PLEASE STAY HYDRATED DRINK LOTS OF WATER

PLEASE WEAR SUNCREAM EVEN ON YOUR TOOTSIES

IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN DEAR GOD KEEP THEM OUT OF THE SUN AS MUCH AS YOU CAN, HYDRATED, NOT OVER CLOTHING BABIES AND A LOT OF SUN SCREEN 

DO NOT WALK YOUR DOG IF YOU CANNOT PUT YOUR OWN HAND ON THE GROUND, REMEMBER SUN COMES UP AT 4AM AND GOES ABOUT 10PM 

KEEP YOUR ANIMALS HYDRATED

FOR PEOPLE WITH HORSES PLEASE DO NOT DO STRENUOUS EXERCISE AND MAKE SURE THEY HAVE A FEW BUCKETS OF WATER, IF THEY HAVEN’T DRUNK THEM GET THE VET OUT.
