Summary: In which Jeon Jungkook is that friendly neighborhood superhero, you’re the face in the hallway that saved his high school career, and he can’t ever seem to get a grip around you. Even when he makes you scream after a fated accident—not for the reason you may be thinking; get the thought out of your head!
Pairing: Jungkook | Reader
Genre: Fluff/Smut; Spiderman AU

Author’s Note: Honestly though, it was only a matter of time before I got around to writing a story like this. I am obsessed with Spiderman, so this might just be the foundational guideline for many future Jungkook Spiderman AU drabbles to come in the future.

The story was also heavily inspired by this photo that made me cry for seven days and seven nights. +photo credit !!!!!!!

(the present)

If Jeon Jungkook is against anything in his life, it’s one’s ability to exaggerate certain situations or problems to make those things seem much bigger than they probably were. Well, actually, take that back. It’s not that he’s against it per say, it’s just that his peer’s daily struggles of pop quizzes and missing the morning bus aren’t exactly headliner news—especially in comparison to what he has to go through.

Jeon Jungkook is against exaggeration, probably because he can’t get away with it himself. It’s not that he doesn’t like to exchange his fair share of embellished stories or fabricated events weaved into true experiences, it’s that he can’t afford to do so. Sharing stories of his nightly routines and dashing superhero adventures may seem great, but only if he could manage the burden of a personal life and a masked life intertwining.

As an 18-year-old boy, he can probably say it’s safe to assume that he cannot. Manage the overwhelming, opposite pressure both of his lives take him, that is. It’s difficult enough being a college freshman, a tiny fish in an ocean of whales and sharks, but throw in his late night Spiderman facade would be too much of a tale to share with other people and peers who probably ask too many questions and know too much about him. He’s never liked the exposure that comes with being in the spotlight, and he can’t hide behind his mask if people knew who he was.

Oh. Right. Speaking of his Spiderman facade, that’s who is he. Haven’t heard of him? You know, the dashing hero of Seoul, red and blue spandex attire with a web shooter, fine tuned senses and amazingly quick reflexes? The boy who swings around the city, volunteering for trouble and always coming out right on top? The boy who constantly maintains that casual, slightly amused tone throughout a majority of his rescues?

Yeah, well, that’s Jungkook.

I'm new to the fandom, and I saw that article about Louis from the LGBT website. I know all about "homophobic Louis" unfortunately because it's one of the first thing you learn about when you join the 1D fandom (how people believing he was gay and in a relationship with Harry ruined their friendship forever, how he couldn't even understand the idea of supporting a gay man coming out without calling it bullshit...) but I'd love to know what he did to support the community, I had no idea he did!

it’s very frustrating to me that people are still getting confronted with this utter nonsense but please know, it’s not true:

louis has stated - on camera - that he appreciates LGBT fans. here is the whole video by the way.

louis has a triangle tattoo on his right ankle; a symbol closely associated with gay pride.

he has worn rainbow-themed clothing in the past..

most pointedly a rainbow apple shirt days after apple CEO tim cook came out as gay.

there is footage from the FOUR hangout of liam asking louis about the article i linked.

liam: have you seen it?

louis: no i haven’t seen it yet!

liam: it was good

(which is in direct contrast to what we know as bullshit 2.0)

then there’s this jumper with the “all out” slogan (despite common belief not directly associated with the LGBT charity but the message stands; it sure made me aware of the organisation in the first place)

and this tchaikovsky jumper.. a little history lesson: tchaikovsky was very much gay.

louis (along with harry) was thought to be behind the rainbow bears. there is really so much content to choose from but the strongest links to louis are his reflection in the sunglasses

and louis being spotted across the street from where RBB popped up

he shared some nice comments about steve aoki’s rainbow socks

and most recently louis hung out in amsterdam’s gay district, the reguliersdwarsstraat. spot the rainbow!

not so much a homophobe now, is he?

Attraction To A Stranger [Jason Todd x Reader]

I got this prompt from a post by @otpprompts: “Person A sees Person B in the waiting room of an airport and tries to get in touch with them without actually talking, eventually managing to slip a paper with their number in the book Person B was reading. How all of this happens is up to you. Bonus if Person C is the one helping Person A.“

A/N: When you think you write too much for Jason but then remember that’s not possible. (Fem Reader)

________

Jason was sitting, bored as all hell, in the seats outside his gate. Roy sat next to him hat pulled over his face, trying to get a few minutes shut eye. Jason sighed leaning into the back of his seat, just people watching.

He was unamused by anyone until a [h/c] haired girl with the most stunning [e/c] eyes sat in an open chair across from where he was. You had a set of headphones in, completely oblivious to anyone and everyone around you. Observing as you would gaze at the gate and check your watch.

Jason found you absolutely stunning. Every move you made entranced him. Even more amazing when he saw you pull out a book he found to be one of his favorites. Watching as you turn each page eagerly, looking forward to how the plot continues onto the next page.

He just wanted to get up, sit in the seat next to you, and strike up a conversation. But for some reason he just… couldn’t.

So, he just continued to watch.

“Dude you look like a stalker.. Or a crazy boyfriend. One of the two” Roy interrupted Jason’s staring. He shot the archer a glare. “I don’t look like a stalker”

“Kind of do the way you’re staring at the poor girl.” Roy whispered. Making Jason roll his eyes before they landed on the stranger again. “Just go talk to her”

“I.. I just… I don’t know” Jason crossed his arms shrugging. Looking at Roy he saw he had a shit eating smirk, “You’re scared to talk to her” he teased.

“What? No! I’m not scared to talk to her. I just… don’t want to interrupt her book” Jason glanced over looking for an excuse.

“Yeah, whatever you say Jaybird. Then I guess you won’t mind if I went over there and talked to her, maybe asked her out got her number” Roy’s smirk widened as Jason sent another glare. “Fuck you Harper”

“Ah, there it is. The truth comes out. Jason’s nervous to talk to a girl.” Roy shook him by the shoulders, leading Jason to hit his hands away. The movements catching your eye, chuckling upon seeing the exchange before looking down at the page once more.

“She just looked at us by the way” Roy commented, making Jason’s eyes widen and look at you once more. “Just go over there already, aren’t you the one who girls swoon over?”

“Shut up” Jason shook his head, running a hand through his hair. Messing up the white streak. “Well what if you got her to talk to you, pace around her, maybe drop something to catch her attention?” Roy offered up some suggestions.

“Why do I feel like I’m in middle school with a crush? I’m a grown man I should just walk over there” Jason pinched his nose as if he were getting a headache.

But he eventually did what Roy said, just trying to get your attention. Tried to drop something by you, and ‘accidentally’ bumped your seat. However, you were to entranced in your book and deafened by your music to notice.

That was until they heard your phone begin to ring, watching as you picked it up from the space at your side. Pulling out your headphones and setting your book on the open space next to you.

“Hey Mom” Jason heard you speak for the first time and was even more attracted to you. “No, I’m just sitting at my gate. There’s still some time before boarding.” you continued to talk on the phone.

“Now’s your chance, slip your number in her book. She’s facing away from it.” Roy was indeed right, you had your attention turned to a window opposite the direction of your book.

Jason nodded, scribbling down his number on a piece of paper with a small note. Carefully he strode over, staying out of your vision. Sticking the paper on the page your bookmark was and backtracked to his seat.

