As part of my role as the Muscular Dystrophy UK’s Trailblazers London Regional Ambassador, I attended a meeting at the Association of British #Travel Agents (ABTA) with James (the Trailblazers Campaigns Officer) this afternoon. We discussed lots of important issues and how we can improve the pre-booking service for passengers, amongst other topics.
