Reminder. If you’re rping a canon character and feeling insecure about your writing, or fearing replacement, simply remember that your muse is not just a duplicate. No one else will be able to breathe life into that character the way you do. No one else will feel the exact way you feel about your muse. There will be people who value your muse and never stop writing with you no matter what. There will be people who appreciate your portrayal, no matter how many other versions are out there. Always remember why you made your blog. Never let anyone or anything cast your passion out of your heart !!
I had the great honor of getting to draw another videographic for The Living Tombstone, this time for No Mercy!
I’ve never played Overwatch since I honestly don’t have the time to invest in Gitting Gud at it, but I know all the chars and keep up with them through twitter XD Such fun designs and characterization!! I was super happy to get to draw ‘em for TLT.
A playlist for two smart idiots who are in love, and will get their happy ending someday… and for the fandom that’s usually filled with angst, but believes in that future happiness.
I love angsty playlists as much as the next person, but sometimes you really need upbeat, happy music to listen to as you think about your ship. There’s not an overabundance of playlists like this for Johnlock–for obvious reasons–so I decided to make one. Songs are about either one or both of their POVs. All of it’s fairly upbeat, and a solid 85% of it is happy. (The rest is an homage to the end of s2 + s3.)
I hope it brings you as much joy as it brings me! Go forth, have fun listening to a beautiful story arc, picture these two running around solving cases while pining, think about how they’re so in love, and remember that eventually they’re going to be happy. :)
One of my biggest roleplay pet peeves is people who get close to your character, but once they realize you’re not going to immediately ship w/ them, they cut off all contact immediately.. Honestly, roleplaying isn’t just about finding the romantic partner for your muse, platonic connections are just as important.