Leaning against the armrest, waiting for you to find it. As you continued to talk he ended up pulling out a book of his own, phone stuffed in the pocket of his leather jacket.

“Alright Mom. Yes I’ll be careful. I love you too. Bye.” Hanging up the phone with your ever worrying mother. You grew up in Gotham, of course you can handle yourself elsewhere. Chuckling you picked up your book, opening it to the marked page.

Though when opening the book a small folded sheet of paper fell into your lap. Confused, you unfolded it reading the contents.

‘Hey, so I’ve been trying to get your attention but it seems you like that book about as much as I did when I first read it. I’m across from you if you’re up for a date some time.

###-###-####’

You looked up from the note to see two men. One with red hair that was scrolling through his phone and the other with black hair and a white streak through it. Both were rather attractive but the one with the black hair was just gorgeous in your eyes.

Hoping for the best you typed in the number and sent a message.

Jason felt the phone buzz in his pocket and dug it out. Clicking the screen it lit up to reveal a message from an unknown number. Not noticing the smile grow on your face as you watched the screen.

“That’s one way to give a girl your number. But a name might be nice to know first deary.. -_^

Jason looked up at you with a dumbfounded look, you covered your mouth giggling before removing it and waving at him. He grinned before beginning to tap the screen.

“Jason Todd. Your turn doll”

Chuckling at the nickname you answered quicky.

“[F/n] [L/n]”

Looking up you saw his buddy looking over his shoulder before he smirked and stole the phone, swiftly typing on the screen.

Reading the message you let out an audible laugh, muffling it with your hand.

“About time he got to talking to you. But how about instead of this texting shit, you sit with us on the flight. Get to know Jaybird audibly.”

After you stopped laughing you responded.

“It’d be my pleasure. I’d love to talk to ‘Jaybird’”

Jason visibly blushed at the use of his nickname Roy had for him, even if it was only through text.

Though one thing he was looking forward to was hearing you talk to him with the same smile you had been talking on the phone with earlier. Little did he know about how this would be the start to something he’d forever treasure.

You Suck, Parker

Request: #111 with peter ?

Prompt: 111.  A (whispering): I really like you and want to kiss you a lot.
       B: What?
       A: I said you suck.

Word Count: 1476

Warnings: SO MANY SEXUAL INNUENDOS

A/N: Holy moly I had so much fun writing this one.

Summary: Peter and Y/N have been friends for quite some time and wow, they finally admit their feelings for each other while making a few sexual innuendos here and there. (THis is fluffy I swear).

MASTERLIST

“Y/N, when will you be home tonight?” Your mother asked you.

“Not sure. Peter and I have a Chem test on Monday and want to try and get a lot of studying in before then,”

“Meaning the two of you won’t study at all, but watch movies and then fall asleep on the couch,”

“Yeah, that sounds about right,” you you admitted.

“Alright, behave yourself and make sure you’re home by tomorrow morning,”

“Of course, mom. I’ll see you tomorrow!” You said as you left your house to head to Peter’s.

You and Peter had known each other for quite a long time, and you usually spent your Friday night’s ‘studying’ aka, attempting to study but ending up watching movies.

You would argue that you were Peter’s best friend, but Ned always says otherwise. But you and Peter were rather close, you were always spending time with him, and it was no secret to you that he was Spiderman.

And of course, you harboured feelings for the boy. For as long as you could remember you had had a crush on Peter Parker. And damn, were your feelings growing with each passing day. Peter, of course, had no idea, but you weren’t exactly sure whether that was a problem or not.

When you arrived at Peter’s door, you knocked and May let you in.

“Y/N! Peter will be so happy you’re here. He’s in his room, just go on it,”

“Thanks May! It’s great to see you,”

“Nice to see you too, Y/N,” She said as you walked away towards Peter’s room

“Knock knock,” You said, opening Peter’s bedroom door.

“Y/N, hey,” he smiled

You walked in and sat down on Peter’s chair, across from his bed where he was sitting.

“So did you bring your books?” Peter asked

“Of course not Parker. We never actually study, I thought why bother lugging heavy textbooks over here if we weren’t actually going to study,”

Peter laughed, “That’s fair, but I thought we could skip the movie tonight?”

“Skip the movie? Who are you and what have you done with Peter Parker?”

“C’mon, I had a better idea,”

“And what is this better idea of yours Mr Parker?” You questioned.

Peter smiled at you, stood up and walked across his room to his closet. He began stripping, pulling his shirt off

“Not that I’m opposed to this, but what are you doing Parker?”

Peter laughed, “I’m putting on my Spidey suit,”

“Oh, so not only are you getting naked, but you’re getting kinky,” you raised your eyebrows.

“Geez, Y/N, didn’t realize you were into that kinda thing,” Peter said, continuing to put on his suit.

“Oh there’s a lot you don’t know i’m into,”

“Oh yeah, and what’s that supposed to mean?”

“Play your cards right and maybe one day you’ll find out,”

“I’ll definitely keep that in mind,” Peter said.

He put the mask over his face and walked over and held his hand out to you,

“Shall we, my dear?”

“And what exactly are we doing?”

“Just, come with me,”

You took Peter’s hand and followed him out onto his fire escape.

“What now, Parker?” You asked

Peter wrapped his arm around your waist and said “Now you hold on tight,”

“Oh god,” you muttered, wrapping your arms around his neck.

Suddenly, your feet weren’t on the fire escape anymore, you could feel yourself flying through the air. Your heart was rapidly beating

“Don’t worry, Y/N, I’ve got you,” Peter said.

You tightened your grip on Peter, closed your eyes, and buried your face in his neck. You felt Peter’s arm wrap tighter around your waist.

Soon, you felt Peter hit the ground, and he slowly let go of you and your feet hit the ground.

You opened your eyes and looked around, you were standing on a roof,

“Where are we?”

“I found this place not too long ago, its nothing special, but you can see so much of the city from up here, I thought it was so beautiful when I first saw it. It reminded me of you. I knew I had to show you,” Peter answered, taking off his mask.

You walked to the edge of the building and stared off watching the lights of the city. The cars’ lights reflections danced off the windows of the buildings around you. You could hear the noises of the city below, the car horns and the sirens, yet everything was quiet so high up.

“It really is beautiful up here, Peter,” you turned to look at him

“I’m glad you like it,” He smiled, rubbing the back go his head with his hand.

“Its not just the view I like, Peter,”

“Right, you like the Spidey suit, turns you on,” He joked

“More like I really like you and want to kiss you a lot,” you whispered to yourself

What?” Peter asked

I said you suck, Parker,”

Peter rolled his eyes, and grabbed your hand, “Come on, theres something else I want to show you,”

You allowed Peter to lead you across the roof of the building. There was a small garden in the corner, with a bench next to it.

“Peter, this is so beautiful,”

You approached the garden and slowly let your hand fall out of Peter’s as you bent down to admire the flowers.

“I remember you telling me you love forget-me-not’s and lilies, so I planted some earlier this season and they finally bloomed, so I figured now would be the best time to show you this place,”

“Peter, how on earth do you not have a girlfriend? You’re actually the sweetest boy I know,” you smiled, leaning over to place a kiss on his cheek.

“Well actually, there is someone I like,”

“Oh really? And who might this special someone be?” You teased, walking around the garden to lean on the side of the roof.

