challenge: listen to 나야나 now

listening to 나야나 (nayana) right now makes me really nostalgic and….sad. It’s a bittersweet feeling. I remember watching the MV w/o knowing who any of them were, only seeing fresh, bright, and hopeful faces, and I remember picking favorites w/o knowing abt how much hardwork and soul they had poured into that performance. and now, almost 3 months later, I know just how much of themselves they threw into that 3 min performance and I’ve watched them improve and grow and develop right before my eyes but I’ve also seen them get knocked down so hard I was worried they wouldn’t be able to rise back up and I’ve had to see spirits completely stomped on and hope crushed. I’ve had to say goodbye to people who really made a spot for themselves in my heart, had to see their hearts break. But despite the pain, I’ve been lucky enough to witness them truly blossom as people and overcome the hardships together, united and now…now it’s all going to end about 2 days from now. These 3 months have gone by really fast, but I feel as if the development and growth they have undergone is worth years

i don’t know…just listen to 나야나 now…’s not a feeling I can describe well in words

it conjures this flood of emotions, yeah?

there’s a good reason these tables are numbered honey, you just haven’t thought of it yet // panic! at the disco

when we were kids the only thing that got us through most days was music. its why we started fall out boy in the first place. . this isn’t a reunion because we never broke up. we needed to plug back in and make some music that matters to us.

the future of fall out boy starts now.

save rock and roll…

I just love how in the season 1 they emphasize that main characterS do not have much friends and social connections, feel like losers and alone. And then it gets better. Step by step it gets better and now you are not alone (see what i did here?) and you enjoy yourself and get connections and boyfriend and biology partner and friend.

And then they are all interwinded and the squads mix up and spend time together and connect with each other. And suddenly high school isn’t a boring and lonely experience. And suddenly you are not the biggest loser (see again?). And then you just go to mcdonalds after school with your squad and then invite your bf and then invite your biology partner and your friend.

Man I just love the general route from eva’s ‘i just came to high school party but I don’t know anyone and how to strike a convo and feel alone’ to sana’s ‘we all connect and chat and we’re all together even tho we so different and I judge no one.’

gifs are not mine. x x

@toonami thank you for this holiday

It’s true that BBCAN is better than BBUS right now, but nothing BBCAN has done up until now has measured up to old school BBUS, in my opinion. And if you think BBUS hasn’t had iconic moments like the Ika letter shredding than you’ve never seen Kesha’s Birthday, Evel Dick vs Jameka, the funeral that the Friendship held for Cappie while the other side of the house of the house laughed about it, Janelle vs Beau, or any of the other iconic moments from early BBUS.

I mean, Janelle and Erika in All Stars working against each other for an ENTIRE SEASON, only to find out they were both being played by their showmances at F4 and then working together to blindside Dr. Will before he could make the finale? Legendry.

Two words: Pressure Cooker.

Or there was the time in BB6 where the house was convinced that America hated Janelle, so production had an America’s Vote to see who would get a phone call from the outside world. Not only did Janelle win in a landslide but she used her one phone call to call her showmance from that season that had just been evicted, that she had seen not two weeks ago, just so the Friendship would be heated they couldn’t talk to their family members.

The return, betrayal, and revenge of Kaysar? A wild ride. Giving us such iconic moments as “GIVE ME THAT KEY BITCH, GIVE IT TO ME.”

They literally reunited siblings that didn’t know the other existed. They did THAT.

And yes, the twin twist flopped with Liz and Julia but you would not believe how shook everyone was the first time it happened back in season five.

I mean, fucking hell. BBCAN is doing really well for itself but I’m dying on this hill.
