OH MY GOD YOU GUYS!!!!! So, ever since I came back from Cape Cod there has been a squirrel nest in my window (between the glass and the screen). At first I was freaked out and wanted to get rid of it, but as the days went on Nick and I started to become attached. We assumed she was pregnant and building a nest to have her babies in so we wanted to give her a safe place to stay. We even named her Petunia and checked on her every night. Last night, we saw that she was sleeping on her back (which was kinda weird), but today I come home from work and see that she had her babies!!!!! I FEEL LIKE A PROUD AUNT!!! Congrats Petunia and your adorable/pink/hairless little squirrel babies.