“Well, they know my secret,” Peter said, holding up his mask, “they also are always crashing my house and distracting me from my homework,”

Peter started walking closer towards you.

“They also can never decide what movie to watch on movie nights. Not to mention that they distract me in class too. Not on purpose, mind you, but they’re so beautiful, I can’t help but stare at them,”

You smiled, you knew he was talking about you. As soon as he started talking, you knew.

“Tell me more, Peter Parker,”

Peter was now standing right in front of you, “Well, i’ve kinda had a thing for them for a few years now. I’m kinda actually in love with them,”

“Well, in that case, there’s something you should know Parker,”

“What’s that, Y/N?”

“There this superhero I’m kind of in love with,”

“Please tell me its not Mr. Stark, that would just make this so awkward,”

“No, but have you seen Captain America’s ass? Damn,”

Peter rolled his eyes at you.

“I’m kidding. Kind of,” you said

“Y/N,-“ Peter started

“I love you too, Peter,” You said

“Don’t you mean I really like you and want to kiss you a lot,” Peter whispered

“You dID HEAR ME,”

“Of course I heard you,” Peter smiled.

“You suck, Parker,”

“Does this mean I can kiss you now?”

“I think I changed my mind. Do you have Captain America’s number? He seems like he wouldn’t be as mean to me,”

You stared at Peter while he bit back a smile.

“Yes Parker! Kiss me already,”

Peter put his hands on either side of your face, and gently pressed his lips up against yours.

You pulled away, “You still suck Parker,”

“I think, now, it’ll be you that will be the one who sucks,”

“Oh mY GOD PARKER!” You laughed.

“Sorry, sorry, it had to be said,” he smiled.

“So Parker, are you going to take me back to your house so we can finish up that movie night, and maybe, maybe, if you’re lucky we can talk about that other thing you suggested,”

“I think by the time you even decide on a movie to watch, i’ll be asleep and it’ll be too late for anything else,” he joked

“Well it would be the perfect way to wake up, now wouldn’t it, Parker,”

“Damn, maybe I should wear this suit around you more often,”

“Believe me, its not the suit,”

“Well, then what are we waiting for?” Peter asked, putting his mask back on.

He wrapped his arm sound your waist and shot a web to another building. The two of you were flying over the city once again, but this time you kept your eyes open.

(#21 off the Super Sappy Prompts list: “I’m better when I’m with you.”)

It’s an experiment based on a hypothesis based on a coincidence. They’re sharing a room on a roadie, and Nursey has been stuck in a dry spell for a week and a half now. The words just haven’t been coming the way he wants them to, and he’s starting to feel dried out, like all the creative juices have been wrung out of him by school stress and lack of sleep. Maybe it’ll never come back. Maybe he’s just done. All washed up by the tender age of twenty.

He’s not even trying to write as he watches Dex from across the room, tracking his fidgets and expressions as he sits hunched over his laptop frowning at the screen. It’s been a while since he and Dex have been in the same room for an extended period of time – a fortnight, about. Dex has been on a project, and Nursey started isolating himself about when the drought hit. But it was nice to sit with him on the bus today, and it’s nice to dump his bag near the bed and just relax, hands behind his head, and drink in his presence. It feels like something he’s been missing for far too long.

Nursey’s not sure what it is that makes the words start coming back, but it’s like a cloudburst on a hot day – a few lines, scattered drops against a parched sidewalk, then all at once he’s drowning.

He writes for four hours that night. His poems are full of microchips and anger, all about the gray morality of man against the rigidity of binary code, and by one a.m., when he should really be getting his beauty rest for tomorrow’s game, he’s starting to formulate a theory.

The theory is that maybe being in Dex’s proximity jumpstarts his creativity. In a phrase, Dex inspires him.

So Nursey resolves to test it.

Secrets (Part Two) (Trans!Peter)

So there has been a lot more anti-trans or negative trans things all over Tumblr recently thanks to— well we all know what its thanks to.

I had a specific request for something positive and pro-trans and I absolutely agree we could all handle something positive and fluffy and nice, so here we go.

This is a Part Two to my first trans!peter fic Secrets.

For those who haven’t read PART ONE— Peter is Tom Holland/15 years old, the relationship between he and Deadpool is strictly platonic. This is not Spideypool shipping, this is just a friendship.

Trans!Peter and protective dad!Tony and protective friend!Wade

*************************
“You’re gonna stay with me, right?” Peter asked nervously and Wade patted his shoulder comfortingly.

“Not going anywhere Spidey. Just here for support.”

“Thanks.” Peter rubbed at his chest, tugging uncomfortably on his binder.

“You alright? Do we need to loosen it?” Wade was still in full costume, mask and katanas and all, but he started pulling his gloves off to help Peter if needed.

“No.” Peter shook his head. “No it’s fine, just… just feeling super noticeable right now.”

“Not noticeable.” Wade assured him. “Since we got rid of that ugly black thing, this nude one blends in a lot better.”

“Ok.” Peter took a deep breath. “Okay. Let’s go.”

Wade kept a big hand on Peter’s shoulders as they headed into the living room of the Avengers compound, sitting down together on the couch across from where Tony was sitting, jotting notes down as he read through a file.

“Deadpool. You take your hand off my kid or I’m gonna break it off.” Tony said without even looking up and Wade laughed before removing his hand and leaning back, folding his arms over his chest.

“What are you even doing here? I feel like last time you and I ran into each other—”

“Mr Stark.” Peter interrupted before Tony could unleash some sort of verbal destruction on the mercenary. “I really need to talk to you.”

“What’s up, kiddo?” Tony put his file down instantly, leaning forward and clasping his hands loosely between his knees. “Everything alright?”

“Mr Stark–” Peter looked at Wade for encouragement, who sent him a thumbs up. “I am– I am–trans.”

Silence.

Peter took a deep breath and pulled his t shirt off, exposing both his binder and the slightly reddened spot where he took his injections. “I’m um… This is who I am.”

Silence.

Then, “Trans.” Tony repeated. “So. Um transsexual? Transgender? Is there a difference? I don’t even know. Okay. Trans. Alright. How long? Can I ask that?”

“I’ve been transitioning for close to a year.” Peter offered and Tony nodded. “I take testosterone injections, and wear a binder to keep everything–” he made a motion over his chest. “It’s been more difficult to hide with being Spider-Man but–but I’m working on it.”

“Okay.” Tony nodded again. “Alright.”

“So–” Peter spread his hands uncertainly. “So, I wanted you to know.”

“Did you tell this one before you told me?” Tony pointed at Wade who made an offended noise.

“Wade found me when I was hurt one night–”

“–hurt?!”

“–I was fine. But Wade had to help me and he found out and– and you know it was nice to have someone know, and I didn’t want to hide it anymore. I don’t want you to feel like I’m lying to you about anything. Aunt May says–”

“May knows?” Tony interrupted. “About the binding and the shots and this guy?”

“Well maybe not about me hanging out with Pool, but I mean, yeah. Everything else. She has to pay for the injections so–.”

“Okay.” Tony folded his arms. “I’m gonna need the suit back.”

“Mr Stark!” Peter cried, suddenly much closer to tears than he’d been just a moment before. “Why would you–”

“Check it out, Iron Dildo.” Wade snapped, and leaned forward with something like a growl. “How bout you back the fuck off, see that this kid is trying to be honest with you and you being an asshole isn’t going to—”

“Hey, guy who kills people for money, how about you shut up for two minutes and let me talk?” Tony retorted. “Peter, give me your suit.”

