a bit rusty it's been a while!

“I could keep you safe,” he rasped. “They’re all afraid of me. No one would hurt you again, or I’d kill them.” He yanked her closer, and for a moment she thought he meant to kiss her. He was too strong to fight. She closed her eyes, wanting it to be over, but nothing happened. “Still can’t bear to look, can you?” she heard him say.

it isn’t a question of
how much you love him or
how much he loves you or
how much you need each other.

it isn’t a question of
how strong your fingers are or
how bright his smiles are or
how crumbled both your bones are. […]

it’s not a question of love; it’s just a question of gods and fate and stars ( j.p. )

description: winter is the season of laziness; the ashen of the sky, the stupor of ague bones, the quietness that settles even on the grounds of seido as the cold weather wins (for the time being). so what better than to spend this time with your significant other and warm up together? little did miyuki know that his lover had the sun’s core resting deep within his heart.

sunshine seeps through thin curtains, its warmth a caress to the lovers that lay together, limbs intertwined and bodies pressed against each other, seeking any heat the other had to give. winter was no one’s friend, especially not theirs as they had to share a single plush blanket (”let’s buy an extra one… this one is not big enough for us-” “miyuki kazuya, stop complaining! it is big enough!” cue shoulders slumping back as miyuki knew a war would come to life if he were to tell his loudmouthed lover that he tended to move too much in his sleep).

Till We Grow Older (Bellamy x Reader)

Here’s a fluffy Bellamy one-shot! I got the idea listening to this song. It was part of a bigger plot in my head (that I might write later on) but I thought it could also work well on its own.
Sorry if it’s not great, I’m a bit rusty, (plus English isn’t my first language, but I don’t want to use that as an excuse) I’ll get better with practice. Enjoy!

“Hey have you seen (Y/N)?” Bellamy asked Raven who was working on boosting the radio signal.

She shrugged “No, not in a while. She’s probably just reading somewhere.”

He sighed worriedly, running a hand through his dark locks. “I’ve been looking everywhere, I don’t think she’s inside the camp.” He knew he shouldn’t be that nervous about you disappearing, you kept wandering off to explore ever since you landed and the reinforced security of Camp Jaha never stopped you from finding your way out. It wouldn’t be the first time you did it, nor the last, and nothing bad happened to you so far but he couldn’t help but panic at the thought of you getting hurt, or worst…

As Raven was about to try and reassure him, she raised her head and smiled, looking behind him at the camp gates. “Looks like you don’t have anything to worry about.”

He turned around to see you running towards him, a huge smile plastered on your face. “Hey Bell!” You were going to keep talking but you could see by the face he was pulling that something wasn’t right. “…What’s going on?”

“I thought something happened to you.” He mumbled, pulling you into a tight hug. “You need to stop scaring me like that.”

You looked up at him, still smiling. “I need to show you something.”

“I don’t think…” You didn’t let him finish, taking his hand and pulling him back towards the camp gate. “Come on, you need to see this. I promise it will be fun!”

He rolled his eyes playfully, amused by your enthusiasm and gave up resisting, following you into the forest. You walked for a good 15 minutes, never letting go of his hand until you reached what looked like a small cliff bathed with sun. You turn to face him and, without a word, took your top off, closely followed by your shoes and jeans.

Bellamy looked at you, confusion written on his features. “What are you doing?”

You grinned and gave him a quick peck as an answer before turning back and taking a running jump off the cliff.

His heart skipped a beat and he rushed to see if you were okay, looking down to find a body of crystal blue water reflecting the rays of the sun. “(Y/N)?”

You reappeared at the surface, laughing at his expression. “What are you waiting for?”

A smile finally made his way to his face and he stripped quickly before jumping into the water next to you.

“See? I told you it would be fun.” You stated.

He huffed, splashing you. “You scared the hell out of me.”

“Oh, really?” You stared at him with a fake shocked look. “This means war!” You exclaimed, splashing him back.

The game went one for a few minutes, until Bellamy managed to get hold of you and pulled you into a deep kiss. You melted against his lips, enjoying the warm, euphoric feeling growing in your chest.

Moments like these almost made you forget how ruthless life on earth could be.

Fanfic - I'm Not Most Guys - 1/1

Title: I’m Not Most Guys

Summary: On a flight back home after the holidays Sebastian meets a cute guy and his daughter in the seat next to his.

Rating: PG

Word Count: 1517

A/N: I wrote this for the lovely and awesome McCall.

Sebastian stepped onto the plane as the stewardess directed him to his seat. He meandered down the crowded aisle his eyes glancing over his fellow passengers. He was amused by how different the mood was compared to last week when everyone was heading off to spend the holidays with family and friends. Two days after New Years day everyone seemed completely drained. Sebastian however was thrilled to be heading back to New York. He enjoyed spending time with his family but he was growing tired of their constant questions. His father pestering him on his plans for his career, and his mother wanting to know when he would settle down with someone.

Sebastian found his seat 7A, and found the other two seats already occupied by a man his age and a four year old girl. Sebastian’s eyes traced over the other man in interest. Dark curls styled in soft waves with gel, the curve of full lips, and the classic good looks that made Sebastian think of Cary Grant. Sebastian thought about striking up a conversation with the gorgeous stranger, maybe even get his number for later, but any attempts were halted when he looked at the little girl. The resemblance between the two from their dark curls and cheerful laughs made it obvious they were related.

laying in bed with calum with you in between his legs and his arms wrapped around you all cozy in the sheets one night.  your hands would be placed on top of his, but you were careful to avoid the fresh ink close to his hand, the ALIVE tattoo.  calum had yet to tell you the meaning behind it, it could mean a million things and you longed to know what went through calum’s head when he got the simple five letter word written permanently on his wrist.  before calum started his explanation he’d kiss your head and turn you around so he could look you right in the eyes as he told you something that he thought he might just want to keep a secret.  and he would start, melting your heart from the very first word.  “my science teacher once told me that the chances of us even being alive right now were a long shot.  the earth is billions of years old, yet here we are all at the same time.  it was crazy to me.  we get to exist..we get to live..surrounded by tons of different people and people that love us and people that hate us.  it really blew my mind.  it has always been in the back of my mind, but after i met you that was it.  i understood what he meant completely.  out of all the people that have ever lived on this earth i get to love you i get to exist at the same time as you, and that makes me feel so alive.”  your eyes were so close to, if not already, tearing up because you thank your lucky stars every day that you get to have calum by your side and the fact that he thought that same thing and about you meant everything.  you would wrap him up in your arms and kiss him so passionately and just stay like that for a little while.  the world is a pretty big place, and you and calum both agreed you wouldn’t want to take on everything it had in store without each other.
