Hello ^^ I always see 제발 as please but it's in extreme cases and not casual use isn't it ? Isn't there another more casual way to say please ?

Hi ^^ yes 제발 is used in desperate situations normally. There are a few more casual ways to say please (but sometimes the word ‘please’ isn’t needed in Korean because the sentence can be made formal/polite in other ways). If you’re asking for something, you would add 주세요 after what you are asking for, for example: 딸기우유 주세요 - Please give me strawberry milk
(주다 means ‘to give’ so adding (으) 세요 adds the meaning of ‘please’ you can add it to other verbs also to mean ‘please’: 가세요 - Please go)
좀 can also be used to mean ‘please’/sound more polite.

Hello. I am trying to learn Korean and I was wondering where I can learn vocabulary. I see lots of posts about vocab on tumblr but are there any other places I can find it? Thank you

Hi! There are lots of other places to learn. (If you have the money you could go to lessons or have an online tutor or a pen pal for free) Or if you’re self-studying you can buy books,(such as these or others) there is a specific one on vocab, ‘My Weekly Korean Vocabulary’. There are also lots of websites, apps & youtube videos that are useful for vocab. Good Luck!