Peter reached into his back slowly and pulled out the suit, handing it over to Tony with shaking hands.

Tony turned it over a few times, looking at it thoughtfully. “So.” he cleared his throat. “So should we talk about redesigning this with a binder built in? So you don’t have to wear one in addition to the suit? Or would that be uncomfortable?”

“Wh–What?” Peter ran his fingers through his hair. “Um, what?”

“Is a binder built into your suit too uncomfortable?” Tony asked again. “Like does it need to be something like a corset sort of thing? Or hooks? Or since your suit tightens around you automatically do I need to upgrade where it holds around your chest? Or would you rather just– you alright, Pete?”

“I’m fine.” The fifteen year old covered his face with his hands. “I’m fine, it’s just—” his voice caught and Tony’s eyes softened.

“You just let me know how to make this easier for you, okay? I dont know anything about anything like this, so you’ll have to speak up.”

“Sure thing.” Peter wiped his eyes and sat back up. “Um, thank you, Mr Stark I can’t—”

“Also.” Tony made a show of picking up his tablet, scrolling through some documents until he apparently found which ever one he was looking for. “I noticed you haven’t signed up for the insurance program available to you through the Stark Internship. Recently it was decided that insurance will now cover binders and testosterone injections and all the…things that I don’t know about that goes with that sort of thing.”

“Recently?” Wade repeated, sounding skeptical, and Tony sent him a narrowed eyed glare.

“Yes, Mr. Wilson. Recently. As in within the last ten minutes. Is that a problem?”

Wade held up his hands peacefully, and both the adults turned to look at Peter, who still looked like he might cry any second.

“Mr. Stark—”

“You don’t ever have to be afraid to tell me things like this.” Tony’s voice was gruff, and he pulled his sunglasses out of his shirt pocket to cram on his face. “Tell Aunt May that your internship will be covering any and all costs associated with you… transitioning. Is that the right word? I don’t want to say the wrong– I need to do some research, I think.”

Tony blew out a deep breath and looked between the two of them.

“Anything else you want to tell me? Like that maybe you two are dating? Because Deadpool I swear to god if you are even looking at my kid wrong I’m gonna rip you apart and drop the pieces from the sky. Lets see if you can regenerate from that.”

“Gross.” Wade snorted. “He’s like eight.”

“I’m fifteen guys.” Peter interjected.

It doenst matter!”
“It doesn’t matter!”

Wade and Tony yelled at the same time, then glared at each other for a minute.

“Well kiddo.” Tony sent Peter a smile. “Anything else today? Because I feel like you have homework.”

“Yeah. Some spanish.” Peter nodded and reached to put his shirt back on. “No, I– I guess that’s it.”

“Well, you know where the door is if you want to talk.”

Peter didn’t even hesitate, just stood up and leaned over Tony’s chair to give him a hug. “Thank you. This was…easier than I thought it would be.”

“Whatever you need, Underroos. You know that.” Tony patted his back. “Now get. Spanish homework.”

Tony waved at Peter, glared at Deadpool, and waited until they had left before picking his tablet back up, settling in for a long night of researching everything and anything related to helping support teenagers who were transitioning.

A throat being cleared made him look up.  “For the love of– didn’t I kick you out?”

Wade shrugged. “I’m just laying this out here– the whole protective dad thing one hundred percent does it for me. So if you ever decide to unclench enough to have some fun, call me.”

“Get out!” Tony cried, but he was smiling, and Wade was going to count that as a victory.
*******************

“What were you doing?” Peter frowned up at the mercenary when he finally showed up at the door.

“Asking your dad out.”

“That’s disgusting.” Peter complained and punched Wade’s shoulder hard enough to send him reeling a few steps. “Don’t do that.”

Several minutes later, Peter added. “Mr Stark isn’t my dad.”

“Yeah, you waited too long to say that. I officially vote for Iron Man to be your dad.”

“…yeah me too.”

Just a reminder to all you beauties that are thinking about transitioning, mid transition, or have made it through and are now happily the person you were always meant to be—

You are lovely, you are valid, and you are not burdens or anything else along those lines. Don’t let any other fuckers tell you any different.

Mother’s Day

REQUEST: Can you write like a super fluffy blurb where it’s mother’s day and Harry and your kids just wake you up with cuddles and kisses and (like your other one-shot My Love, My Life My Always) he shares a pic of you and your kids cuddling and laughing and its pure fluuuffffff

A few of you have also been asking for fluff recently, so here it is! Sending so much love to you all. x

“C’mon, bugs…nice an’ quiet now.”

“We know Daddy, yeh don’t have to keep remindin’ us,” your little boy explained, causing you to giggle quietly from your place in bed.

Usually you would be up and out of bed already, preparing breakfast with Harry before you needed to go wake your twins up for the day. But Harry had made a huge fuss the night before about you getting the chance to sleep in—however, your sleep schedule had been to synced to your children and your morning routine that you had been laying in bed awake for a half an hour now.

You closed your eyes and tried to stay as still as possible when you heard your bedroom door open slowly. Harry’s steps were paired with another set of quicker ones, and it took everything you had in you not to flip over and look at your loves.

“Daddy, can we wake her up now?” Your son whispered as quietly as he could manage, which was still pretty loud.

“Yes, go wake her, loves.”

You waited a few seconds, hyperaware of your breathing and whether or not it would be fast or slow enough.

Suddenly, you heard two pairs of little feet pattering against the floor as your babies ran into your bedroom.

“MUMMY!”

he said so much stuff to you, but the seven words that you can’t get out of your head are “i can’t believe you- i loved you.”

you stayed in your apartment for a week. you called in sick at your work and continusly ignored the texts and calls from the boys. six boys messaged you, but the one boy that you hoped would, didn’t.

you thought about calling jungkook, but then you remebered his words. “no interaction at all.”

after that week, jimin came knocking at your door. you and jimin have been friends for a long time, longer than you and jungkook. so, him knocking at your door wasn’t really surprising. jungkook told him what happened and jimin was beyond pissed off. he was mad that you and taehyung would kiss and not tell anyone. he was mad that jungkook drunk called and texted you.

“jimin? what are you doing here?” you asked, as you held the door open.

“what am i doing here?” he asked as he brushed past you and walked into your living room. “i’m here because you won’t answer your phone and you’ve practically made the whole dorm hell.”

you closed your door and sat in the chair across from where jimin sat on your couch. “how is the dorm hell?” you asked confused.

“well, since jungkook found out you kissed taehyung, the two are constantly fighting. the night that he drunk called you he gave tae a bloody nose and a black eye.”

your jaw dropped as jimin explained to you what was happening. you never imagined that jungkook would punch taehyung; they were best friends. you placed your head in your hands, unable to say anything to jimin. you couldn’t really process anything that was happening. “i kissed tae because it was a dare. it didn’t mean anything. how was i supposed to know that jungkook loved me?”

“i don’t know how you didn’t know. it was obvious.”

you flicked your head up to look at jimin. “what?”

