Teresa Graves (1/10/1948 – 10/10/2002) was an actress & singer. As the star of Get Christie Love!, she is credited as being the 1st African-American woman to star in her own hour-long drama television series. Born in Houston, TX, Graves began her career singing with The Doodletown Pipers. She soon turned to acting. Here, Graves is dressed as Countess Vampira in the 1974 comedy/horror/spoof film Vampira (Old Dracula).
