Who says chocolate marshmallow treats have to be confined to Christmas or Easter? If you’re looking for a wicked easy, sort of spooky treat to add to your Halloween festivities, give this a try.

This no-bake recipe is a Halloween riff on Chocolate Stained Glassed windows, a beloved Christmastime treat from my childhood. The recipe works with any type of mini-marshmallows, but to get the Halloween vibe, I used JET-Puffed brand Ghostmallows and chopped them up to the size of mini mallows. Let’s face it, when chocolate and marshmallow are involved, kids will eat pretty much anything. (I know, I was one of those kids.)

To elevate this to a more grown-up-friendly treat, splurge on some good dark chocolate. The recipe itself ridiculously simple, easy to prepare with kid helpers, and makes for the perfect treat to bring to any last minute Halloween gathering.
