A Loser’s Guide to Sub Pop’s Best Albums of the decade so far…

10. The Head and The Heart - Let’s Be Still
Mumford and Sons copycats that are better than Mumford and Sons.

9. Beach House - Thank You Lucky Stars
This shit would make the toughest Republican cry.

8. Afghan Whigs - In Spades
Like stepping back into the 90′s again.

7. Jesca Hoop - Memories Are Now
By far Sub Pop’s most beautiful album to date.

6. Shearwater - Jet Plane and Oxbow
“A Long Time Away” will send chills down your spine.

5. LVL UP - Return to Love
Lo-fi at it’s best.

4. Shabazz Palaces - Black Up
This one album is better than anything Kanye West released in the last
    nine years.

3. Sleater-Kinney - No Cities To Love
This should be filed under “The best way to come back from hiatus”.

2. Father John Misty - I Love You, Honeybear
If Fear Fun was his Bleach, then Honeybear is his Nevermind

1. Fleet Foxes - Helplessness Blues
The closest thing to a religious experience.

Birthday - EF - Aditi Bajoria

Sunday, May 8, 2016

Happy birthday my dear from the entire family of this Ef .. may you live for the longest years and may be even more happier within .. love from us all ..Aditi

Mother’s never come with an expiry date .. they live forever .. in peace and in concern .. ironic that on Mother’s day we talk of such .. we talk so because a Mother passed on .. a friend lost his .. and an entire generation drifted away .. gone to the heavens and gone in silence and calm ..

It is Mother’s day on the 8th and its 1 year of Piku and 24 years of Khuda Gawah .. and one cannot but wonder at the string of coincidences and ironies that unfold ..

A friend loses his Mother, on a day when a year passes of a film when the Father daughter relationship almost resembles that of Mother and her sibling .. when an Afghan Father faces the dilemma of a daughter that is a replica of his wife ..

You shall NEVER be able to detract the woman, side step her, ignore and push her to the back .. ever ! Woman is what gives us life, gives us reason to live through, brings and introduces us to the world and blesses us even as we fault or disobey or ignore what we respect as the one that gave birth to us ..

She, the woman, is 50% of our strength our existence our presence .. and they need respect and position and paralleled continuance … they guarantee the future and the present … they are the stronger not the weaker being .. they have something that is unfathomable, and than the Lord for that .. may it ever remain so ..

Just a thought … many overlook ..

ummmm tell us about yourself!

My name is Djalyl and I’m 18 years old, born in Russia from a russian mother and an afghan father. At the age of six, I immigrated to french canada where I still live today.

My hobbies are drawing strange people and fat and beefy furries, reading books, watching movies, cooking and gardening during summer.

My interests are science, politics, art, history, history of religions and technology.

About my spirituality, although being educated in both christian and muslim religions, I’m an atheist but I’m still interested in Buddhist philosophy and try to apply this style of living.

I’m now studying in Biology and health sciences.

I like dark brown or black furniture.

To conclude this complete boring description of myself and my life, I’m asexual.
