I’m very late hopping on this bandwagon. :P Tried making it accurate as possible too. And it’s not the best quality, Manga Studio isn’t photoshop you know…

I can’t explain most of these guys anyway (but I’m pretty sure it’s all self-explanatory).

Chaotic Good

A chaotic good character acts as his conscience directs him with little regard for what others expect of him. He makes his own way, but he’s kind and benevolent. He believes in goodness and right but has little use for laws and regulations. He hates it when people try to intimidate others and tell them what to do. He follows his own moral compass, which, although good, may not agree with that of society. Chaotic good is the best alignment you can be because it combines a good heart with a free spirit. However, chaotic good can be a dangerous alignment when it disrupts the order of society and punishes those who do well for themselves.

today?  stillness.
Just take a moment right now and just stop everything - you can keep your eyes open: stop typing, thinking, munching, believing,  judging, noticing, clutching, remembering, identifying, getting attention, feeling left out, projecting a non-existent future, tensing your jaw, yes reading too… s….t……o………..p…..……

noticing you are and being in the now is just that - stopping all the needs, feeling the juice of your moment - the golden light in your heart and the heart connection with mine!

Are lunges ok to do during #pregnancy?

#Lunges are a great exercise to do as if done correctly will have many benefits for both the pre and #postnatal mum.

In this video Sally-Ann is 28 weeks #Pregnant and has trained with me since the beginning of her pregnancy, she has no aches and pains.

Lunge backs:
Perfect for strengthening the leg, glutes and core muscles!

Exercise Tips:
●Try to keep your upper body in a neutral position- avoid leaning too far back or forward

●Chest should be lifted avoiding pulling the shoulders blades back.

●Pelvis must remain level, you shouldn’t see your hip drop to either side as you lunge back (very common technique fault)

●Knee position must also be in perfect alighnment- it shouldn’t be medially or laterally rotated

●Aim to move quickly through the exercise and lunge to just below 90 degrees before pushing off with the support foot this helps to increase gluteus max muscle activation.

Note: Lunges should be avoided if there is any hip, lower back pain or any SIJ issues relating to muscle imbalances and pelvis instability.
