Day 15 for #maytheforcebewithyogis is Ardha Chandra #chApasana (yes with an A 😂) or #sugarcane pose. One of those feels-oh-sooo-good-asanas. Because heart openers/backbends are easier to me I happen to LOVE them. Flipped my grip for full #nataranjasana or #DancersPose my favorite go-to pose ever since I started practicing yoga. It was a humbling experience to try this full version again, my first time #postpartum My body isn’t as open as it used to be. I had to do a full practice opening my chest, shoulders, back and quads before this. #WildThing - yes that the actual name of this pose, definitely one of my favorites as most #backbends and #heartopenrers are. They reverse the motion of internally rotated shoulders that often happen when using a computer, driving or in my case carrying my baby.
