just created the opportunity to restart an old storyline despite it being over for months. Long story short, from trying to help Noora move on to Noora kissing Yousef, from Sana being jealous of Noora to hacking and a lot of tears, basically this whole season was a chain of Sana’s reactions to Noora’s actions. The only plot that was there from the very first clip to the second to last one. The only story that evolved and developed, right beneath our noses while we were busy wondering about more important things like: “whether Sana will ever talk to her friends or not?” (she won’t) or “what the syng fight was about?” (nothing important!) or “what really happened in Bakka?” (What’s Bakka?!) or “Is Vilde lesbian?” (no!) or “will Yousana make it?” (eh…). And while we were busying ourselves with these silly small plots around the season, Noora and her epic romantic adventures were developing steadfastly towards a big climax that was delivered in the last clip of episode 8. A clip that was formerly reserved for a very important and dramatic plot twist in the main’s life.

So while all those never-explored-before plots were all just dismissed, the same old story of Noora got to be the main plot of the season. And that’s fine! But when they said we were getting a Sana season, it just led us to believe Sana would be a bigger part of her own main plotline.

I always thought Sana was the ultimate main for Skam, because in the past three seasons, she was the single character that held a real sway over the plot. She delivered important speeches and pushed the plot in a whole new direction with each of these talks. I thought she was ultimately the character we were meant to get to know. But I was wrong. Because Skam was always about Noora.

4.Bad research: While we all know that the authenticity and uniqueness that is provided in Skam’s plots is curtsey of the interviews they did with actual teenagers and the inspirations they took from their real life experiences; it is undeniable that the main reason season three became such a success was because they sought out the counsel of a professional. While we don’t know if they didn’t really do this for this season, it at least feels like they went in blind to write it. We know they spoke with muslim teenagers, but perhaps it would have been better to try to familiarize themselves with Sana’s situation on a sociological and psychological level as well. Maybe have a religion expert on the show? Or a sociologist who had studied the social disorders that second generation immigrants have to deal with? Someone who could guide them into writing a story that was perhaps a bit more respectful to these children’s experiences rather than a dramatic roller coaster of unexplainable events that led to nothing but drama.

5.Scattered storytelling: The most respectful way to put this is to say that (as mentioned before) since there were too many subplots happening in the season, none of these stories got to be told in a linear way. The stories got told in snippets, set too far apart that plots got lost or complicated simply because they had to wait in line for weeks, to take up where they left off last time we heard about them!

Take Yousana for instance, one week we see them talk, then for a whole week we hear nothing then we see Yousef kiss Noora. Then again we get a clip about Sana moving on but two weeks later, she talks about him again and decides to give it a chance.

For another, Sana’s faith. While initially it seemed as though we might see her practice her faith in some way, to actually normalize Islam, that plot was forgotten half way through the season and only got mentioned again in the very last clip.

Consistency was not the strong suit of this season for sure. Perhaps because this was the last season. Maybe they just ran out of a good way to see things through or to connect the things they wanted to connect.

But no matter how you will try to tell yourself that there was a good reason for the things that happened this season, you can’t deny how unfair this season was to Sana.

Before the season started, there were so many people talking about how a Sana-centered season was “needed” at times like these. But political climate and social anomalies aside, this season not only didn’t help any of those noble causes it was supposed to serve, but also pushed its narrator aside in favor of a more sought after story that only had dramatic value.

2

“Why are you telling me this?”
The swagger and nastiness were gone. “Because I’m tired and lonely, and you’re the only person I can talk to without putting myself at risk.” He let out a low laugh. “How absurd: a High Lord of Prythian and a - ”
“You can leave if you’re just going to insult me.”
“But I’m so good at it”. He flashed one of his grins. I glared at him, but he sighted. “One wrong move tomorrow, Freyre, and we’re all doomed.”

“I’ve heard some rumors from some heartbroken students that you’re currently in a relationship, Elric. Care to inform me?”

“Oh ha ha, wonder where they got that idea, with you following me home everyday. You’re grading your own papers tonight, bastard.”

BTS reaction to girlfriends first kiss

 anonymous asked:

Could you do a reaction to bts girlfriend’s first kiss and bts teaches her how to kiss?

Gosh these reactions are long. Even still, I hope you liked them.

Masterlist

Jin:

Sitting at the table in the kitchen, you played with your phone. It was already dark, the house empty with all the lights turned on only by you. On the counter, a plate of food sat wrapped around with plastic wrap.