“the way he looked at you. the way he acted around you. how he would have done anything for you.” you stared at the floor, thinking about what jimin was saying. you didn’t think there was a certain way he looked at you. or that there was a certain way he acted around you. he would have done anything for you though. and you would have done anything for him. you would make him laugh when he was sad. god, you missed his laugh. you would comfort him the night before a big event. you missed those nights. but the nights you missed the most were when you and jungkook would go sit at the park late at night. you would look over at him and see his big brown eyes staring up at the sky, the stars reflecting in them. he looked beautiful

that’s when you realized how much you missed jungkook. you needed him. you loved him. “okay y/n, i need to go, please call me okay?” you heard jimin say to you as he got up. you mumbled an okay, still looking at the floor in shock. you couldn’t believe that you just finally realized that you were in love with jungkook.

now, three months in to not talking to jungkook and you’re standing in line to get in a club with your friends. you’ve been going to three places for the past months; your apartment, your work and the grocery store. you’re friends were worried about you so they made you come out to the club with them tonight.

your friends knew about you and jungkook not being friends anymore, so they wanted to get him off of your mind. you initianally thought about not going, but then you thought maybe the loud music will block out your loud thoughts of jungkook.

for three months straight he was all that you thought about. you are in love with him, and he hates you.

when you finally got into the club everything was fine. you and your friends got drinks and started dancing on the dance floor. it’s halfway through the night and you’re a little bit tipsy, you don’t like drinking that much. you’re sitting at one of the booths with your friends when you saw him. jungkook.

your jaw drops instantly. he looks different. or maybe he looks the same and you’ve just been imagining him in a better way. his hair would fluffier, his eyes would be brighter and he would be laughing a specific laugh that only you could coax out of him.

that’s not how he looked. his hair was flatter, dark bags under his eyes were showing, and a smirk and his fake laugh came out of him as he spoke to the girl in front of him. you don’t know if it’s because you’re jealous of him talking to the girl or not, but she’s slutty.

you thought your jaw was hanging pretty low, but it must’ve lowered even more when you saw jungkook grab the slutty girl and kiss her roughly. his hands gripped tightly onto her hips as he practically smashed his lips onto hers.

your heart broke

but it broke even more when jungkook opened his eyes and stared right into your own.

excerpt:

Who lost Shiro doesn’t matter: Shiro’s gone, again. Keith can’t listen to this. “Twenty minutes is too long. We shouldn’t have let him go off without being sure he knew where he was going!”

“But - you agreed!” Lance sputters, incredulous and defensive. “I mean, fine, yes, we should have gone with him, but - I didn’t realize he didn’t know - ”

“How could he?” Hunk groans. He scrubs his hands down his face, distraught. “Why didn’t we think? Aw man, Shiro could be anywhere!”

“Well, it’s done now, isn’t it?” Allura snaps, concern badly hidden in her harsh tone. “Arguing about it is not going to help.”

“Easy for you to say,” Lance says, glaring. “It’s your fault Shiro’s lost, princess.”

Allura’s eyes narrow. “Excuse me?”

Please, I love when you write for Jack Wilder. Also I just rewatched both of the Now you see me movies and am dying for new stuff

WELL SINCE YOU SAID PLEASE. Basing this off of one of my earlier headcanons!

Imagine Jack just listening to you talk, and before you know it, he’s mastered your voice and he uses it when he’s playing around and mocks you.

Title: Voices.
Pairing: Jack Wilder x Reader.
Words: 1069.
Rating: T.

“I’m just saying,” Jack stated rather proudly with a cocky grin that tilted to the left side. His dimple showed itself momentarily and left a warm feeling flutter in your chest as it always had a way of melting even the coldest of hearts. “Imitating voices are easy. I could teach you, if you wanted.” With a flick of his wrist, he sent the deck of cards resting in his hands into a frenzy before relaxing them once again. His fingers continued to tap against them. Being stuck in one place, in what would be considered ‘intense hiding’ was doing absolutely nothing for his restlessness. Sitting in an armchair, his legs dangling over the side with the occasional kick of his feet in a sporadic rhythm. He held himself with such a casual confidence it left you feeling vaguely jealous and wondering as to how he accomplished such a slacked appearance.

Jack gazed up at you with deep brown eyes. The sun sunk through the window across from where he was sitting, accentuating the curves of his face and lightning his eyes so they appeared a shade or two lighter than they actually were. His eyelashes framed his eyes and seemed to be on fire as the sunlight dripped onto his skin. Jack’s eyes spoke many things at once but the most prominent emotion happened to be on the more mischievous side. He flicked his wrist once again and the rapid movement of the deck of cards brought you back into reality, away from the seemingly inevitable daydream sitting across from you. “Have you really heard my voice enough to imitate me?” You finally inquired moments after being mesmerized by him.

Jack’s face faltered for a moment as he thought about it, that once beautiful smirk dipping into a slight frown before turning into a full on smile. It was a dramatic change of facial expressions which was something he was also good at executing. A soft chuckle left his parted lips and with a gentle clearing of his throat, he began speaking. “Yeah, I’d like to think I listen to you. Even when you don’t know it.”

“What do you mean?” You laughed quietly, fixing your eyes on the cards on his hands. “Even when I don’t know it?”

“Yesterday,” He used as an example, “when you were talking to Danny in the kitchen. You were complaining. I’m glad you were, I wasn’t sure what you would have sounded like when complaining. Even when you complain to me, it sounds different.”

Raising your eyebrows in amusement, you smiled and asked, “What do I sound like when I’m complaining?”

Your request seemed to amuse him as he brought his legs down and propped himself properly on the armchair. His shirt rode up for a few seconds with his movement, catching your eyes. Resting his hands on his thighs, Jack leaned forward and shot a more heated grin at you this time. You caught his eyes this time and kept them locked before Jack opened his mouth. He laughed while you expecting to hear him speak. Biting down on his bottom lip, Jack’s smile twirled into a childish expression. “I can’t do it with you staring at me like that. So much pressure.”

He was playing around, you could tell from the tone of voice he had used. Slightly raised and a bit more frantic. “Please.” You laughed your plea and covered your mouth.

Jack laughed as well, looking to the side before clearing his throat once again. “Please.” The sound that came out of his mouth was one that sounded exactly like you did. As strange as it was as well, Jack had moved his face in a gesture that mimicked your expressions..

“I don’t sound like that, do I?” You gasped, throwing your head back in a chuckle.

“I don’t sound like that, do I?” Jack’s voice dipped back to normal at the end of the sentence. He couldn’t control himself from laughing. “You really do sound like that.”

“How awful.” You grimaced playfully.

“Awful?” Jack’s face scrunched into disbelief. “I think you sound cute. Trust me (Name), I spend my nights sitting in bed trying to talk like you, but for the longest time I couldn’t get it just right.” Jack stood up, resting the deck of cards on the table in the middle of the living room. He took a few steps towards you, his heavy boots pattering against the floor as he did. There was no logical sense in being dressed with when you were in hiding, but still Jack found himself getting up and getting ready. It was a precautionary thing, he told you once, you always have to be ready to run. “There’s just something about your voice that I can’t seem to grasp.”

“Maybe you didn’t practice enough.” You teased.

“Nah.” He shrugged his slender shoulders and sat next to you on the loveseat. Gesturing with his hands, he rolled his hand from his throat to you and admitted, “Your voice has a quality that I can’t imitate just right. I guess I love you too much, so it makes it hard to imitate that sort of emotion.” This was something you knew but hearing him say it was something that left you feeling weak in the knees. You were thankful you were sitting because you were sure if you were standing you would have fallen completely. Jack seemed a bit more bashful now as he let that be said. His cheeks held a soft pink color and his eyes were staring straight forward.

