The Messenger of Allah (sallAllahu allahyi wa salaam) last blessed words:

‘Aisha (radhiAllahu anha) narrates: 'I heard the Messenger of Allah (sallAllahu allahyi wa salaam) saying while he was leaning against me:

Allahummaghfirli, warhamni, wal hiqni bir-rafeeqil 'ala

“O Allah! Forgive me, show mercy to me, and bless me with the highest companionship.”

(Bukhari: 5674. Muslim, kitab fada'il al-Sahabah: 85)

The supplication most often recited by the Prophet (salallahu alayhi wa sallam) was: “Allahumma atina fid-dunya hasanatan, wa fil-akhirati hasanatan, wa qina ‘adhab-annar (O our Rubb! give us in this world that which is good and in the Hereafter that which is good, and save us from the punishment of the Fire)
—  Riyad as-Salihin, The Book of Du'a, (Supplications)Book 17, Hadith 1467 [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]
The hoarding of wealth is the cause of poverty:

It was narrated from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) that the Messenger of Allah (صلي الله عليه وسلم) said:

“Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) said: ‘Spend, O son of Adam, and I shall spend on you.‘”

[al-Bukhari, 5073; Muslim, 993]

Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) reported: Messenger of Allah (صلي الله عليه وسلم) said,

“Everyday two angels descend and one of them says, `O Allah! Compensate (more) to the person who gives (in charity)’; while the other one says, `O Allah! Destroy the one who withholds (charity, etc).”

[al-Bukhari, 1374; Muslim, 1010]

[As-Sami/ The Hearer of all/ The All-Hearing]
“Truly Allah is All-hearing, All-seeing.” ‎﴾31.28‬‎﴿‬
Allah hears everything, nothing escapes His divine hearing and no call prevents Him from hearing other calls. “Surely I shall be with you, hearing and seeing.” ‎﴾‬‎20.46﴿‬
Whether we speak quietly or loudly makes no difference to Allah. Some Muslims were journeying with the Prophet ‎ﷺ‎‬ and they were praising Allah aloud. Then prophet said to them, “Quietly, for you are not calling someone deaf or absent. He is All-hearing. Close. The One you call is closer to each of you than the neck of his camel.” [Al-Bukhari & Muslim]
He knows not only our secrets, but also what we try to conceal in our hearts. “If you say something aloud (or keep it to yourself), He surely knows the secret as well as (whatever you may be keeping as) the more hidden.” ‎﴾20.7‬‎﴿‬
When we speak of Allah hearing and seeing, we do not imply that Allah has organs like those needed by human beings for cognitive functions. We believe that He hears and sees, but how, is beyond our grasp.

Riyad as-Salihin, The Book of Good Manners  Book 2, Hadith 681

Narrated ‘Ibn 'Umar (ra):
Messenger of Allah (pbuh) passed by a man of the Ansar who was admonishing his brother regarding shyness. Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said, “Leave him alone, for modesty is a part of Iman.” [Al-Bukhari and Muslim].

Tak perlulah sampai nak bezakan hantaran mengikut sijil peperiksaan ataupun degree.

“Barulah isteri nampak cantik!”.

The Messenger of Allah (salallahu alayhi wa sallam) said to me, “Shall I not guide you to a treasure from the treasures of Jannah?” I said: “Yes, O Messenger of Allah!” Thereupon he (saw) said, “(Recite) ‘La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah’ (There is no change of a condition nor power except by Allah)
—  Riyad as-Salihin, The Book of the Remembrance of Allah, Book 16, Hadith 1443 [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]
Disayang Allah?

Demikianlah betapa penting ilmu agama.

Allah does not burden a soul beyond that it can bear • [surah Al-Baqarah: 233] •

Allah comforts us by reassuring us that no matter what obstacles we come across, they are never more than what we can handle. Allah tests the believer according to his or her capacity, and He always wants the best for us. It may not seem like it at the time but if we stand firm on the right path, Allah will get us through it.

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:Verily! Setting out in the early morning or in the evening in order to fight in Allah’s way is better than the world and what it contains.

A Cure For Being Afflicted With The Evil Eye

From Ayesha [رضي الله عنها] who said:

❝The Prophet used to order the one who gave the evil eye to perform Wudu and then the afflicted person would perform Ghusl [wash] with that.❞

Translators Note:

Shaykh Albaani’s opinion is, if it is known with surety that such-and-such person gave the evil eye then it is obligatory upon him to perform Wudu and give the water from the Wudu which falls from the limbs to the affected person.

If it is thoroughly presumed that such-and-such person gave the evil eye then it becomes recommended to give the water, and if it is not known who, then it is not allowed to speculate.

Invocations for the beginning of the prayer

O Allah , separate me from my sins as You have separated the East from the West. O Allah, cleanse me of my transgressions as the white garment is cleansed of stains . O Allah , wash away my sins with ice and water and frost.

[Al-Mutakabbir/ The Superb/ All Great]
Allah has all pride and glory. He is beyond need and is without imperfection. He is beyond the qualities of what He has created. “And to Him belongs majesty in the heavens and the earth.” ‎﴾‬‎45.37﴿‬
Pride, an exclusively godly attribute, must never be claimed by human beings. Allah hates proud people who elevate themselves above others. “Allah does not love any man who is proud and boastful.” ‎﴾‬‎57.23‬‎﴿‬
Punishment for pride in this life is spiritual blindness. “I shall turn away from My signs the arrogant and unjust; so that even if they see every sign, they will not believe in it.” ‎﴾‬‎7:146﴿‬
And in the hereafter they will be thrown into Hell. “Shall I tell you about the people of Hell? Every harsh, niggardly and proud man.” (Al-Bukhari, Muslim)
The Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “No one will enter Paradise in whose heart is an atom’s weight of arrogance and no one will enter Hell in whose heart is an atom’s weight of faith.” A man said: What if I like my clothes to look nice and my shoes to look nice? He said: “Verily Allah loves beauty; rather arrogance means rejecting the truth and looking down on people.” (Muslim)
Allah is All Great, for He excels over all and transcends everything. In view of His greatness, which is manifest around us, we must surrender ourselves wholly to Him and lead our lives marked by modesty and humility. We should realise our total obedience to Him and treat all of His creatures with love and affection.
