hey, can you tell me what is "eerie crests"? idk but the characters seem super nice!!!
Eerie Crests is my webcomic! Set in a quaint little town in Oregon, It’s about this boy named Malek who goes missing while camping. They found a body, and the local police force’s statement is that the body is Malek’s. Everyone is convinced he’s dead, except for his severely mentally ill best friend, Dallas.
Dallas has already had a history with the town of being a troublemaker, and Seeing Things, so the police force don’t really take him seriously when he insists the Body Isn’t Malek’s.
Poppy Rajkhowa is one of Dallas and Malek’s best friends, and although she sometimes.. Believes Malek is dead, she still has a glimmer of hope that he isn’t, so she helps Dallas with investigating. They’re just two people but more and more kids and students from their school start getting involved
people hide secrets, people act weird.
the forest is not what it seems, and something lurks in the quiet town of Blue Crests
Summary: Fear of his feelings drove Dan away from Phil, losing himself in a bad crowd, leaving Phil all alone. over six months, they become complete strangers - but then they’re brought back together. love can’t be avoided, right?
Summary: The one where pansexual pastel!Dan reluctantly relocates and punk!Phil is the school’s popular straight Christian, but little do they know that’s gonna change once the pretty pastel boy with the flower crowns moves in to town.
Summary: Dan Howell is preparing for his big Tae Kwon Do match, but he gets injured just before it’s time to win- and it’s no accident. Dan finds his life is being hurdled in another direction as everything he knows to be true in his life comes cascading down.
Summary: Dan is your local sexually ambiguous religious boy. Phil is your local bad boy that sleeps with anyone that’ll have him and sins as if second nature. Then there’s also the poor original character that gets caught between them and their ridiculous amount of sexual tension. Threesomes, eh?
Summary: Despite their branding, Dan and Phil haven’t actually been friends for all of the seven years that they’ve known each other. For almost two of those years, ‘best friend’ was just a label they used on the internet, a clever disguise used to keep people from knowing what they really were. Because from the day they met until the day they broke up, Dan and Phil were something else entirely. Not something more. Just something else.
Summary: Or, the one where Dan and Phil aren’t bitch ass liars and actually met while Dan was a student at Manchester Uni. If you can cue student stress, shitty studio apartments, and copious weed use– you’ve got the right picture.
Summary: Dan’s worst fear is being outed, and his boggart knows that. After being outed to his class, Phil shows him that there are scarier things than being gay (and maybe that wasn’t the smartest idea, but he’s a Hufflepuff, not a Ravenclaw).
Summary: Piano teacher Dan Howell has a crush on a pretty co-worker that he wants to impress, and when he finds out she’s a dancer, he figures it can’t hurt to take dance lessons. But when he gets to the studio to meet his instructor, things don’t go quite the way he planned.
Summary: Internalized homophobia is probably one of the hardest obstacles to overcome, but it’s only made harder when the people around you don’t quite understand why you’re so afraid. When Dan Howell meets Phil Lester, he finally realizes he has to overcome that hurdle.
Summary Thanks to the actions of a clueless high schooler three long years ago, Dan really doesn’t see the point in investing in having a future anymore. And he’s fine with that. The weirdo with the hair who’s deluding himself into thinking Dan is some kind of destined BFFL, however, keeps raising objections.
home was never a place, home is the way my name sounds on your lips. home is the perfume you wear, home is the way it feels to be wrapped up in your embrace. home is not four walls, home is not a city or a town. home has two beautiful blue eyes, home has a warmth not created by a thermostat but a warmth of a soul. home is not 123 home is you and me. and no matter what the future brings, home forever a piece of you will be
I used to live in a small town secluded from the cities. It was unimportant to most maps but it was there, idle and unknown to most. The population didn’t go over a hundred and everyone knew each other like old friends.
I remembered getting up early in the morning and biking up the hill a few minutes from the main town. Daeyang was located by the seaside and it was a place where serenity lay and where time seemed to move slowly; unlike in big cities where people always seemed to be rushing after something.
I remembered both loving and hating the place. Hate because it was so small, so suffocating sometimes. I dreamt of leaving that town once I graduate and find a job in the city; maybe become a screenplay writer or even better, an actress who starred in movies (which I would be writing, of course).
Daeyang was a place detached from that world; a world that excited me, fascinated me. Once a month, my uncle visits us and brings in things like movies and the latest technology that came out like those amazing video games and cellular phone units.
Jimin liked those games a lot.
The train zipped passed and I felt the wheels rumbling beneath my feet as it rolled through the tracks.
The skies were dark outside as I’ve taken a ride in the middle of the night; a shotgun decision I had made right next to snagging the very last chance passenger slot at the airport.
My heart beat in a slow rhythm, a contrast to the whirl of emotions stirring within me.
I watched the darkened fields whipping past; a never ending sea of grass, hills, and earth. I leaned my head against the cold glass of the window as the train took me away from the city… far away from what I once thought was everything to me.
I’ve finally done it! I’ve finally decided to update Hyrule and release it to all of you! :3 Come to a sleepy town full of blue and white flowers; just don’t tell the guard that Zelda had snuck out! :3
If you do visit, tag me (@rosey-crossing) so I can see what you thought of it!