It was your turn to shrug your shoulders as you fiddled with your fingers, “Why would that matter?”

“Because I like the way your voice sounds when you speak.” He turned his attention to you finally, his dark brown eyes drowning into yours. His body leaned towards you, “I like the way you talk to me. You don’t talk to anyone else they same way.”

Smiling cutely, you brushed two fingers across his right eyebrow before dropping them down his cheek, “That’s because I love you too much.”

Jack nodded and bit his bottom lip while tipping his head towards your fingers, “You can copy my phrases but you still sound nothing like me.”

“I don’t want to sound like you.” You admitted, “I don’t want anyone to sound like you, Jack. I love the way you sound…”

Complete this conservation: "Soooo Dean. How did it go with Cas last night? *wink*"

“Soooo Dean.” Sam settles at the kitchen table across from where his brother sits, digging into a bowl of cereal. “How did it go with Cas last night?” He flashes a quick wink at him.

Dean stops mid-chew, looking up at his brother. “Fine. Quiet.” he says in-between bites. “We staked out that barn all night and didn’t see a thing. I’m thinking that the haunting may have just been kids or something.”

“Ah,” Sam nods and takes a sip of his coffee, a wry smile quirking the corner of his mouth. “That’s interesting.” Dean raises an eyebrow, immediately suspicious of the pointed look his brother gives him.

“Yeah, if you say so,” he mutters, turning his attention back to his breakfast.

“Yeah, because I was actually listening to the police scanner last night while you were out, just keeping an ear out,” Sam begins. “And there was a lot of chatter about some strange noises coming from right around the area where you guys were stationed.”

“Lotta animals out there, Sam.”

“Yeah, a lot of grunting and groaning. One guy said it sounded like moaning.” he continues. Dean sets his spoon down and looks at Sam.

“Yeah, there sure was a lot of noise out there,” he says. “Animals go crazy during the full moon.” He punctuates his sentence, taking a scoopful of frosted flakes into his mouth.

“Yeah, yeah, you could be right,” Sam says, rising from the table. “Although I can’t think of any animal with a mating call of ‘Oh Cas.’”

Dean chokes on his cereal.

Perched on the chilled bleachers built to the side of the ample lacrosse field, you pulled your coat tighter around your shivering body and glared up at the near full moon as if it was at fault for the cold, shadowed night, and the thick mist that spilt like smoke across the vast of green.

Coach blew his whistle from where he stood, next to Scott who was enjoying his final time as Assistant Coach before he left for UC Davis. As much as you were proud of your friend for making it into the college he applied for and he smiled happily whilst obtaining his final moments of Assistant Coach, the shrill sound screeching in your ears did not aid the pounding in your head initially provoked and brought on by the bright, bleach white flood lights looming down onto the pitch.

You let your eyes wander back down to the mass of lacrosse players filtered out and practising their game play for the next big match, before they singled in on your boyfriend. Number 9. The drills continued and you watched as Liam scooped the ball up from the ground and captured it within the pocket of weaved stringing and then proceeded to skillfully twist and dodge his way through the defenders that aimed to stop him.

Then, he drew his arms back before launching the ball strongly past the goalie that failed to seize it himself as it flew into the net, and Coach blew the whistle again - surprisingly commenting on his great shot without the dire sarcasm that usually seemed to seep from every word he spoke.

A few minutes later and Liam had the ball once again, only this time when he aimed to make yet another shot, someone roughly shoved into him and swept his feet out from under him. He landed on the floor with a thud, and you winced as you observed the scene, but not panicking as whatever hurt would heal instantly anyway.

You assumed everything was fine until Scott dropped his things and expeditiously rushed across the pitch from where he stood with Coach toward Liam who continued to reside on the hard ground - his back to you. You stood from your seat on the middle level of bleachers, your suddenly worrisome-struck eyes darting over the crouched figures of your boyfriend and good friend.

Scott grasped Liam’s helmet between his hands and tugged his head down, shielding his face away from the other players who had stopped practising to witness what was happening, and you.

You had a feeling that you knew what Scott was attempting to conceal and there was clear confusion painted across your rosy features due to it; Liam had gotten so much better at keeping himself under control when playing the violent sport and even better at obtaining that same control near and on the full moons. So why had one hit from the opposing team sent him tumbling into a sudden loss of control?

Next thing you knew, the beta was ripping himself away from his alpha, wrenching his helmet off his head and forcefully hurling it onto the grassy land, and without so much as a glance over his shoulder, he raced off toward the school building. You caught Scott’s dark chocolate eyes and before you could fully perceive the permissible nod he shot in your direction to indicate that you should follow him, you were bolting down the steps and across the field.

Scott wasn’t exceptionally worried for your safety when it came to Liam losing control; it was the only thing he envied when it came to the two of you and your relationship. That no matter how wound up Liam got, no matter how far gone he seemed to be, he would never hurt you. He might snap and growl as you came closer, his dire fury and rage causing him to see red through his vibrant golden irises, but he would never injure or wound you in any way and everybody, including you, and him, knew it.

Throwing the doors open their hinges, your legs swiftly carried you toward the boy’s locker room and from your knowledge, you instantly darted to the showers. It was dark, the inky shadows of the late night eclipsing every crevice of the locker room, but ironically, the optical gleams of the near full moon glaring down through the small, uPVC windows allowed you to locate your boyfriend.

You let a soft sigh adequate with relief slip from your lips when you caught sight of him, his body being soaked by the pelts of cool water plummeting down rapidly from the shower head. His forehead rested against the cold tiles of the shower room, his back to you once more and his hands curled into firm fists as he pressed them against the wall either side of his head.

The sound of the animalistic growls erupting from his throat and the brutal striking of his knuckles against the hard concrete - cracks appearing under the fierce pressure of his punches - would easily scare anybody away. But not you, and as you called out his name into the shadows surrounding his heaving body, you stepped closer, past the threshold and into the centre of the shower room, “Liam?”

You wearily watched as his body froze, going rigid under your concerned gaze; the incessant blows of his fists against the crumbling wall halted as his head tilted slightly to the side, now aware of your calm presence. You took another step, now in reach to gently bring your hand up and clasp one of his clenched fists in your soft hold.

“Hey,” You tried, but apparently he had decided to be difficult that night as he snatched his hand from yours and let out a vicious snarl in response, his knuckles coming back into ruthless contact with the concrete once again - a large chunk of brick breaking away and mercilessly colliding with the floor with a deafening, echoing bang, and you had to speedily jump back to ensure it wouldn’t land on your feet and possibly break any of your fragile bones.

A huff of frustration tumbled from your lips as you eyed the broken portion in front of you, and you snagged his fist away from the wall anew, tugging on his arm and forcing him to pivot around subsequently. Shoving his back up against the surface, you contrived him to look at you through the water drops pelting down on the two of you - willingly deciding to sacrifice your comfort and warmth for the sake of calming the boy you loved by letting the water soak your clothes through and stick uncomfortably to your skin along with him.

“Hey!” You snapped harshly, your bristling tone capturing his strained attention immediately. His vibrant golden eyes locked onto yours, the relentless struggling coming to a gradual termination latterly and your taut, irritated demeanour dwindled down the drain. On their volition, your hands made their departure from his firm chest and travelled to his sharp jaw, the pads of your thumbs lightly brushing across the apples of his cheeks.

