Self love tip: every morning before you get out of bed, and every night before you fall asleep thank some of your body parts for what they do. For example: thank you to my thighs for allowing me to walk, jump, dance and run, thank you to my lungs for allowing me to take deep breathes, thank you to my nose for giving me smell, thank you to my neck for holding up my head etc etc)
