Working with some of the tips I got in mysore class last week while practicing dropbacks. I’m still a tad bit afraid dropping from standing on my own, I have been practising them on my bed but it’s hard to tell how good that’s actually working with all the pillows and fluff so I’m also practising on control and focus with drops in ustrasana. I can definitely see and feel the progress in terms of control and opening, the human body is an amazing thing indeed!