You waited without a real care, only moving your head up when you heard the door open up.

“Jin~” Running up to him, you hugged him tightly, surprising him as he had to catch himself from falling.

“Y/n? What are you doing still awake.” He looked over your shoulder to the clock on your microwave. “It’s one in the morning.”

Moving off of him, you quickly turned around. You made your way to the granite counter, grabbing the plat before turning around. “I thought you would be hungry, so I made you dinner.”

His look on you was soft and full of gratitude. Walking over to you, he wrapped you arm around your waist in a loving fashion. You didn’t think anything of it, instead welcoming the feeling until you saw him moving closer to your face.

Realizing what his intentions were, you quickly moved back. He was shocked, facial expression dropping as he showed an apologetic smile. “I’m sorry.”

You felt bad, knowing you had hurt him. Putting down the plate, you stood directly in front of him. Looking up, your eyes flitted to the side before going back to him. “I haven’t kissed anyone before.”

Jin looked confused, smile gone and replaced with a straight line. “What?”

Speaking up louder, you made sure to explain to him. “I haven’t had my first kiss yet. I didn’t want to disappoint you, or mess up, so I moved away.

Jin smiled at that, moving closer to you before grabbing your hands.

“You could never disappoint me; if you’re afraid of that, then let me teach you.”

Namjoon/ Rap Monster:

Namjoon was at his computer, typing away as you watched the tv. Flipping through the channels, you found nothing, opting to just  turn it off all together.

Noticing your boredom, Namjoon set his work aside, putting all attention on you. “What’s wrong?”

You heard his voice, looking at him while crossing your legs. “Just bored, that’s all.”

Nodding his head, he thought for a second. “Well, what would you like to do?”

Shrugging your shoulders you moved to lay on top of him. Wrapping your arm around his waist while putting your head on his chest. “I don’t know.”

Namjoon held you closer, moving you up while taking this moment as one to kiss you.

Feeling him on the top of you head, you giggled. He started moving down from the top of your head, to your forehead, down to your cheek bone before starting to move to your lips.

Feeling where he was going you stopped him.

He paused, searching your face for what was wrong. Licking your lips, you looked down at him, knowing you should warn him before he moved any further. “I- I’ve never kissed before.”

Your cheeks burned slightly, looking at his face from under your eyelashes before you noticed him smile at you.

“Do you want me to teach you?” Nodding your head, he moved onto your lips. Locking them together, you relished in the feeling, wanting to keep it going before he moved away.

Licking his lips, he grabbed your chin to kiss you again.

“I think I’m going to have to teach you a little more.”

Yoongi/Suga:

You were at a park, sitting underneath a tree with your head on Yoongi’s lap. Eyes closed, you let the wind blow and calm you, swaying you to sleep as Yoongi wrote on a piece of paper above you.

Feeling yourself drifting off, you heard a voice from above you.

“Kiss me really quickly.”

Shooting your eyes open, you scurried away from him. “Wh- wh- wh- wh- what?”

Yoongi raised an eyebrow, looking at you like you were insane. “I said kiss me really quickly.”

Shaking you head, you looked back at him wide eyed. “Wh- why?”

Sighing, Yoongi moved over to your direction. “I feel like I’m missing something for the next part of this song, so I need you to kiss me.”

Freaking out, you didn’t know how to tell him your long kept secret. “Why do I need to kiss you for that?”

Getting closer to you, he explained. “To spark inspiration.”

Your mind went blank, unable to form a sentence as he moved his lips onto yours. At the last second, your hand flew over your mouth, blocking him from doing anything.

Feeling an object that wasn’t expected, Yoongi moved back. Wiping his mouth, he gave you a slightly irritated and confused look. “Why did you do that?”

Removing you hand off your lips, you felt his harsh look on you. “Because you just came to me.”

“So? It’s just a kiss y/n.” He looked slightly mad, not understanding as you spoke loudly towards him, unable to keep back your reasoning behind your actions.

“I’ve never kissed anyone before!” Yoongi’s face dropped, looking at you as your felt your body shrink into it’s self. “I didn’t know what to do, so I put my hand up. I’m sorry.”

Realizing how awful he had just acted towards you, he moved slowly towards you, becoming cautious as he noticed you flinch. “I should be the one apologizing, not you. I’m sorry y/n.”

Nodding your head, you moved into his arms, becoming calm again as he just held you.