“Calm down for me, Li,” At your endearing touch and the soft, loving tone of your request, the golden specks eclipsing the baby blue colour in his eyes slowly faded, and the shade that you adored to no extent was restored. A breathless sigh escaped past his parted lips, his chest heaving as continued to gaze into the assurance and encouragement swirling in your deep, (y/e/c) irises.

After a few moments, you quirked your eyebrow up in askance, and Liam shot you a nod of his head - concluding your wordless inquiry of whether he was calm or ready to strike once more. You let your fingers gently run through his dripping locks of hair, “What’s going on, Liam?”

He hands lightly squeezed your hips, his eyebrows tugging together at your gentle question, “What do you mean? You saw, he knocked me over right as I was about to make the shot-”

“And that stopped provoking you to lose control months ago. Plus, it was practice - not an actual game. Why’d it get you so worked up?” Your comments were tender and considerate as you spoke, concern and worry infiltrating the syllables as you tried to get to the bottom of what was bothering him.

“I-I…” He paused, struggling to provide you with an answer, “I don’t know.”

“Is it something else?” You inquired gingerly, softly grasping his hands in yours as you pulled the both of you out of the stream of pounding drops of water and back into the locker room.

Liam took the initiative and delicately tugged you toward his gym locker, letting go of your hand to clutch the lock with shaking fingers and trying to fix the combination in - ultimately avoiding the question. But, you watched with imperative concern as he struggled to do it correctly the first time, and the second, and by the third, his breathing had started to pick up, escaping past his lips ragged and choppy.

You closed your hands around his and tenderly pried his fingers away to halt his frantic actions of yanking at the lock; he let his eyes flutter shut as he made an attempt to control his breathing and sky-rocketing heart rate.

You put his locker combination in easily, neither of you commenting about how you knew the sequence, just like how he knew the sequence for yours too. Opening it quietly, you grasped two of his spare shirts between your fingers and placed them on the bench beside where the two of you stood.

Afterward, you pivoted swiftly on your heel, turning to face him in his struggle to clasp control. “It’s something else,” You concluded softly, capturing his hand in yours again and occasionally running your thumb back and forth across his knuckles.

“Scott’s leaving.” The words left his lips bluntly, and you thought that was all he seemed so worked up about, until he continued, “So is Lydia, Malia; Stiles’ has already gone. Most of our pack is leaving.”

“Liam, they won’t be gone forever. It’s just College; we’ll all have to do it someday, it doesn’t mean they’re leaving for good.”

“And we’re going to be Seniors and how am I supposed to balance being a Senior whilst being the new Alpha that everyone expects me to be when Scott’s gone?”

“No one expects you to-”

He sliced your comforting words short, “Scott does!”

You took his face between your hands just like you had done previously, forcing him to look into your eyes glistening with care and love, “No one expects you to do it alone,” You repeated the earnest and cordial comment, making sure he listened this time, “I’m here, and I’ll be here in Senior year, and after Senior year, okay? No one expects you to do this alone, Li. And even if they did, I wouldn’t let you do this alone. But they don’t, so stop worrying so much.”

Then, an affectionate, attentive smile painted your features, setting you aglow with adoration as you looked up at him and noticed the ghost of the same smile tugging at the corners of his lips. With his hands coming up to rest on either side of your face, thumbs cradling your cheeks and fingers getting lost in the soaked strands of hair, he pulled you closer into the solace his safe vicinity brought you and pressed a sweet, lingering kiss to your lips.

Only having time to draw back slightly and mutter, “I love you,” out through passionate whispers, his tone flooded with euphoria, before your hands found themselves settling on his waist and you tugged him back down to capture his lips with yours once more.

“And I love you,” Came the muffled declaration of love through heated kisses, and gently, Liam pushed you back until your back hit the cold metal of the row of lockers. As a subsequent, you couldn’t help but dig your fingers into his hips and tow his body closer until he resided flush against yourself - every nerve in your body feeling as if someone had lit a match and set them on fire.

When his lips coaxed yours open and his tongue swept across your own, you couldn’t help but tug at his shirt, indicating that you wanted it off. He complied instantly, before moving to remove yours too. You let him, the fabric coming up and over your head in no time, falling to the ground and being utterly discarded as his lips landed back on yours, a shiver inevitably rushing down your spine and a sharp gasp tumbling from your lips as your bare back, bar your bra, hit the chilled metal of the lockers again.

His large hands had then been located to your waist, squeezing at your hips appreciatively when one of your hands landed on his broad shoulder and the other ran your fingers through his dark hair, tugging at the roots as your lips moved more and more heatedly, more and more eagerly against his.

Then, his hands found themselves travelling south, settling just under your ass, “Jump,” He mumbled breathlessly against your feverish lips, and you did just that, wrapping your legs around his waist as his arms held your weight easily and pressed your back even more firmly against the surface of metal.

Rolling your head to the side, granting him better access, a gasping moan slipped from your lips as Liam’s lips peppered a trail of hot kisses down your jaw and headed straight for the sweet spot just behind and below your ear, sucking with the intention of leaving a purposeful hickey and then blowing cool air across the skin to soothe it, goose bumps arising on your soft skin as a subsequent.

Feeling the calloused tips of his fingers travel to the clip on your bra as he continued to leave matching bruises littering your neck simultaneously, you arched your back further into his burning hold but let out a breathless keen when his lips, and fingers, froze in their place, “What is it?”

“Practice is over,” His words were muffled as his lips remained against the exposed crook of your neck but you heard them nevertheless, and your eyes widened.

Liam let you down carefully and the two of you clumsily fumbled around in an attempt to make yourselves decent before any students trundled into the locker room. You snatched one of the two clean shirts that you had previously seized from his locker and Liam did the same, and just as you had pulled it over your head, the door slammed open on its hinges - sweaty players filing into the room without so much as a glance in yours or Liam’s direction.

Until, Scott roamed in, and caught your guilty eyes. He made his way over to the two of you and you tainted your features with the facade of an innocent smile, shooting it his way. “Why didn’t you two come back to the field? Everything okay?” He questioned, aiming his second inquiry more at Liam than at you.

Liam swiftly glanced at you before looking back toward his alpha, “Yeah,” He nodded, “Everything’s fine.”

Scott eyed the two of you suspiciously, his supernatural powers clearly picking up on the quick, rapid thumps of your heart in your chest - still worked up from prior - but he kindly let it drop and nodded his head, “Okay, good. I’ll see you guys later, then.”

You sent your friend a genuine smile, bringing your hand up and waving slightly in parting as he began to make his trek out the busy locker room, until he stopped short and turned back to face the both of you, an amused smirk pulling at his lips, “You might want to hide those hickeys before you go home, (Y/N).”

At his teasing words, your mouth fell agape - your eyes widening and hues and shades of red rushing to your cheeks, sending a wave of heat blossoming across your face and setting you aglow with embarrassment. Liam snickered quietly before slinging an arm around your shoulders and bringing you closer as you tried to covertly hide your neck.

“Let’s go home,” He mumbled into your damp hair, pressing an enamoured, lingering kiss to your hairline; all his worries that whisked wickedly through his head prior having dissipated into the air and left behind a heart adequate with utter love and adoration for the girl in his arms: for you.

Your married friends had to deal with a lot of things; their husbands didn’t clean up after themselves, the sex was bad, or maybe they were too stubborn. And sure, you felt sorry for them, but you couldn’t exactly say you understood them either. If anything, the problems you had with Min Yoongi were… extraordinary. And the sex was never bad. But he was a little shit though.

From the moment that Min Yoongi had come into your life five years ago to now, there was nothing you could say you regretted. From the initial dislike, to the confusion, to the intrigue, to the fondness of friendship turning into something more, he had left you with something your friends could, unfortunately, never attest to: the feeling of a thousand years on his part of dormant love waiting for you that no one could ever ruin or one-up. How you got to this point, however, was quite the mirthful fairytale.

can you write some lance with chronic pain? :3

Here you go! I hope you enjoy it!

At first, the pain was bearable; the idea that the aching would run its course and he would be back to normal soon created a sense of hope within the boy. As the weeks went by, however, his hope started to dwindle steadily. The constant shooting pain traveling down his back started creating a wall against him, making him unable to function properly. Although he had been living like this since being caught in the explosion at the beginning of their voyage to space a number of months ago, it was only recently that the other paladins began to notice the changes in their blue boy’s behaviour.

“Come on Lance, you can do this,” Shiro encouraged from the sideline with the rest of their team. They were sparring against the gladiators today, focusing on their hand to hand combat one on one. Lance carefully dodged the robots first few swipes of the staff, he was able to bring his bayard up to counter a few of the attacks. He went to dodge the next hit when his back seized up and he was unable to bend the way he wanted to. He caught the butt of the staff in the legs toppling him over and landed with a wheeze on the floor.

“End training sequence,” Shiro called after letting out a tired sigh. Lance pushed himself up and looked over at Shiro shame in his eyes.

“Lance you’ve done this eight times today but the results are all the same, why are you improving?” He asked. Lance looked down at the ground and only looked up when Shiro turned away.

“We’re ending here for the day, rest up,” He announced to the room before sending one last disappointed stare Lance’s way. Lance could feel his throat closing up in guilt and he curled his shoulders into himself. He could hear the others leaving and looked up to see only Keith left.

“When are you going to take this seriously?” Keith spat. Lance winced and curled up further and looked at him wearily. “This isn’t a game, this is war,”

“I know,” Lance tried to defend himself but was cut off.

“If you know, then you know not to treat training like a joke,” he said shortly before leaving the training deck. Lance could only stare after Keith, the guilt only building in his stomach. Another few weeks passed after the training incident and he could feel his mood decreasing every day; the happy, eager to please young man couldn’t keep the smile on his face, the pain causing him to become bitter and irritable to the others.

“Are you okay man?” Hunk asked one afternoon. He noticed that Lance was stirring around his food goo and had yet to consume one bite.

“Fine,” Lance bit out glaring down at the green gel in front of him. Hunk’s eyebrows furrowed in worry and he put down the bowl in his hand approaching his best friend.

“Are you sure, you’ve been acting really weird for a while now,” He added leaning on the counter between the two of them.

“I said I’m fine,” Lance practically growled stabbing his food with his spoon.

“Well, I’m just saying that if you need to talk to anyone, I’m he-”  Hunk started only to be cut off.

“Would you shut up?! I said I’m fine!” Lance yelled at the shocked Hunk. “Stop sticking your nose where it doesn’t belong!”

“Fine,” Hunk frowned angrily. “You don’t need to be so rude about it,” He walked out of the kitchen without a second glance. Lance looked at the door for a few minutes before putting his head in his hands.

“What the hell is wrong with me?” He whispered to himself trying to ignore the throbbing in his back. His head pounded as well, the lack of sleep catching up to him. He would roll around for hours trying to find a comfortable position to rest in. He mourned the relationship he had with his teammates; his recent behaviour had driven them away from him and he doubted that he would be able to regain their trust and loyalty back so easily. He could see Shiro disappointed shake of the head, Keith and Allura’s angry scowls after all his failed training attempts, and Hunk and Pidge’s annoyed glares after he treated them so unkindly over the past few days. He slunk back to his room, praying that he would be able to get a decent amount of sleep for their mission tomorrow. He curled up underneath his blanket, trying to ignore the sensations of pain.

Although the mission was simple; it was imperative that everything goes off without a hitch. The information stored in this outpost would lead the team to even more Galra prisons, that could potentially house Sam Holt. Lance laid on his stomach in the rafters above his teammates; Pidge who was hacking through the system and the others who were protecting her. He shot anything who got close enough to damage the machine. A Galra soldier was sneaking up beside the machine, Lance chuckled at the easy shot and lined them up with the crosshairs. As he went to squeeze the trigger, spasms started traveling down his back making him freeze. His teeth ground together and his eyes rolled into the back of his head at the pain paralyzing him. He missed the Galra smashing the machine thwarting Pidge’s progress, she pulled the drive out of the computer and joined in on the fight. Lance blinked back tears as he came back to the real world, noticing the trouble his friends were in he started laying down cover fire. They fought through back to the lions and took off back to the Castle. Lance gritting his teeth the whole way; his back felt like it was on fire, the spasms weren’t completely gone and it took all he had not to shout out loud. He slowly walked out of Blue and was immediately crowded by the others.

“What the hell Lance!?” Keith shouted. “You had one job!”
Lance shrunk back, the guilt in his stomach coming back full force.

“I-I,” he stuttered out.

“No excuses this time Lance,” Shiro said sternly. Lance’s mouth opened and closed uselessly as he glanced from one paladin to the other. A shout came from across the hanger where Pidge sat on her computer; she sprinted across to join the group.

“We got no data!” She yelled in his face. “All that work for nothing!” Lance’s eyes widened and he tried to explain himself over the sound of everyone else’s accusations. The stress from the past pain filled months caught up with him. The exhaustion of sleepless nights, and the helplessness he felt paired with the guilt building up from every failed training exercise and mission boiled over. A shudder wracked up his frame and his lip began trembling as he pulled it into his teeth. A sob escaped him as tears began to flow over his cheeks, he clutched his sides in his hands as the spasms continued. The paladins quieted and they watched the blue paladin break down in front of them in confusion.

“I-I’m s-sorry,” He hiccuped. “M-my back just h-h-hurts so bad,” he explained. Shiro immediately stepped forwards worry on his face.

“What? Did you get hurt during the mission?” He asked. Lance shook his head no and tried to explain.

“S-since the explosion, i-it hurts a-all the t-time,” he sobbed. “I c-can’t sleep, I-I can’t eat,” he walked forward into Shiro’s chest with a sob.

“Why didn’t you tell me? Or Coran?” He asked eyebrows furrowed in worry for the teenager.

“I didn’t k-know if i-it was that im-important,” Lance admitted. Shiro bit his bottom lip between his teeth, as tears filmed over his eyes. His teammate, his friend, had been in pain since they arrived in space and didn’t feel that it was important enough to ask for help. He gently hugged the paladin further into his chest. He could feel how bad Lance was trembling and felt his heart squeeze in sympathy. He picked the paladin up in his arms and started carrying him towards the quarters, the other paladins quietly following behind them.

“Rest up Lance, we can fix this,” Shiro said quietly. Lance could feel his eyelids growing heavy the further Shiro carried him from the hanger. The first signs of comfort for months, walking protectively around him.