“When you feel comfortable, I would be more than happy to teach you.”

Hoseok/J-hope:

You were sitting down in bed next to Hoseok. Both of you had different books in your hands, too invested in the words to turn off the lights.

Your fingers went over all of the pages, flipping them slowly after you had reached the bottom. You were on a specific word, getting to the climax of the story when Hoseok’s voice came from next to you.

“Could you kiss me?”

Your head shot up from its position.  Looking over to his direction, his eyes were intent on you. Shying away from him, you felt you hands start to get clammy.

“Uh, w-why?” He shrugged, setting his book down and shifting to a more comfortable position.

“A part in my book just had the girl kissing the guy and I just thought that would be nice right now.” He seemed like he really wanted to, not moving onto you, but coming out and saying what he wanted.

You had been dating for awhile and had never kiss. It wasn’t that you didn’t want to, it was just that, “I’ve never actually kissed before.”

Hoseok looked shocked. “Really?”

Nodding your head, you confessed to him. “I always just brushed it off with other people, sort of how I have with you for awhile. I don’t want to do anything wrong is all.”

Moving over to you, he came close to your face. “Can I teach you then?”

You didn’t move away, instead nodding your head as he moved into you. Feeling him against your mouth, you instantly relaxed. When he moved off of you, you wanted more.

He saw you chasing after him, smiling to himself before licking his lips.

“I think I may have to teach you for awhile.”

Waiting on the couch by the front door, your were eating a quick snack. It was late, way later than you would be able to stay up if it wasn’t for your day off tomorrow.

You had just put a forkful of cake into your mouth, when you heard the lock click. Soon after, the sound of footsteps made you shoot your head back, gulping down your food before hopping from your place on the couch.

Running forward, you jumped onto Jimin, being stabilized by his hold while laughing into his neck.

“Welcome home Jiminie!” Laughing with you, Jimin moved you lightly off of him, getting a good look at your face.

“What are you doing up y/n? I told you to go to sleep and I would be there tomorrow.” Smiling widely, you nodded at him, pulling him to sit on the couch before he even took his coat off.

“I know, I know, but when I heard you would be back tonight, I couldn’t sleep.” Jimin watched you attaching yourself to him, rubbing your head before taking off his own coat.

“It’s four in the morning y/n, we’re going to be sleeping all day at this rate.” Jimin pulled you onto his lap, going back to his previous actions and playing with your hair.

You turned your head to look up at him, chin digging onto his chest while playing with his shirt. “That’s fine, I like the night better. Plus, we can drink hot chocolate while watching the snow fall in the dark.”

Jimin looked down at you, loving how childish you were being before noticing something on the side of your mouth. Moving his hand under you chin, he slid his thumb along it before cleaning you off.

Feeling your lips under his touch, he started moving closer to you before stopping. “Can I kiss you?”

You were shocked at his words, wanting him to, but still afraid. Deciding on just telling him your secret, you nodded you head. “You can, but you need to know that this is my first kiss, so it may not be good.”

Jimin laughed at that, moving his mouth onto yours before sighing into the feeling. You couldn’t get enough, getting the hang of it quickly before he moved off of you.

Rubbing his finger over your lower lip for a second time, he stared at them, moving back for round two after speaking with a lower tone.

“You know what they say, practice makes perfect.”

Taehyung/V:

Walking down the street, many shops passed by you. On either side, clothing and unneeded items shone through the opposite side of their windows.

Taehyung was stuck to your side, multiple bags weighing down his arms as you reached out to take one.

“Here, let me help you.” You weren’t holding anything, feeling bad at your boyfriends struggles while he quickly moved away from you, a large smile plastered on his face.

“Nope.”

You pouted, reaching out again towards him as he dodged your efforts. “Please~”

Taehyung laughed, thinking to himself for a second before bending down to your level. “If you give me a kiss then you can hold one bag.”

Your cheeks blushed a light side of pink. Turning your head away from him, you mumbled slightly. “I- I don’t know how.”

Taehyung looked shocked at that, eyes opened before turning into one of mischief.  “What did you say?”

Quickly you turned your head back, eyes closed in embarrassment as you raised your voice at him. “I said that I don’t know how to kis-”

Suddenly, you felt something on your lips, soft and comfortable that made you melt at it’s touch. Leaning into it, you moved your lips at the same pace as the others, getting the hang of it until they were removed too fast.

“Do you get it now?”

Touching your lips lightly, you wanted to feel his again. Looking up at him, you shook your head, whispering your words only loud enough for him to hear. “No, I think I need to try again.”

Chuckling, he leaned down again, stopping only centimeters away from you as his own eyes looked into yours.

“We can try as many times as you want.”

Jungkook:

Sitting in front of the television, you both were playing a game, competing against each other in a battle to the death. Your seventh win for the day left you rolling around laughing, while Jungkook kept staring at the tv in disbelief or what had just happened.

“One more time y/n.” Jungkook looked at you desperately, already holding the game controller with a finger ready to restart the game.

Shaking your head, you sat upright. “Why? There’s no reason to. I’ve already won and you can’t beat me.”

Jungkook smiled at you,a look on his face that made you slightly nervous. “How about a bet?”

“A bet?”

He nodded his head. “A bet.”

You didn’t have a good feeling about this, already knowing you may regret what he was about to say.

“Come on y/n. What? Are you scared you’re going to loose?” Hearing his teasing voice, your competitive side came out, a new fire surging through you as it replaced the once nervous one.

“You’ll beat me when pigs fly.” Jungkook handed you your controller, clicking restart as he chuckled at you.

“We’ll see about that y/n, we’ll see.”

Twenty minutes later an you were stumped. How was this even possible to happen?

Jungkook laughed next to you, doing a lame victory dance before turning around towards you. “Now about that bet.”

You suddenly removed your attention from you loss, looking at him before swallowing hard. “Wh-what’s the bet.”

Smirking, Jungkook sat down next to you. You turned towards him, waiting for his words as they came at you like a bullet.

“Kiss me.”

Your mouth went completely dry, all comprehension of the world gone as he started moving towards you making you back up in the opposite direction.

“Wa-wait. I don’t- I don’t know it this is a good idea.”

Jungkook chuckled at your stumbling of words, teasing you further along with your movements along the couch. “Why?  Am I not good enough for you.”

Looking side to side, you didn’t know what to do. Hitting the end of your seat, he kept coming to you, basically on top of your body as you yelled out. “I’ve never kissed before!”

Jungkook’s body stopped, still on top of you as you opened your eyes to meet his confused one. “You’ve never…kissed?”

Nodding your head, you were embarrassed.

Jungkook was not only your boyfriend but your best friend, a friend who had gotten a lot when it came to people in bed. He always assumed the same of you, thinking of his actions as just another teasing until he saw your reaction. Cupping your face, he moved closer to you, stopping right before reaching you as you looked at him.

“Wha- what are you-”

“Can I kiss you?” Your head nodded of it own accord, giving him permission which he took right away.

Feeling him on you, you squeaked at first. It was weird, something that you didn’t expect to happen this way. Still, you didn’t reject him, allowing him to lead your movements as you followed.

Moving off of you, he looked down at you, smiling at your almost sleepy face as you looked at his face.

Glancing out the window, a persons tv was visible on the other side, a commercial for the local deli showing an unimaginable scene. Bursting out laughing, Jungkook pointed behind you, causing you to turn around as your eyes went wide with his voice.

“Looks liked I really do only beat you when pigs fly.”

i just want kala and wolfgang to be happy and comfortable and together. i want them to have conversations in quiet voices cuddled up together on a balcony at night. i want them holding hands and walking down the sidewalk in comfortable silence. i want snorted laughter and playful nudging in all the wrong moments. i want kala moving around the kitchen and wolfgang leaning against the counter and “stop staring and let me cook in peace.” i want gentle smiles and jokes and lazy mornings in and conversations that aren’t always on the edge of conflict. i want kala and wolfgang to get the peace they deserve.

Perhaps Libra is known as the balanced sign because it’s fragile. After all, balance is fragile. One wrong move can being Libra down. It’s hard to see this sometimes because Libras can often seem composed and structured. Libra is the only sign represented by an inanimate object and is exalted by Saturn.

Same goes for Aries. Behind that feisty, strong nature is a fragile explorer. Although Aries are tough and intimidating to deal with, there is a delicate, youthful vulnerability to Aries. Aries is esoterically ruled by Mercury, a planet usually associated with youth.

A trait shared between Aries and Libra is sensitivity. There is sensitivity in those who appear to be brute, but also to those who appear to be charming. After all, without that sensitivity, there wouldn’t be any harshness or charm to appear in the first place. Sensitivity drives reaction, and reaction is a key word to Aries and Libra, for they are cardinal signs.
